Great place to eat something light, healthy, and or delightful as their ice cream and other menu items are made from scratch. This was the Ginger Carrot soup with Scone. Scone had a good density, along the soup being light but fulfilling. For my palette it was a tad on the salty side, but overall good flavor. The service is friendly and assertive with Q&A. Starting with the actual metal tasting spoons through to all the unique flavours (Spruce Tip! Mad Hatter's Tea Party!) this was a delightful stop for my family. According to my daughter, the best Mint Chocolate Chip she's ever had. Plus gluten free waffle cones! And the little patio is such a pleasant place to sit and enjoy. We will be back.

$5 for single scoop+ in a waffle cone is a good price for this high quality ice cream. Some unusual / innovative flavors such as mulberry, all wonderful. Mine was mint that didn't taste like mint extract, instead it tasted like mint leaves.

The ice cream shop you need to visit in the Comox Valley! I adore the variety of flavours (you can get your standard chocolate fix, or go wild with salted bull kelp ice cream, for example. Plus, loads of diet specific choices like GF, DF, vegan), locally sourced and ethical ingredients, excellent coffee and tea, delightful baked goods, cute ambiance, great music on the speakers, and welcoming service! Lunch is also served daily with prices that feel more than fair. Take home items are also super handy for gifts, or late night cravings. Check these guys out for sure! Inspiring! If I could give 6 stars, I definitely would ! My fiancé and I discovered this place and we are so glad we did ! Where do I start ! I don’t remember the last time I tasted ice cream with a metal spoon (Yay zero waste????????). Also, their homemade ice cream is one of a kind ! I used to work in an ice cream shop where we made our own but it was too sugary and creamy. THIS ice cream is just PERFECT! I had the spruce and my fiancé had the best mint chocolate of his life ! We will be back as soon as we can and we are excited to discover new flavours !????

Best ice cream I've ever had. The lactose-free coconut ice cream is so creamy! I've never had a more delicious coconut ice cream in my life! The ice cream sandwiches came highly recommended and they are such a yummy treat. 2 fresh baked cookies with a generous portion of yummy craft ice cream in the middle! So good. Plus their friendly staff and many gluten free, lactose free and vegan options make for a very inclusive experience.
