This is one of my favorite ice cream shop. You can choose from a large variety of flavours that keep changing from season to season. The portions are fairly big (two scoups are usually enough for me) and the prices are reasonable. The staff is always friendly and lets you taste new flavours.

Really great ice cream! Definitely try a sample before you pick your flavor, some of the flavors can have surprises. Also if it's 30+ C° outside get a cup! A cone will turn into sticky hands ????.

This used to be my favorite place for ice cream but over the years the choices have become less appealing to my simple tastes. Every item is overly sweet and expensive. Not much seating and no restroom. Still, if you want ice cream, there are very few options in the valley.

I've never actually had Baskin Robbins ice cream before, and was so excited to try it - especially after reading all the reviews stating "friendly staff" and "great service." I noted the sign on the door stating no more than 5 people in at a time. I was only able to see to the right and saw one customer. There was a blind spot so I had to open the door to see if anyone else was in there. As soon as I did an older woman (possibly owner?) shouted, rudely, "GET OUT!!!" I imagine due to there being more people in the store - that I could not see until I opened the door. After realizing that's why, I was understanding as this is a tough time for businesses. I patiently waited outside with my husband. After the customers left, it looked like the woman was sanitizing, so we didn't go in immediately and waited for her to invite us in. She did not. We know she saw us waiting, through the window. So we cautiously walked in. The older man behind the counter didn't greet, he just looked annoyed that I was in there. I said, "hi," and he just stared at me - if looks could kill I'd be dead, haha. I looked at some of the ice cream...and even though it looked so delicious and I was SO excited to try it, we ended up leaving because of the lack of customer service. They were just plain rude and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. How disappointing.

About three years ago I used to here and the ice cream was always full of crystals (yeuch), however recently I started going here again and it's back to it's old glory! Absolutely lovely ice-cream with no ice crystals or mess spilled on the side of the containers. Great staff, service always very quick. I'd recommend the World Class Chocolate flavour. If you love vanilla and chocolate, but can never decide, this is the perfect mix. More than that though, it's the texture of this ice cream, something between an ice cream and a mousse, it's like a super thick, sweet delight that's soft in the mouth and melts slowly. Yum. I've tried other flavours, but always come back to this one.

Staff is quick and efficient. Lots of outdoor space but only three indoor spots to sit and eat. Slightly more expensive than I remember. For cup one scoop, cup two scoop was approximately $13. They do have cakes and shakes though! Both flavors tasted good! Only four stars because it was unbelievable loud due to lots of families/ friends in a small area.

They should rename this place, Freezer Burned Full of Ice Crystals Ice Cream Place. So I'm a POV guy, that is to say Plain old Vanilla guy. I love the plain old vanilla ice cream. Not from here though. This makes it three times over the last six months I've gone for an ice cream cone here. Vanilla would be good, vanilla without freezer burned taste, without ice crystals texture. Hasn't happened yet, I won't be checking to see if it will happen again. Won't be back.

This was the first ice-cream shop where I was denied a taste of 2 similar flavors. I was looking for a coffee flavor, so I went with their Expresso Salted caramel. Disappointing to find that the coffee was hardly there. Overall, it was way too sweet. I much prefer the Vietnamese coffee ice-cream from Calem. On a positive note, my daughter loved their chocolate chip Cookie dough.

Ever since the new owners took over, quality went down. They use cheaper ingredients and the cake designs are horrendous for the high price that they set. Found hair on my cake and went to inform them about it, and the owners can barely speak English let alone French.

Bought the fresh pack. Turns out they did not have enough to fulfill my order. I could see something was off as they were both discussing and weighing my order only. Terrible service! My mother and sister in law went in to pick up a ready to do icecream and were in line when another lady arrived just after them. The staff for some reason ignored my mom and in law and immediately served a lady who just walked in. Not sure if this was done intentionally due to our race or just lack of training or organization. Either way, should be addressed.

I'm giving a 5 star as they had everything you would need and ice cream to enjoy, the only thing I didn't like was I ordered the reeses pieces sunday 3 scoop and never at any other baskin Robin's did they put the reeses ice cream scoop in my sunday, this particular one doesn't ask what I want in my sunday, I asked twice to remove it, she did explain that this is what I comes with and was a bit rude to me, I've been to other locations and I got what I asked for. In the end I did get what I ordered. They shouldn't put what it comes with if that's the case as ppl have their preferences, either way it was reeses pieses with the chocolate and peanut butter cups anyways with what ice cream I preferred. They need to ask, no matter what, either that than, I enjoyed my sunday in the end.

Visited Baskin Robbins last night. A Sunday night at 8:30PM. There were about eight people in line and the employee (Glenda, I asked) was working alone. We chose our flavours and got in line. I asked one man if she was alone, he said yes but she's fast. Yes she was! She got through that line up in no time. Not flustered, knew her stuff. I commented that "this girl deserves a tip" and the man I'm front of me said I was just thinking the same thing. The ice cream was great as usual, but Glenda was by far the star of the day.
