* HEALTH WARNING!! * bought a cake this morning and it had chunks of mould. Many people tasted and had to spit it out it before we realized the bottom of the cake had a thick layer of mold. This needs to be reported to health & safety officers. Green mold visible in the photos. Apparently this place was shut down once for health concerns but I am not sure why it is open again

I've been buying pastry there for a pretty long time and absolutely loved it. This morning when I was buying a coffee I noticed that the person who was servicing today would use his whole palm when closing a coffee cup (meaning after him touching cash and everything around, I'd drink from a cup that his unwashed hands were all over.) I'm not picky usually, but I politely asked not to touch the part of the cup opening with his palm or give it too me and I close myself. My request was taking very aggressive. With pretty irritated attitude the person refused to do it and said that IT'S ONLY ME WHO'S MAKINGS THOSE PROBLEMS. Well after years of shopping there it was my last time.

Love this bakery! Used to live a few minutes away by foot, but now live a good 45min drive.... Miss it! The pastries are always delicious and fresh. The service is warm and friendly, with a smile.
