This is certainly a local favourite as seen by the peak time line ups to get the best in the morning. It's pointless to get into detail as everything I've ever had from Holtom's is nothing short of high quality. I am one of those people in the line now.

Everything I've had from here was so good. Service was friendly and quick. Not sure where to start: Canneloni. Lemon danish. Raspberry danish. Doughnuts. Blueberry bear claws. Sugar cookie. Ginger cookies. Tourtiére. All were awesome. You can taste the love ingredient in their goods. If you're not sure what to try at first, try the doughnuts.

Best chocolate dipped donuts ever!!!! All their pastries are amazing. Whenever we visit or drive through Erin, we stop here for some treats. If you can get your hands on those chocolate dipped donuts, you will not be disappointed. An Update as of June 16-2019. We are never disappointed when we visit. The pastries, tea-biscuits and pies are awesome!

Stocked up on fresh bread, tarts and cookies. Enjoyed the tarts and the bread but the chocolate chip cookies were hard and had absolutely no flavour at all. Very disappointed as they were to be given as a thank you gift. The oatmeal raisin cookies were slightly better. I purchased a gingerbread cookie for my grandson and it fell to pieces. There are so many raving comments on here. Wondering how others felt about the cookies!

Fantastic place for bread, donuts, muffins etc. They have an old world feel to the place. It is your basic bakery so don't expect to find fancier treats there. Often there is no donuts early in the morning which shouldn't be the case. They should be on the shelf before they open.

I don't like that everything is in the front window and you can't get it yourself. You have to wait for help and that can take some time if they are busy. They also make you feel dumb if you didn't know that.

A little bakery located in the little town of Erin (close to Caledon). They only let 2 people in at a time so there's a small wait outside the door Its definitely worth a visit. Their tarts, cookies, and donuts are great quality, and their staff are very friendly and accommodating. I recommend stopping by if you have a sweet tooth, and if you don't, try it anyway you won't be disappointed.

The apple fritters are a MUST! We also tried the spinach + feta, the leek + feta, and the sausage roll. Would definitely recommend the leek, it was my favourite. This team has great Covid protocols in place - be prepared for a short wait on the sidewalk for your turn to go in.

I live locally, so when I say I've tried most of what they sell.... Well, it's just down the street and it's hard to not stop in! You simply won't find better apple fritters or Boston Creams anywhere else, their sourdough bread has the perfect amount of bite to it, their turnovers are so flakey, the danishes are the perfect filling to pastry ratio... It's a small town bakery that I would put up against any high end city bakery in a heartbeat because I know they'd come out on top!

We have been to many small town bakeries and lots to rave about here. Their cream filled chocolate donuts are second to none!(only made on certains day and sell out quick so go early). The apple fritters so fresh, sweet and moist, and also just love what we call their little "two bite" butter tarts! Good old fashioned always fresh bakery. Well priced and definitely worth the wait if there is a line.

When the place is busy, it is completely disorganized. No logical queue and a person is shuffled around like a yo yo and still can’t place an order. So, like many others, you end up walking out in frustration.

I have no idea how this bakery has a 4.8 out of 5...? Just bought a cherry tart which was horrible, a gingerbread cookie which tasted equally horrible/soggy and a cold coffee. I threw it all in the garbage and found a Timmys up the street for a hot coffee. My husbands apple Strudel was grocery store quality.

The best apple fritters I've had by far!! We stopped in the small town of Erin by chance on the way home from vacation. We tried the apple fritters and were blown away! Perfect amount of apple, dough and spices. The city I live in has specialty donut shops, but they don't come close to the freshness, quality and care put into these doughnuts. I'm sure their other pastries are just as good. I now drive 1 hour to come here and buy apple fritters. Definitely recommend.
