Love this little jem! Their butterfly buns are to die for and love their pizza buns too! The ladies there are some nice and welcoming every time you go in there! Truly has the small town feel of a local bakery! The prices are crazy good, and almost makes me feel guilty for not paying more for such deliciousness????

Empire biscuits are one of the best I've ever had BUT... the ladies that work here need to learn some etiquette. EVERY time I have gone in there I have been treated rudely and it is as if I'm inconveniencing them by ordering. Even when calling in I was treated with rude customer service. Now I bake my own empire biscuits that are just as good, if not better, so I no longer have to come back here to inconvenience these bakers as a customer.

Cookies are great, typical home baked stuff - tastes delicious. Unfortunately, staff isn't friendly or accommodating so takes away from the whole appeal of shopping local. I can buy those cookies at many other different bakeries, thanks for your hospitality though while I roll my eyes. If you don't mind bad service and you're in the area, check out the delicious treats and support local!

Today (December 7, 2021) we decided to take our grandchildren for a treat at Jones Bakery of Caledonia. Before entering the premises, we delighted in all the choices in the window. Once we were inside, we had a rather different, unpleasant experience. We were not greeted in a friendly manner. There were no hellos and no how are you. The lady behind the counter was indeed curt with us when we didn’t understand her. Needless to say, we were quick to leave the bakery and we’re not likely to return and our treats, as it turned out were not that tasty for a bakery that’s been around for so many years. Perhaps too long...

Great costumer services. The store is follow the COVID 19 protocol. You have to wear mask ???? all the time. Fresh butter tart and mini pizzas ???? ???? The sell unique home decor. The store has free parking at the back of store. No washroom available for costumers. Before your visit sheck the business hours operations. Nice place to have a yummy treats

I’m pretty sure this place only has good reviews because of the nostalgia. I’ve been a few times now. The staff is so rude. It’s like you’re inconveniencing them by spending money here. They also have very limited selection on all baked goods/are typically sold out of everything. Won’t be back. Would rather take my money anywhere else. Perhaps treating your customers like they’re valuable would help.

114 years and still running. That's Jones' bakery in Caledonia. The wood floor reminiscent of old days immediately brings my back my younger days. The smells cascading from the bakery like fresh rolls, cinnamon etc are grand. The have added some well priced gift items that fit perfectly into the decor. If you come to Caledonia, stop by Jones and enjoy a treat. You want be disappointed
