love this little joint everytime i go back home its neccasry to grab a dozen bagels as they are fresh and sweet with an nice variety of flavours. Also theyre sandwiches are tasty and at a very reasonable price. staff are also very freindly

I deeply believe the way we conduct our business is as important as the product or service we provide or sell. I don't look for free. I look for honest. If you're not honest I always have to be on my guard ... and I don't like that. This shop is fairly priced (in principal). We went there for 2.5 dozen. Their price is, a baker's dozen when you buy a dozen. We came out with 30. There should have been 32. They know their pricing. I don't do business with dishonest - I don't care WHO you are! My evaluation is not based on the product quality. Only on my buying experience.

Absolutely delicious fresh and tasty chocolate danishes, apple turnovers, cakes, bagels and muffins! It's a small store but they have great service and be prepared there is usually a wait outside the door. Be patient it is well worth it and it feels great to support a local hardworking business. This is large and by far my favorite place to get bagels. Run by a nice young team of gentlemen graciously pumping out the bagels and slanging them at breakneck pace. Forget about all the other "bigger and more popular" bagels joints (heres looking at you st viature) this is the spot. Especially convient for those living in the west end of montreal.

The bagels are the best around. Also, if you want the ultimate cheese bagel (with sugar of course) call ahead because they are so good that they can't keep them on the shelf! The owner goes above and beyond the call of duty for everything I have ever asked for. You won't be disappointed.

Possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. 15 minutes in line outside while they serve 1 customer? 8 people in line and it did not move. Insanity. I figured it must be a one off so I tried again. Same thing. Their danish is not worth that. If their in an entrepreneurial baker out there, they should rent the space next door and offer serious customer service. They will make a fortune.
