Stayed here for work, had a project in town, rooms were quiet and clean, internet however was woefully bad, impossible to do anything productive! Breakfast was a challenge, with mediocre "breakfast sandwich" options which tended to be tasteless affairs.

Excellent clean property with nice beds and amenities

Nice hotel in general, nice staff. Nice design, parking is close could use more spots. Room was clean quite comfy. Breakfast was good, but if you stay a long period it’s the same stufff being served sooo... Fitness center and sauna are cool.

The entire place smells great room was so clean and cute...great jacuzzi and the bathroom things they leave for quests soooooo smart ....

Clean, well run hotel. Friendly staff. I've stayed here a few times and have always had a good experience. I only wish they had a hot tub and pool like the Holiday Inn in Fort St. John.

Room was nice for an average hotel, but not what youd expect from a Holdiay Inn. Front desk was slammed when we came in as the had only 1 person on and a line up of guests checking in. Tacky printed signs on the window or sliding doors seeing if you check in before 3 p.m. you're charged an extra $100! The room other than the Bathroom was nice and clean although the thermostat either didn't work or reset in the middle of the night as our room was a quite warm in the morning at 23°C.

Same as every other holiday inn express. If you’ve stayed at one you’ve stayed at them all.

I am always able to relax, rest and enjoy my stay here. It’s always clean and quiet. Great staff and a great breakfast. I love their hot pancake machine. You will be happy you choose to stay here.

Amazing! That’s all I can say. Everyone I encountered was wonderful and kind. My room was clean and extremely comfortable. The front desk associate Jennifer was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. She went out of her way to make my stay wonderful. Definitely my first choice hotel anytime I go to Dawson Creek.
