drive thru lady was disrespectful, asked for a minute to look at menu as we obviously cannot walk in and look, rushed us and couldn't even get the order right. Not really impressed after waiting over 15 minutes for our order and with the treatment for food that wasn't even good. Its a pandemic. Common guys. So disappointing

You are allowed to enter the Dairy Queen from the drive thru order your food and exit the other door. This is much better than sitting in a hot vehicle the only thing is some people can't read and enter the exit door which made me feel and others doing the right thing a little nervous, but they also have but in front of the people using the proper way. I know how hard it is to control situations but I was a mamager at a Dairy Queen many years ago and still like your products. Staff are very courteous.

Hamburgers, Onion rings, Blizzards, Milkshakes and Icecream cakes Oh My!! Tasty burgers. Fries are ok. Chicken strip basket is really good with blue cheese dipping sauce. Always happy with the food. Little on the pricey end for fast food. Which is why they are now calling themselves, fan food instead of fast food. I mean even the stoners arent buying that.

I freely admit my error in this situation. I was driving along the main road and decided on getting a burger. I was smoking and as I turned into their parking lot to go through the Drive Thru I chipped my smoke (knocked off and put out the cherry) as I know it is illegal to smoke within 6 feet of the window. What I did not know is part of my smoke was still burning. And the gentleman at window made blunt, rude and snide comments. That is where my one star comes in as I admit my fault in this but there is no excuse for the way he treated and spoke to me. I did then fully put it out (as I thought I had) and my issue was the unprofessional manner in which he handled the situation. I am sorry for my part but that does give you the right to speak to me in the manner that you did.

My sundae came with chocolate sauce on the side and it was one spoon full. My friends Blizzard was 90% vanilla icecream when it was supposed to be cookie dough and our fries were cold.

Last night the trainees were left unsupervised at the ice cream bar and the sundaes looked pretty awful. I would have had mine remade but the trainee was a nice kid and I didn't want to make an issues for her. Maybe time to supervise trainees to keep up to DQs standards? Drive Thur to get two large raspberry fudge blizzards . I live 5 minutes away and by the time I got home I could drink these blizzards , there was unmixed ice cream in the bottom . Blizzards are made to be eaten by spoons and not a straw . We buy blizzards at this location all the time and this is the 2nd time we have had a issue with the product . Some quality control is in order !

dairy queen is a very nice fast food chain. There food has delicious flavor but in my opinion there desserts is really what makes them stand out they have delicious blizzards and ice cream cake. Another thing i love about dairy queen is the price of there food and dessert you can get small bilzzard(which in my opion isnhuge they should call it extra large not small) for super cheap and you only have to pay like a dollar more to make it a medium which is like double the size.I really like dairy queen and if you want go to any fast food place i would suggest dairy queen for you.

Ordered chicken strips though the skip the dishes app and they sent 3 uncooked strips with the order. After calling to talk to the store about sending out uncooked chicken I was informed that I should contact skip the dishes. I was mortified that she would try to deflect the stores responsibility about potential food poisoning onto a delivery service. I'm absolutely disgusted that a store would think that this is okay customer service and best practices.

I've always had a good experience with this particular DQ. Drive through staff communicates effectively and can handle sudden changes of order on the fly. Food has always been hot, fresh and right to order. Grabbed a couple of blizzards the other day and was happy to see staff members wearing masks and gloves for safety. ????

The guy that brought our food out to parking lot(twice) was fantastic. That is not the case with the person taking orders in drive through,she couldn't seem to hear much as she was too busy having social hour with her fellow"worker". First order was wrong,had to get back in line to reorder. The second burger that was "fresh" was room temperature. Waste of time & money. Save yourself the aggravation & go to fatburger

Received half of order that was placed and what was received contained less than 1/4 of what was previously put in box. 4 Piece crispy chicken had what looked to be the scrapings from the chicken and fryer cooker. Totally disgusted with DQ. Recommend anyone buying their food to check value for money before leaving their takeout window and if not satisfied return it for a refund.
