What a great place to have in Dawson Creek! Wish this cafe was here a long time ago! Delicious food, excellent service and the atmosphere is so relaxing, comfortable and a great space to sit down to drink your coffee, write in a journal or catch up on some work. Last but not least the coffee is top notch and you can tell the owners have a passion for their business and it’s wonderful to see them treat their staff so kindly. Little gem in the heart of Dawson, well done guys!

Entering this cafe, you leave your stress behind. It has it all for comfortable seating, nice music, great coffee, variety of drinks & food. With all ages in mind, this owner(s) created an atmosphere for relaxation. Simulated golf for keeping up with your game and an invitation for children to hang out with their adults as they have provided a couple quiet games to play. Really great to have this type of business in Dawson Cr. as it has been much needed especially during the sometimes "downer" winter season.

The hospitality is heart warming. They tailored the order as per my requirements. Contemporary interiors and really comfortable furniture. The best part was infact their coffee. Raw Columbian beans which are roasted and freshly brewed every week. No batch is older than a week and just smells heavenly. A must try!

Was visiting family in the area and decided to check this coffee shop out. Very impressed with the service as well as the overall design/atmosphere. Drinks were all fantastic and especially enjoyed the smoothie which tasted less fake and "sweet" in comparison to a lot of places. Would highly recommend

Beans and Barley is my go to for coffee, treats, meet ups, date night, lunch and more! The atmosphere is amazing, the staff are beyond kind and helpful, the retail items are beautiful, the space is perfect whether you are stopping in for a quick coffee, having a meeting, working, getting together with your pals, out on a date etc. The Beans and Barley Latte and the Bombay Fog are two of my favorite drink items and their power balls are a go to treat for myself and my kids.

great service and amazing staff. espresso is great! haven't had the food there het but it looks good to. id recommend it to anyone passing through and locals should definitely pop in! the virtual golf is pretty popular so phone ahead if you want to play. (edit) forgot to mention their customer loyalty progam. ask them about it!!

Really nice little coffee shop, open late enough I can make it for a London fog and a round of virtual golf after a day at work! Service is top notch, restaurant is extremely clean and just all in all something you wouldn’t expect to find in Dawson Creek.
