Unfortunetly I didnt enjoy it at all. Workers are nice but we trew away our sandwiches ( one side is wet and another is super dry) . Deserts are good. This why 2 stars. Drinks ( fruty) it's normal water . Glad to see nice and polite people but wasnt able to eat there :(

Really disappointed today. The cashiere refused to speak English even though this is quite the bilingual area of town, the coffee was weak and tasteless. And they had the nerve to charge an extra $0.50 just to have the overpriced bread we bought sliced. Lafreniere, just down the street, will get our business from now on.

Amazing place, every morning i go there to get myself a batch of shortbread cookies (6 big and 12 small) both for $5.85. No change in price between the amount and size of the cookies, very delicious, they have many other kinds like orange, maple syrup and chocolate. The team is amazing, kind and very friendly. I recommend this place for kids with their babysitters because i as a kid used to go there all the time to get the cookies. Totally recommended.

Went there today to buy tea which is already overpriced for the size you get. I bought additional items to meet the $10 minimum for debit transactions.... I didn't mind as I wanted to try some of their pastries. The choclate banana bread wasn't fresh at all and was a very small portion considering the price. The eclair wasn't fresh either. I don't mind paying a bit extra for certain things of the quality is good. Unfortunately, this is not the case for this bakery. Everything tasted like regret.

I live right around the corner from the patisserie and I will go out of my way to Avoid buying pastries there.The croissants are never browned enough, the chocolatier are very scant on the chocolate( Monkland croissantier ) have double the amount of chocolate. The Almond croissant is flat and heavy. Most offensive part of this pastry shop is the server. Everyone knows Who she is so , If you have it’s to go anywhere else go anywhere else. This business needs to close. I went there the other day because I really wanted a croissant and didn’t have my car biggest mistake of my life won’t be doing that anymore. Very bad business practices,stale bread, stale pasteries And will never address you back in English. That I have a problem with. Will never buy a pastry there again

Great pastries, but I don't know if they know how to make espressos, other than using the automatic settings on their machine. The double long espresso seems to be always made like an "Americano", and hence contains too much water. This is true for any coffee shop to which I've been, not just this one. The sandwiches are delicious too.

Went to buy a Ham Sandwich at the counter for about 7$, I have asked if they could grill them but they said no because they're about to close. To my surprise upon opening it, the sandwich doesnt even have a garnish on it, not ever a layer of mayonaise! Just plain bread and ham... And for 7$!?! Come on... Poor quality, stingy, stale, flavorless, racist (to anglophones and allophones) and not to mention, utterly unprofessional. They allow their family members who are clearly too blinded by familial bonds to stay objective or stay out of it to spew hatred to reviewers on Facebook. That probably also explains the 5 star ratings. I really couldn't vouch for this place in the slightest. I hope people brighten up and stop coming. This has to stop.
