Great food. Delicious! Good seating inside the bakery. Very busy —> little bit of waiting
Not as good as it’s Vaudreuil counterpart.
Some of the best bread on the planet. And pies too. I love their low sugar (9g per serving) apple pies and their quiche selection too. Service is slow but certain and the staff are courteous too. I have bought my bread here for several years and always enjoy the atmosphere. They serve great lunches with awesome sandwiches too.
Sandwich and salad were okay but the service was terrible they served 2 customers who came in after us then when I paid for my food the girl thought my money was fake and went into the back for 5 minutes to ask people if my bill was real. I won't be back
Love this chain of bakeries ????????delicious fresh baked goods, desserts, snacks and sandwiches. Also really like their Americano coffee. European flare ????Oh! And friendly staff.
Very friendly, well equipped against the Covid situation, the cake was delicious!
Free coffee refills!
Picked up..Quinoa salad for lunch. It was slimy to the pallet and obviously not fresh. I called to report.. was told my coworker had some for lunch and was very good??? Seriously..I wished a food inspector was present!!!
Beautiful layout, great service, polite people.
Absolutely fantastic.
Excellent coffee place. Well-situated along a busy boulevard. Very good macarons.
Is my favorite
Came in the afternoon and found croissants a wee bit overbaked. The Napolitaine was very tasty
The selection is good, but the store is in need of attention: the tables were all dirty, the person helping us did not know what “cooking chocolate is and asked me if I really wanted a hot chocolate” and they made me pay 3.15$ for a café au lait that can fit in a minuscule cup. Come on Premiere Moisson, you could do better, you used to be my favorite spot. Pay attention to your store managers.
I have to say that I have never particularly been a fan of croissants until I had these. They are so fresh, crispy and buttery. Absolutely delicious, it’s a must try. I also love their baguette. Other breads like miche are great also.
Great food and service
Fantastic selection, great quality! Excellent service!
Great service
Great service and staff.
Really good sandwiches. Excellent customer service.
Best pastries and catering
The food is great, seating is available there, overall great place. will visite again
Always fresh products, clean environment & nice , friendly staff
Delicious pastries
Nice bakery, always good products
Great cakes, pastries and certainly bread. Service is a bit chaotic, at times. Some cakes are pricey. Recommended.
I love this place. Their sandwiches, croissants, and other bread types and pastries are absolutely awesome. Too bad it's all carbs and sugar otherwise I would have practically lived here ????
Very clean and warm atmosphere! Love it :")
Best cafe\bakery in the west island, just missing some more gluten-free free products to get a 5 stars
This is one of my least favourite locations. They have added a little machine for you to take a number. It doesn’t appear to be working. Staff is very stressed. It shows. Service is slow. Place has a cold feeling to it. It just doesn’t t pull you to sit and relax. Where as the TMR location is wonderful and the Marche de l’ouest is fast and efficient although not friendly. But they’re so fast you barely notice.
Always delicious, and they have gluten free bread made with white rice flour- finally I can eat bread again!
One of the best Premiere Moisson locations in town. Great service, loyalty card for bread, very pleasant seating by the window and outside in the warmer season!
Quality products ! But they forgot to include a crown with the galette des rois :(
Great bread selection, has a few seated place to eat their food too and have a coffee. Many cakes and single portion deserts. Pretty sweet!
Fantastic breads, desserts and fresh meat selection. I suggest the ham, the bio bread and the croissants are excellent!
My place to die hard in Montreal. Great croissants must try the almod's one but don't count calories. Tarts and pies also delicious. Big fan of their bread
Went to grab bread and cakes for my daughter's birthday. The bread was good. However the cakes not at all. I bought a raspberry maccaron and 2 mango/almond tarts. The cream in the maccaron was NOT fresh, both people who ate that had digestive issues! The almonds on the other cake was not fresh either...tasted like old almonds. So disappointed. It's sad that you want to buy local and in around where you live but, it's a definite no go for me.
Good service nice people, comfortable. and very good quality products
Bread so so hard I could hit a nail with it
Disapppointing Premiere Moisson. Poor quality sandwiches and pastries. Inexperienced or uninterested staff.
Not too many options if you are going in the last opened hour.
Held back by the prices. Quality varies. Disappointed that a lot of the cakes are frozen considering the price. Tried the yule log for Christmas and the taste wasn't anything to write home about, same for portion. I would think again about getting birthday cakes there and instead go to Provigo. It's best for bread and the small pastries and not much else imo.
Good bread
WAS my fav place for almond croissants but the last 2 times they are overbaked, almost no almonds on top and cutted in 2 pieces just placed on each other, instead of one whole croissant ????. I never take coffee there, it's too fried doesn't have a real fresh coffee taste.
Convenient location but very little stock left after 4 pm
Not many choises
Love the staff - little pricey
Very nice place for coffee and desert
Fresh, large variety.
Great staff. Clean.
Freshly renovated and as usual great pastry.
I can't find Oat bread ????
Bought a delicious apple pie ????
I am a fan of all the Première Moissons bakeries and their products.
Need more cleanliness
Great taste, selection and quality of products. Lunch time is a little bit confusing and busy.
Cool place good food and coffee
Best cakes and breads in the West Island
Excellent bakery!
Great, delicious pastries bread and pies, but I feel like they could benefit from checking the quality and accuracy of the pick up orders before handing them off. Twice in a row there were either missing items or burnt items in my pick up order. Strawberry rhubarb pie is to die for.
hands down my favourite prmeier moisson location, the staff is super nice and helpful, the selection of goods is fresh and full of variety!!!!!!! the cheese croissants are to die for!!!!!!!
Amazing pastries and breads. Great coffee. Friendly service. Fun place to grab a snack and hang out. Plenty of seats. Not the least expensive place out there, but a good value considering the freshness and quality of food.
Very good food and nice staff
Best Croissants in Montreal. As everything they make. Very worthwhile trip from anywhere.
Good product and friendly service
Loved their triple chocolat cake , very light and tasty must try it !
The products are fresh and so delicious!
Excellent choice of pastries and sandwiches, really friendly service.
Best bakery for artisan bread and cakes. Good catering too.
Fresh tasty pastries, great staff
Incredible service. Very tasty.
The best pastry and french bread I've ever tasted while in Montreal. Oh I can't for the mocha latte.
Great fresh bread and tons of really good coffee options
Best breads anywhere
Very UNFRESH croissants & muffins. Even my cheap croissants from Provigo are more fresh then this place. Very disappointing.
Recently renovated, the products are always fresh and staff friendly.
the bread is so good here
Very good bread.
Got a couple birthday cakes recently. They were delicious.
Nice ambiance and service as other première moisson; it’s nice that they give out samples. The cake was nicely packed!
I like very much this place ..with my family we're almost 3 times a week...good food.very fresh, prices are reasonable...only thing they should have more gluten free selection of meals and bread...They also should have an option of half sandwich with other things like soup, salad and dessert
Good product.. can't say the same about the service
Good Lord those almond croissants are to die for. And also might I add sold out every time I attempt to purchase one here! Make more! Make more! For the love of god make more!
Great croissants!
The baked goods are excellent as usual, and the decor is very nice and comfortable to take in. Staff is friendly and helpful as well.
Great foods here
Croissants not fresh??? When people make the effort to visit Premiere Moisson and are willing to pay a premium price to have fresh croissants, then those croissants should be FRESH! I understand that X-Mas season makes you bake in advance, but in that case don't sell them at premium and clearly state they are from yesterday. Unless they ARE fresh from the day... In which case you should fire the baker right away!
They have the best baguettes and their whole wheat bread is delish!
Went here for breakfast after seeing the reviews on the croissants. Have to agree that the almond croissant was delicious. Chocolate one was good and monsieur jambon sandwich was tasty. Coffee was decent.
Amazing location and fantastic staff, my go to spot for olive bread and baguettes around this area. Would also recommend if you are looking for a relaxing location for a coffee (a little crowded in the summers though).
Too limiting when making orders. Staff confused when under the pressure of the holidays. Not impressed this time...
Very nice and cosy.good service good coffee and tasty treats.
Best sandwich shop ever. Montreal based chain. Gotta love 'em.
Decent breakfast, amazing service and top of the line bread and pastry baked in-house. I highly recommend this place.
Excellent croissants and very good service
Had breakfast, really good plus great coffee ????
Part of a chain in Montréal. Food is decent but not exciting. Cleanliness leaves to be desired; difficult to find a table with no crumbs on it.
Inconsistent quality - pastries deterioated but all breads are still ok.... Love their ice Coffee along with good tea selection. Great place for an afternoon tea with friends This location is definitely not as good as the others (go to Des Sources)
Had a capacino two hours ago. Still buzzed on caffeine.
Big selection, quick service. I like this location.
Nice place for a Cafe Latté and a croissant
The best bread there is
Tasty food and sunny area
Went sunday morning to buy bread The khorasan bio bread was not cooked inside and the baguette was average wasso disapoonted rewent out to walmart this time had a hot baguette for 1$ and a white bread for 1$ and they tasted good
Good bread, decent pastry, stressed-out staff.
We loved the cakes, and lately we only go get the birthday cakes from PM. Will try other pastries as well soon.
A bit on the expensive side, but the quality and service are there to match. Delicious products.
It is a great place to have a breakfast etc....
As far as good French bakeries go, they make the top 5 (the ones I have been to in the past 3 years). Large variety of items prepared daily.
Fantastic coffee shop, great food, beautiful coffee and friendly staff.
Great place for an amazing sandwich!!
Freshest products than any other PM I've been to.
They recently changed the floor plan for this place so it seems to have more seattings. Good soups and salads. Mediocre coffee. Friendly service, free parking. Good cheesecake!
Really nice bakery in the west island. They recently expanded seating area which was much needed! The sandwiches are really good! So are the cakes and bread
Excellent.
Good bread !
Not as many choices as I would like.
Their breads dont resemble the shape of whatever they put on their website. You expect a decent square like shaped bread but you end up with practically a baguette. I called an left a message to the DDO location where supposively the bread is shipped from NO RETURN CALL.
I was served a cold Lasagna and when I kindly requested to have it warmed up I was told, "Let me finish with this customer first". Instead of just taking my plate and saying "okay, leave it with us and we'll bring it to you".
Very nice place
Best baguettes and croissants
Good food and clean
Good lunch fresh made with a touch of french cooking. Professional personel with a smile.
Overall experience: good, nice alternative to Starbucks as a local coffee shop with quality pastries and sandwiches The good: Great tasting and fresh pastries cooked fresh daily, only bakery that also serve sandwiches in the immediate area. The bad: pretty expensive for what they give in terms of portions. Would I return? Yes
Great food
Called and ordered a cake for someone's birthday 4 days ago, everything was confirmed and my credit card was charged. When I arrived to pick up the cake, they told me there was a mistake and they didn't have it, must have sold it by accident. I had no words for how unacceptable this was. So unreliable and will NEVER be going back here.
I don't find it as special as it once use to be.
The selection is fine but the employees are rude, disorganized, and incompetent. I’ve been there a few times and I always leave aggravated. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.
Good pastry and friendly staff
Good food
Great selection of bread and pastry. Highly recommend Maple croissant, very sweet, better sharing with your other significant! The lady who helped us was very friendly. We also had chees croissant but i preferred the Maple croissant. It's a must-try!
No spelt bread. Bread not fully cooked. Slicer machine doesnt slice the bread all the way.
Very friendly staff and always a variety of delicious fresh food
. Very disappointing service. The sales person could not and would speak English. I don't mind when someone tries to speak English and if they can't I will speak French immediately, but when someone refuses in a service oriented business this is just rude. She also was not interested in helping me or explaining the breads. Someone else stepped in and offered service, also in French but at least politely! Not a pleasant experience and I won't be back.
I bought a cake and after two days, the fruits on the cake and the cake was rotten.
5 star bakery. Everything you try is amazing.
Very fresh pastries
Delicious
Very good thank you / merci !
Used to be better, limited choices of bread and cakes
Excellent choices and quality, very courteous and friendly service. Will be a repeat customer.
Took more than 10 minutes for 3 servers to serve 4 clients.
Yummy one of my favorite places to go. I love the fresh bread smell.
I discovered this Premiere Moisson by accident as I was going to the Royal Bank. Not as complete as others but I have found most of what I need and more.
Delicious croissants and sandwiches too!
Great spot for a quick bite. Very friendly staff
Nice place with good food
We have ordered a chestnut cake for birthday on Sunday for 2 days later, store confirmed it’s ok. Now, a few hours before we are about to pick it up, we are told there is NO chestnut cake available. There is no time to order another cake anywhere else.
Fantastic food . I go there once a week
tradition, little expansive,good
If rating for bread only i would give it 5 stars.. they have fantastic loaves at good prices.. the rest is overpriced for what it is.. the pastries , although expensive are good.. pass on the rest unless you like to overpay for pedestrian offerings...
Great selection Nice spot for a coffee and desert.
Some very nice pastries. Place is clean and the staff are friendly. A bit pricy though.
Worst coustomer service ever , i usually love their mille fuille , today went got 2 , when I arrived home and ate the first one , it was horrible , the layers were burned and hard and tasted really bad ,,, when i came to the shop with the second one all they cared about was that they can't reimburse the one already eaten ( or actually throwen away) No apologies no coustomer appreciation ,,,, will definitely stop going there and will never recommend
The bread is fresh
Nightmare with this première moisson specifically at St Charles.( I had positif experience with other ones ) I ordered a large strawberry shortcake for Valentine’s Day at 10am. When I arrived they said it was ready, but it was on its way to the store and it will be there in 20 minutes so I decided to wait 20 and took a coffee latte. 45 minutes later, I got a call from another employee in the same store saying that we were sorry but the shortcake is not even baked yet and it will not be ready before at least 12pm, and did not explain any reason why there is confusion or why did the other employee lied in the first place... Worst Premiere moisson experience and I wouldn’t suggest anyone to go there or order something there.
Love this company. Everything is top quality, service included.
Good stuff! They're products are fresher then other PM locations.
Just before Christmas i had a very disappointing experience at the Kirkland location! I was leaving to Chicago to visit my family on Dec 18th, my pregnant sister-in-law asked me to bring her some Almond Croissants. So on Monday, December 16th i called the store, to reserve 5 croissants so i can pick them up either during my lunch or after work. I clearly told the employee that i wasn't sure if i will be able to come at lunch but i WILL DEFINITELY pass by around 5 to get my order. I showed up at the store just to find out that my order was sold!!! The employee for some reason put the pick up time at 10 am! Was was frustration is that they didn't even try calling! All the manager had to say to me is "Sorry". And i told her how important that order for for me! She didn't offer any other products or a discount towards future purchases (just to try to make me come back to the store)... Not going back there!
The longest service ever 20 min to get a peice of bread
Good food. Bread just ok now that is not always made on-site.
The macaroons are a must try
Very nice place for a quiet and delicious Sunday breakfast.
Great breads and baked goods. Although more on the pricey side.
Management of this place is saving on electricity by underbaking baguettes, service is good, but careful observer can observe high rate of rotation amongst employes...
Great quality, tastes much better than your regular grocery store
Got two cookies for the kids. Was hard cookies. Kids did not like it. I am sure they have other good things but this is my experience there so far.
This is the west island bread hub. They also make lunches and italien coffee. Very organized service.
Simply the best...
Great bread choice
