Staff always nice and welcoming, their cupcakes always a treat to take home.
Ordered on uber eats and was soo good!
This restaurant is creative, outstanding, and full of sweet sensation! My first time visiting this restaurant was for a birthday, and let me tell you this was full of surprises! Their cupcakes are moist, sweet and chewy. There cakes are delicious and mouthwatering. This bakery is definitely a go-to for birthday parties!????????
I've bought cupcakes here atleast half a dozen times and have never been dissapointed!!!!! Though it can be on the pricey side that's just the reality of life for the quality and location! If I could I would buy every cupcake they had on the spot, especially their red velvet + cheese cake options. Makes my mouth water just thinking about them! Totally recommend!
For Valentine’s Day I bought two vegan cupcakes. First of all they were very pricey, $6 for ONE cupcake. But I hoped that for this price they would be exceptionally good. How wrong I was... Cupcake itself was very salty with a horrible taste of baking soda. On the top was one teaspoon of icing. These cupcakes were awful. Shame!!!!! Incomparable with other bakers that do vegan cupcakes. Hope they won’t be in business much longer. Dreadful!
Good folks, great cupcakes. What more do you want??
Very friendly staff
The cupcakes are very pricey for what they offer, and the cupcakes themselves, they're too sweet. It's almost like they taste store-bought, especially the chocolate and red velvet that we've had. The icing on these 2 cupcakes was very minimal and very sweet.
I eat a lot of cupcakes because of my wife and these were okay. The cupcake itself was dry but the icing was good. I probably wouldn't order again. And if youre environmentally conscious, they don't use recyclable plastic for their to-go containers.
Very average looking macaroons and small for how expensive they are. They were $3 for one small macaroon and the lady wouldn’t allow for a taste test even when I said I wanted to place a large order. Not sure if they were racist or if they’re just stingy business owners. ALSO VERY DRY MACAROONS. I hate that I paid almost $40 for these.
I never ate here, but my niece certainly loved looking at all the fun designs. It looks like a lot of time and effort are out into these creations, next time I am around these parts, I definitely will be trying one.
THESE ARE AMAZING!! just had the Oreo cheesecake cupcake and wow so good ????
Very disappointed. I called in the early afternoon today to see if I could hold 6 carrot cake cupcakes for my boyfriends birthday today. The lady over the phone told me not to worry and she would have them for me as they had a lot. I went in to be told “ we sold out and I thought you said coconut.) still... she had held NOT A THING for me. I will not be returning. What a let down to here at 6pm... she never offered me a thing as a replacement and didn’t even attempt to solve the issue. Thank you for the great help today ! I will not be returning.
This is always my last stop on the way out of West Edmonton Mall! They have the best desserts in the country! I usually buy a dozen of the delicious cheesecake cupcakes! Amazing staff, just as sweet as the cupcakes ❤️❤️❤️
I was walking through the mall and passed by this kiosk. Wow did the cakes and cupcakes on display ever look delicious. I ended up buying a box for my family and they tasted as good as they looked.
The service wasn’t great. They have speciality cupcakes on display that aren’t for sale?! The box the cupcake comes in was an extra cost?! It took a long time to be served. One customer gave up. My daughter did enjoy the cupcake.
Deserves a 5/5 Awesome lady their has fun with her work, and makes everyone laugh when shes working! Their cheesecake cupcakes are my favourite!
I ordered the cheesecake coconut cupcake and loved every little bite. It was moist even the next day. And I also purchased the rainbow filled ones for some friends and they loved them. I would return for more.
But pricey for cupcakes if you ask me. Yes they look fancy and nice. And I'm sure they taste good but when you spend 6.28 on 2 little tiny cupcakes it's not worth it. For that price I can go to wallmart and get a 2 or 3 of packs of mini cupcakes that look and taste just the same that everyone could have. Or I could just make them myself. Since it It was just a special occasion like valentine's day trying to be extra nice to my little girls so I'm not doing that often. A pack of 12 or 13for 6.28 would be mor reasonable but not 2 each.
Delicious pastry and good price too.
Beautiful cupcakes! Also has 3 vegan options, all of which I enjoyed very much. By far the best vegan cupcakes I've had
A bit pricey but their cheese cake cupcakes are delicious. I really like the Tiramisu and Oreo cupcake they have.
Bought 7 macarons for 23$ from here.. way too overpriced!!. When I recently went to granville island in Vancouver and got 12 macarons for $20. All much better flavours.
Fantastic cupcakes and really lovely employees. My husband and I both tried their white chocolate cheesecakes and they were absolutely to die for. If you are at WEM, do yourself a huge favour and stop by! Can't recommend them enough.
This bakery is amazing, a bit more expensivethen usually but the cupcake and the price balances themselves out, amazing cupcakes, never got tobthe vegan ones yet but i know for sure that they'll be amazing 5 Stars Good job
By far the worst cupcake I have ever had. I got a red velvet buttercream filled cupcake for $5.50. The red velvet had no flavor and was very dry. The filling and topping was rock hard and tasted like a very sugary simple icing sugar frosting. Stay away from this bakery at all costs. EDIT......I went back to the bakery and it turns out that they accidentally gave me the display cupcake which was over a month old. As an apology they gave me 2 free cupcakes of my choice which were absolutely delicious!
The only place I ALWAYS go to when I’m in Edmonton. My favorite desserts in the country ???? The cheesecake cupcakes are worth a flight from Toronto alone! Amazing staff, just as sweet as the cupcakes!!
The cupcakes were very VERY dry and there was not enough icing. WOULD NOT ORDER AGAIN.
The “Black Forrest” cupcake had nothing Black Forest about it. It was a cheesecake cupcake with cherry filling & whip cream (that was old & gross). Without the chocolate its definitely nothing close to it. Cupcake itself was mediocre at best definitely not worth $6
This cute little bakery is not only owned by a friendly and lively lady but serves up the most amazing cupcakes and cheesecakes. They were beautiful and tasty. Loved them because they are not too sweet like the crave cupcake are. They are soft and fluffy and artistically stunning. HIGHY RECOMMEND!!
Bit of a story here, but bear with me. My wife and I had arranged with a different local bakery to make a cake for a gender reveal party for our baby, which we were planning to have with all our extended family. We were assured by that bakery that our cake would be ready for pickup on the day of the party, but when the day arrived and we drove to the bakery we discovered that they were closed - all three of their Edmonton locations were closed. We were devastated that all of our planning for this party - which centered on having this cake - was for nothing. I called several nearby bakeries and none of them were able to help us with such short notice. The last number I called was for Petite Bakery. I spoke to a woman on the phone who said they might be able to help. We drove immediately to their location and asked if they'd be able to quickly fill some cupcakes with either pink or blue icing (we were already late for the party). They asked me how many cupcakes I needed and I said two dozen - it turned out that's exactly the number of extra cupcakes they had on hand. Fifteen minutes later, we left with two dozen filled cupcakes. Petite Bakery saved the day, big time. I was very impressed by their willingness and ability to help us in our emergency, notwithstanding the fact they were busy with a constant flow of other customers. They were friendly, empathetic, organized, and quick to action. This experience is something we will never forget. And yes, the cupcakes were absolutely delicious and were a big hit at our party.
Had the coconut vegan. it was delicious
Really not happy with your cheesecake cupcakes. There seems to be more icing than cheesecake and you are paying $5.99 for it. That sucks!
These are hands down the best cup cakes you can buy. They are so incredibly moist, the icing is perfectly balanced. Especially the cream cheese one. The look of them is perfect enough to be at a wedding. The owner is a sweet lady that is pleasant and wonderful. The ingredients they use are very good. I have had crave cupcakes before which are awful. They put lard in their icing so it tastes like sugar lard with no flavour. And water down the baked cakes with sugar water to make them seem moist. But at petite bakery it’s actually fresh with home made tasting ingredients and the icing is amazing. I usually get the coconut, unicorn vanilla, or carrot are my favourites.
Delicious cupcakes! I bought my daughter a cupcake for her 10th birthday. It was so delicious that we had to go back for more (had to have one for myself XD). My daughter had the Vanilla Rainbow, which was moist and not too sweet but honestly she only cared about what it looked like. I had the strawberry cheesecake, it looks small but believe me IT IS FILLING! Will definitely come back!
They sell the very best cheesecake cupcakes I have ever tasted. Their cupcakes are also very pretty but the best part is how good they taste.
They need to work on customer service
I got the Vanilla peanut butter filled and it was absolutely heavenly. I've nevr had a cupcake so good. I'm usually not a big icing person but I could literally eat the peanut butter icing with a spoon. The customer service was also very good, they suggested their favorites and and were very quick. Yes, the price is a little high but you cant expect differently shopping at West Edmonton Mall. I'll definitely be back
I tried one of their vegan cupcakes for the first time yesterday, and it was incredible! It was one of the best cupcakes I have ever had, it was so moist and flavourful and you couldn't even tell that it was vegan. They have so many creative cupcake designs, making you wanting to try every kind. I was helped by the owner, who was the sweetest lady ever! Le petite bakery is a definite stop when I visit the mall, their service, taste, and presentation/decoration is outstanding!
Worse customer service I eve had in my entire life , the worse part is the person who offer such a terrible service was the owner, I understand or kind of make sense if is a busy place and the employees are on hurry, but the place was empty. is a shame !!
