Doesn't deserve a single star. I ordered a cake for the holy communion party of my niece and i had the worst cake ever in my life. My 8yr old niece can bake better cakes. I paid extra for fresh cream flower decoration which is not done. After ruining all my plans, the cake is resting peacefully in the trash can. Thanks

I order a halloween theme birthday cake. The sugar candies used was fresh and delicious. The chocolate cake felt heavy but was really light and melts in your mouth goodness. The icing was sweet but not too sweet. One of the top 3 best cakes I had the pleasure to eat in my life time.

Great service and finger licking delicious cakes. We tried the usual cupcakes and pop cakes before, but the custom to order cake was the best. I ordered the Grand Marnier flavour, this three layered cake was to die for. There is never a hesitation on any design that we give this store. They have always assisted in making our events more meaningful with the cakes our kids desired. The best inside cake flavour by far is vanilla cake with custard filling. YUM! ????

This place would be much better if they were doing smaller fresh batches. Prices are the same as other private local bakeries but I never find anything fresh here. Cookies always dried out and crumbly, pastries just never quite fresh enough. It's disappointing when you are paying boutique bakery prices.

Delicious indeed. I miss Jean, and it is a shame she passed this place along, but whoever is running it seemed to be doing well, at least when we stopped in. Good treats that the kids always look forward to. Not toooo much selection on hand, but everything we have tried is satisfying.

The best pumpkin chesse cake out there delicious cookies. The only reason gave 4 stars is one time a year ago bought cream horns and the were moldy inside but probably a simple look over on there part cuz everything else has always been fresh and delicious ????

I am super disappointed with this bakery. I ordered cupcakes and chocolate mousse over Uber Eats and was looking forward to it. When I ate the cupcake it was so dry and tasted like it was a few days old. The chocolate mousse was pretty much frozen and I could barely chew through it - it tasted like ice and not chocolate whatsoever. I would not recommend this bakery. There are many other bakeries out there who have a priority of selling FRESH goods daily. If only they did a discount or something on older treats and guests were aware that these were not fresh goods then I would understand. I do not understand why they charge so much when the quality and price do not match. Please order elsewhere and avoid the disappointment.

I was very pleased with the cake I ordered from Delish for my sons 4th birthday. He had his heart set on a dinosaur cake and I called over 4 bakeries. After being denied service from all those bakeries I called Delish and they had amazing customer service and made a BEAUTIFUL and delicious cake. My son loved his cake so much and it made his birthday so much more special. I would recommend this bakery to anyone.

I ate here a couple of times and it was good... My dad passed away and my stepmom bought a cake for his birthday shortly after for the family and the cake had a lumpy texture. When I returned it the very next day, Jean was extremely rude as I was trying to explain the texture and make a guess to what went wrong. I was very polite to her and she just got so angry at me even after she informed me that the white chocolate had set too soon creating lumps. This gave it a very unappealing mouth feel like globs of butter. After some arguing, she refunded the cost of the cake. When I went back to buy more things to give her another chance, many of the individual slices of desserts were old and dry and when I asked her about it, she became hysterical and told me not to come back. I told her I gladly would not come back. My sister saw them using their gloves to handle money and then touch the food with the same gloves. I would be concerned about cleanliness.

I had really high hopes for this place and I hate posting bad reviews however I am hoping they use this as constructive criticism. The macaroons... AWESOME. However, nothing else I have tried has been very fresh.. at all. Cupcakes appear to be baked and then either frozen or stored and then just iced daily. They are dry. Period. Just dry and you can tell that they were not made that day or even the day before. I get it if the turn around isnt good but it will make all the difference in the world. Maybe just make two kinds a day and have them super fresh? Anyways... hope they stay!

My daughter loved her birthday unicorn cake!! We got so many compliments at the birthday party and people asking us where we got the cake. The quality of cake was really good, no too sweet. The customer service was great as well. They phoned as a day before to confirm and even made arrangements to make the cake first thing in the morning and not a night before so it was fresh. When I told my friends how much I paid for the cake, they could not believe it. Cakes like this go for double or sometimes triple the price that I was charged. Very happy and will definitely order more cakes from this place. Thank you!

Terrible experience. I ordered my 21st birthday cake from this place. 1. I ordered a drip cake meaning it had melted gold chocolate dripping down the cake. The chocolate is meant to harden and you’re supposed to paint the chocolate to whatever colour you want dripping down the cake. The top corner of my cake was BROKEN - the chocolate was cracked because of the way the girl boxed the cake and it went totally un noticed until I opened the box at home. The butter cream icing was also smudged, as if someone took their finger and swiped it to take a lick. (YUCK) 2. They made me pay and extra $12 for a “rose gold” colour that I wanted on the chocolate drip. They showed me an empty bottle of it and said they had to charge me extra because they were currently out of stock. I said no problem, because I wanted the cake to match my white + rose gold theme. When I recieved the cake, it was NOT the rose gold colour that I payed an extra $12 for, it was a mix of blotchy pink, silver, gold, and almost a purple hue everywhere (imagine a galaxy scenery) - which was NOT the theme of my party. The colouring was not even properly painted onto the chocolate drip, it was spotty and the ugly galaxy colours were rubbed onto the base of the cake - which was WHITE, making it look terribly messy. 3. When I called to tell the bakery about the broken chocolate, they told me to bring the cake back and that they would “see what they could do” because they don’t know if they could fix it. I told them that I have absolutely no time to drive 15 min back and forth for a “we will TRY”, especially because the party was starting soon and I still hadent taken a shower- mind you it was my own birthday party. 4. I panicked and panicked and finally fixed the cake myself. I broke apart some decorations that I had up and stuck flowers into the chocolate to cover up the cracks. I took a butter knife and tried to smooth out the butter cream the best that I could. But there was nothing I could do about the BLOTCHY pink colouring that was painted on. After fixing the cake enough to not ruin my birthday, I had phoned the bakery once more, telling them that I have fixed the cake the best that I could but I was wondering if I could get at least a percentage of my money back because of all of the inconveniences that came with the cake, along with it not looking at all like what I had asked for. The lady on the phone LAUGHED at me and said she will not give me any money back, and proceeded to tell me that this was my fault. She did say that she asked me to bring it back, to “see what she can do” but at that point I had already lost my trust in their work and I knew I would just be wasting my time taking it back because they would not be able to fix it, at least not in time. Before hanging up the phone, I let the lady know that I will be leaving this review on her bakery and she told me to go ahead, as she continued to laugh. 5. When it came to actually cutting the cake, 70% of the cake was PURE BUTTER. It didn’t even taste like buttercream icing, it tasted like it was lathered with a thick layer of butter. The cake flavours I ordered were vanilla and hazelnut and both layers of the cake tasted EXTREMELY dry, old and almost stale. It tasted like the cake was baked a week ago, then frozen until the time for sale. This cake was definitely not worth the $120 that I had paid for it.

We've order a number of cakes for birthday's here. We ordered our wedding cake here and they did an amazing job. I know the management and owner has changed since then but they still offer good service and tasty cupcakes and cakes of all sizes and do a good job customizing to your taste!

Amazing cakes! They made my wedding cake in such last minute since my other bakery bailed on me in such short time frame. All I had to do was show them a photo and pick the flavor I wanted. Everyone loved the cake. Very soft and not too sweet, plus the design was spot on! The only thing that disappointed me was that they were late on the delivery and they had to set it up while people were waiting for the ceremony to start. Other than that I highly recommend.

The cake I picked was coconut and pineapple flavor with butter cream. I'm thinking of just ordering again to enjoy with my tea.

ordered a cake days ahead of time, when i called to see if it was ready to pick up they had explained that they had misplaced my order and would have to rush a cake together for me. They paid little or no attention to what i had actually asked for as it did not even have the colours i had really asked for. The issue though was not even in the cake decorating it was that the cake was either a week old or they do not know how to bake a cake. I would hope their cakes would taste better than the trash we ate on Monday night. My 9 year old niece actually thru her cake in the garbage! What 9 year old throws any cake away! I went in today with the remainder of the cake which was over half of it, to let them know how terrible their cake was and hoped to get my money back but was confronted by such anger. I was told that we ate some of the cake so it must have been good, to which i explained that the rest (under half) of the cake was in the garbage. I was then told to go home and get the cake out of the garbage and bring it back. I was also told i should have come back on Monday night and let them know how terrible it was!! We did not eat the cake until 8 oclock at night so i am unsure how that was supposed to happen. Then i was told that i should have come back yesterday with the cake, i am very sorry but i do have other things to do in life that return these poeples terrible baking. This cake was for my mom's 60th birthday and it was absolutely ruined, i would never recommend this bakery ever after the poor customer service and horrible cake. Besides the fact i was told i was lying about them forgetting about my order and they told me how nice they were to rush one! Plus they wanted me to get the other members of my family to also come and let them know how bad the cake was, (are you kidding me?! Really!). All in all the hassle and terrible baked goods are not worth it!

I’ve only tried the cupcakes so my review is solely based on that: visually the cupcakes are nice. Broken down to each component, the cake itself is quite dry and dense, lacking moisture and fluffiness, and the frosting was more buttery than creamy. We got four different flavours and each cupcake tasted old, stale, and dry; they also tasted of ‘fridge’ if that makes sense. I do not recommend purchasing cupcakes from here — not worth $3.00 per cupcake by a long-shot!
