When I come to Sudbury, I try and visit Regency for a few items to take on my trip back home. Porketta is amazing, desserts are fantastic. however, some staff seem unpleasant to need to serve their customers. Without customers, you wouldn't have a business. Seems logical. That's why I didn't give 5 stars was due to customer service.

Worth the drive to Sudbury for this place. Yummy Natasha, bread, sandwich, donuts (Saturday only) and more. It was a lucky find for us before we drove further north into the bush. Had to visit again on the way home. Quick, efficient service was appreciated with a covid line up outside and down the sidewalk.

Love this store and cafe. They have excellent bread, European grocery items, and ... gelato!!! Yum. One request for the cafe: please serve smoothies. They are always available in theory (written on the wall), but never in practice.

My favourite Italian Bakery/Deli in Sudbury. The store is super clean and the staff friendly. Large supply of pre made food. You can order the porchetta in advance to cook yourself or at the counter as cold cuts. The cakes and delicate pastries are fresh made and delicious. I can spend hours looking at the various cheeses, fresh pastas, fresh baked breads and buns,the grocery aisle offering dried and canned goods from Italy and a few specialty kitchen gadgets and dishes. On the weekend, I can get my favourite treat; homemade Saturday donuts filled with luscious cream.

This bakery has a fantastic selection of desserts! The staff are friendly, the service is great ???? I recently went in to pick out some desserts for my dad's 75th birthday. While I was there, I asked if it were possible to purchase the custard they use in their eclairs and cannolis. I was able to pick some up and used it for a Sunday, birthday breakfast crepes fest! I highly recommend to anyone whom makes crepes at home.

The reason I gave 2 stars is because they never wash their hands or wear gloves when they serve you meat from the deli. It's very unsanitary especially since you see someone from the cash register move over to the deli without washing their hands.... as they slice your meat the slices land right into their palms then onto the package. It just seems weird to see this in today's age when everyone is so educated about hand hygiene and the spread of illnesses and diseases through hand contact. I think the bakery is decent but this just turns me off. I try to avoid it when I can but the place is conveniently located to me and they do have a good selection of meats and desserts. I just wish they wore gloves!

Love this place. Every time I am in Sudbury I go to this bakery. They have awesome homemade fresh buns great pastries and amiazing prepared frozen food section from 38 gourmet catering. The food is THE BEST. I drive 3 hours one way to stock up on the lasagna, manicotti, chicken pot pie etc...my favorite are the arancini (deep fried rice ball) I dare you to only eat one...soooooo good

Great local Italian bakery and food store with a selection of specialty grocery products you may not find elsewhere. Some staff may appear distant/cold at first, but they really helpful and pleasant once you're talking. Make sure to take a number near the deli counter to ensure you get served if it's busy. A small gelato and coffee bar is adjacent.

Terrible Black Forest Cake I got for my 70th Birthday. It was all cream and very little cake and all we got from this cake was indigestion. We will never go back there again and definitely do not recommend! There are far better places in town for cakes.

Disgusting. My roommate loves pastry and he bought an apple strudel and blueberry pie. Well I'm glad we didn't have company over, because that would have been embarrassing! No apple in the strudel, just stale dry pastry that cost $8. The pie was gooey and overly sweet - filling from a can and sprinkled with 1/2 cup of sugar on top. Yuck!! Won't be back!!

The best. Pastries & breads are delicious. They’ve got awesome handmade pastas in the freezer, you gotta try the raviolis. Every time I step foot in the store I never know what to get, there’s so much great selection; I always walk out of there with a bread and a few butter tarts.
