Great pizza and bravo for using good old ecofriendly bucher paper. We had a zero waste BPA chemical free take-out. Would be nice to have some napkins though.

The last little while, I dont know whats happened here, the sfogliatella and lobster tails are always stale, not crunchy in the least, just hard and chewy, nothing worse than hard and chewy flaky pastries..their almost impossible to eat, given the price it’s a little upsetting for them to not be fresh..the last time we went (a few days ago) the lobster tail tray was full so I thought they would be fresh this time, but when we bit into them they were clearly 3 days old at least (or frozen and thawed?), it’s been the last 3-4 times I’ve popped in that the pastries have been stale..I won’t be buying Italian pastries here anymore...it seems they make to many and they sit there for 3-4-5 days or they’re freezing them and then thawing them to sell. Bread is great and staff is nice though.

Little hidden gem on Somerled in NdG. Amazing zeppole with nutella, triple chocolate cake out of this world. Cannolis are also delicious. Also try their pizzas, lots of choice.

The bread is pretty good as weel as some pastries. Some are oversweet like mini cheesecakes. "Pizzas" are poorly garnished and very greacy. The freshness of some pastries is doubtful some days. I continue to go there but I really pick my products. The space for improvement is big and the potential too.

OK, I wait ALL year for The Best Zeppoli di San Guisepe. Yeah, Yeah, Panorama Italia had a "where to get Zeppoli di San Guisepe", but they missed The Best Bakery that produces the Tastiest Zeppoli's. I am telling you, they are the best around. Oh, and the Best tasting sfogliatella (or as the mangia cakes call them, Lobster Tails) comes from this Bakery too. They are Big, they are Stuffed with the best tasting filling. The pastry is light, crispy and perfectly baked. I am telling you, they too are worth the trip. If I tell you this isn't so, then the Zeppoli's are on me LOL...

Great bread and cannoli. Very meh cakes and biscuits. For meats and cheeses, head to Tranzo across the street. There's less variety at Molisana. My biggest gripe is the lack hygiene of this shop and some of its workers. I came a few months ago, and the worker wasn't wearing a mask and coughed loosely into their elbow while serving me. I hope they don't go out of business, because I have fond childhood memories of Molisana runs. But they absolutely need to step up their game, for their own and their customers' sake. Also, what's with the lack of an itemized receipt? No legitimate business operates like this..... I also suspect I've been overcharged on many occasions, but I let it slide because they might be struggling. Still, I have suspicions of dishonesty.

I was in the mood for some cold pizza. Went there today and ended up picking up some meat sauce and pasta. Also got some of their breaded chicken, and it was one of the best I have ever tasted. As for the pizza, I bought 1/4 pepperoni, but because I was distracted in a conversation with one of the workers, I paid for it but didn't pack it in my bag. What a shame because it was not worth it for me to return there to retrieve it. If it was any good like the chicken, I am sure that it would have been good. Maybe next time.

Bought Zepolle for Easter to offer my family and friends and the product was not fresh at all (stale). Ended dumping the product. At almost 5$ each, you should serve a fresh product. I would not go back to your bakery and would not recommend.

Got to chatting and ended up offering to help them to move a replacement compressor from their truck outside. Next thing I know I'm walking out with pizza - on the house. Gratia Novy! Ps. One of the most disgusting displays of unhygienic practices I have ever witnessed. One woman had her mask on her chin, the other woman was handling the food with her bare hands (and after she was just cleaning the counter with a dirty rag and handled a transaction at the register), then a guy was placing bread with his bare hands. This place is run like it's still late 19th century. Have one person wear gloves and only touch the food, and one person process transactions. Plus whoever is making the food should always be wearing gloves and not touch anything else but food. It's crazy that some people need to be told that nowadays.
