Love this place, great food, great people, great atmosphere- definitely my go to spot. Also... Do your self the favour and get a cinnamon bun- the sheer size/sugar/butter may take a day or two off your lifespan but it's 100% worth the sacrifice!

I got my sparking lemonade and didnt think anything of it, aside from that it was great, of course, then I see someone else with a regular yellow looking one and I'm like, WOAH! She gave me a special pink one! (I was also dressed in all pink, it's my favorite color) :)

The staff is super friendly and welcoming. Setting is nice to work in and grab a sandwich and a latte to fuel your needs. Happy tummy items: soup of the day, cookies, sandwich cookies (oh my God these babies are unbelievable, bagel sammies) Not so happy tummy items: pecan pie (too many pecans compared to the pie filling), butter tarts, cinnamon bun (not as moist as expected) All in all worth a visit :)

First things first: they have the BEST cinnamon buns in Halifax, that are almost too big for one person and loaded with cream cheese icing. So delicious. The coffee is amazing, and it's a great place to study with lots of light and quiet, cozy ambience. The staff are friendly, the decor is cute and it's close to campus.

Came for the treats, stayed for the people. And the treats. God the treats are so good. Before I talk about how incredible the food and coffee are, I would like to mention the staff. Always pleasant, always treat you like you’re a regular and are excited to have you there. I would be quite surprised if you don’t become as the food is otherworldly. There is nothing on the menu that won’t rock your world. The coffee, the breakfasts, the bagels, the sweet delectable baking that they whip up, every single bit of it is made with love.

I've been frequenting (2-3 times a week) this charming little cafe for the last year. The food and treats are always amazing. I was prompted to write a review today because I had the "Spicy Carrot" soup for the first time. I'm still wondering how you can make a carrot taste that good. Yum!!!

Small bakeshop and cafe in the Coburg Professional Centre. The delightful serve wonderfully indulgent cinnamon rolls and health soups for lunch with awesome biscuits. There's lots of space on the patio to soak in the sun, even if it's on a busy corner.

The best crust I've had is on the T&S butter tart. And I've had a lot of crusts in my 35 years in case there is question about my comparison set. Have tried nearly all their desserts and have always been very happy. Coffee is hot and lots. Friendly staff, all 3 I have met. Have been offered staff clothing (cafe sleeveless sweater?) for a chilly day on the patio, and given double the number of cookies I paid for. Will return and look forward to it.

The best baked goods! You're missing out if you don't try the cinnamon bun with cream cheese fluffy icing! Match latte with lanvender syurp was beyond. They use the best ice I think it's called nugget!

Where do I begin. This place is an eden. It will go down as a wonder of the world. In 200 years when we are all dead and gone our descendants will know the name of this hallowed institution. Not only are the beverages and food simply perfect but affordable as well. How are they so good at a fair price? Call a spade a spade this place is a utopia.

Best cinnamon roll in the city but horrible hours of operation!! When they are open, they run out of inventory in the first hours and do not strategize to make more. I have called twice around 11:00am to see if there are cinnamon rolls and they were already sold out. Knowing that this is a reoccurring event, why would they not plan to prepare more? The owners do not appear to be business savvy.
