Being lectured not to touch your face mask although we just sanitized our hands, being lectured on waste and the environment when my wife asked to double up her cup of latte (turned out to be coffees), beingwbeing subtly accused of trying to leave without paying for our baguette and overcharging us $7.50 does not make for good business. The woman who we never saw before could use a lesson or two from the other employees who were dressed in uniforms ,about customer service. We won't be back.

The regular Croissants are usually fresh but the chocolate almond croissant was below average last time I went. They were soggy and not very flakey. I also bought their quiche and it's always very good and easy to have for small brunches.

J’ai commandé la Galette des fois spéciale à l’érable et aux noix de pécan car je suis une fan inconditionnelle de la galette des rois et c’est la première fois que j’en goûte une faite au Québec. J’ai adoré! La galette est très gourmande, une bonne garniture de frangipane très fournie en noix de pécan qui donnent de la texture à la galette. On sent délicatement le rhum. La pâte feuilletée croustille et n’est pas trop épaisse. Une belle découverte gustative. Je mets une étoile en moins car je trouve qu’elle était un peu trop sucrée pour moi.

A wonderful bakery with tons of variety including breads, cakes, desserts or general pastries. The staff are always very friendly, helpful and do a great job of setting up large orders neatly in a box. Prices are on the high end but the quality is top notch as well. The interior is very well organized and kept extremely clean. I come here regularly to pick up large amounts of croissants for work, they never disappoint.

Delicious breads. Unfriendly customer service. Poor people skills from the unhappy workers. While my personal shopping experience is just mildly unpleasant, I've witnessed the personnel being quite rude with other customers. On many occasions. Customers are not treated with the respect that they deserve. Sometimes it feels like you are unwelcome there. If they didn't have the bread I love, I would never come back. Meanwhile, I want to say thank you to the bakers at the backend factory for their great work. It's only because of them that I keep coming to this unpleasant place.

Very snobby and arrogant waitresses working here. Always have such terrible service by young girls that hate their job and make my visits so unpleasant. I’ve walked out more then twice already because of the disappointing service. Walked in with my visor mask and was told I needed to change my mask. I obviously dont carry more then on mask on me at a time. So I asked if they could provide one and they wanted to charge me. My mask is Canadian and approved. Haven’t gotten a single complaint anywhere but here. I highly recommend purchasing from IGA versus here. Quality is great, service is better and no one hates their life and passes on their negativity to their clients. Don’t waste your time go straight to IGA is in the same block anyways. I highly recommend management reprimands their staffs extreme unprofessionalism, as it ruins the name and brand. Do a better job at hiring pleasant staff.

I ordered a cake and it is the ugliest cake I have ever got from a bakery, specially a bakery with such a name like "premiere moisson". After my complaint I got 15% off (5$ discount out of 38$ total). You organize a birthday for someone you love in their special day, you trust a bakery and they make a cake looks like it was made by a toddler (no offense to the toddlers, I know some of them could make a better one)! I am posting a photo so you guys do not try to trust them for the same service (It is a result after another staff tried to make it less worse, you dont want to see how it was before).

One of the best bakery in Montreal. I used to take from premiere moisson in gare central downtown. Always fresh I like to take my cofee with chicolatine early in the morning while studying. Excellent food and drink! Go here on a rather regular basis with my mom and the atmosphere is calm and perfect for chatting and hanging out! Gave 2 stars instead of one because their products are good. However, even one star is too high for the level of organization at the cashes. I counted no less than 6 employees in the store. Both cashes had only one customer, still trying to choose their order. Staffs had changed and the new staffs seems lost. The couple of other times I came the staffs were nice and welcoming and were efficient. Now it's a mess and they don't really understand food service. Came in this morning and grabbed a bag of croissants and was waiting to order a cake from the display. There were 4 staffs, enough for 1 to take care of cash, another for deserts, another for bread, and the extra to do other things to help out. The bakery is definitely not stressfully busy at 10 with covid going on. There were 2 at the cash, 2 at bread. Then there was me waiting to grab a cake. Employees seeing me and completely ignoring me to go to the bread section to welcome new customers that came 5 min after me, letting them cut me while I'm still waiting in line. I waited 15 minutes just to look at how unorganized they were and finally gave up and called someone out to come to the middle cash to serve me like they should've (like 10 minutes ago). I wasn't being rude or anything. I just said I'll grab a cake with my croissants and when I was done paying, the cashier slams the receipt on my box of cake and leaves (thanks for smushing my cake btw). 3 stars because the cake was good but sadly smushed which made me appreciate it less. 1 star for customer service. This review is not to bash anyone. Just to make you guys fix the current flaws. This place used to have really good service.

Manager here is really silly, we asked for the turkey cold cut and they tried to pawn off the last little piece left that was looking extremely dry and old & not even covered or protected in wrapping like they should be. So we asked to open the new one before being served but we realized their game and we when spoke to a manager they told no sorry we can't open it. So we told them to cancel the order and they didn't care about losing a sale. Overall good, but gets pricey quickly with only a few items in the bag.
