We had our breakfast here a week ago. Very satisfied with their serving. Breakfast sandwiches are very filling. Enjoyed drinking our hot chocolate and Mocha too. Staffs are friendly. We love that the cafe is just inside the store. We had our shopping after.

I bought a grilled cheese sandwich and it didn't come grilled. I waited in line for ten minutes AGAIN to get it grilled and because I took a bite from it, he wouldn't grill it and just handed me back a cold piece of white bread and cheese. He told me if I wanted it cooked I had to buy a new one. Terrible terrible service.

A go to shop for pastries and any thing Italian. The staff are friendly and ever helpful. I have tried the breakfast place and love it a lot.

Cafe wasn't the best. Had a cappuccino, and was luke warm. Mrs had a macchiato with a caramel shot, but maybe they forgot to add the shot. No taste. And then later I saw a drink and food special on the board way behind the counter. Would have been nice to see it when ordering

Usually like to come here for a cappuccino or latte. Anything extra off the menu feels like there is always a caveat. They can’t complete the order in a timely fashion or they are out of something. The pizza felt rushed and not cooked properly.

Always have good service at this location and the one in Little Italy, the best cup of coffee around and sandwiches plus the pastries.

Update: Used to be one of our favourite spots. Not anymore once I saw their discriminatory sign. Very sad to see what our city\province is becoming... Good coffee, excellent pastry and wonderful overall experience!

Capriccioso pizza and americano were superb. Great value; the pizza had a generous amount of toppings without being overdone or too salty. $21 for the pizza and two large americanos.

Stopped in this place for lunch, great atmosphere! Couldn't decide what to order, Terri suggested the diavola, and it was amazing. I'll come back and recommend to others
