Some of the staff are horrible. I just went through the drive thru and the lady didn't even greet us, she just opened the window and stood there . Then to hand us our coffees she just says "here" pretty abruptly. I ask where her customer service was, she really replied to me that it died, so I told her she should quit then. Most times if you order a coffee they tell you to drive through even tho you may still have more to order they don't ask you or give you a chance. I've had nothing but bad experiences here. The service is horrible. It's a disgrace to the Robins name. Then one evening I decided to go inside to get our coffee, as I pull up and park the older lady is outside smoking a cigarette, not really a big deal until she followed me inside and passed a four foot sign stating that they wash their hands and did not proceed to wash her hands but went straight to making our coffee. That is disgusting what else did she do and touch with out washing her hands. I'm so disgusted with the service and practice at the Robins on Shediac road. Take the extra 5 minute drive to Tim Hortons way better service

Went through the drive through and asked for a hot cappuccino… I was asked if I want French Vanilla or Hazelnut, I replied that I want a normal cappuccino with coffee and steamed milk… “okay sir, drive up” I pay, take my coffee and drive away. 10 minutes later I arrive at my destination and go to take a sip of my coffee… spit spew yuck!!! Overly sugared French Vanilla dessert tasting drink that I specifically said I do not want. Staff should have simply stated that they do not do regular cappuccino and offered me something else. Owner/manager should address simple common sense in customer service, so not serve a customer something they clearly did not want.

Robin donuts is the best hands down anywhere anytime! Best coffee, my husband is in love with all of thier dounts and the best they now have gluten-free Brownies and they are amazing! Staff is always awesome at any location you go too. This location in inside a convenient store and you can get great jerky too don't miss out on Joe Smokehouse jerky ever!

Super friendly and personable staff. Nice clean space and definitely wheelchair accessible. There's a wide aisle when entering and spaces where you can park a chair up to the table. Options for baked goods, and the same Robin's coffee you'll find anywhere else. Lots of seating overall, and a washroom shared with the Petro Canada it neighbours.

Went in the Petro for gas and was told about how this place made pizza in 10 if I wanted... Decided on a sub which was so fresh and delicious and even had two of their incredibly freshly made muffins... ???? Recommend!!!!!

I had a cream cheese cinnamon roll. Sweet but really good. Haven't tried anything else there. But have heard things about there tea biscuit. Would be nice if they had a drive thru, because it's in a mall. Would go there again.

I moved to this area April 19th 2018, love this one stop shop for ice cream, frozen yogurt, fuel, car wash, laser wash, vacuum to clean your vehicle, as it is a petro canada, its also much more, the customer service is country hospitality to a point. The owner is not nice, he freaked out on me for using the laser wash, he has no idea who I am, cranky old man.

The food is good but i have gone down a few times now to get food at 5:20-5:30pm and they don’t close until 6 and they have all the hot food gone or the burners and toasters turned off. If you are open the customers should still be able to get food and drinks on the menu. Especially around supper time. I get they want to close up and go home but that’s too early to have those types of things unavailable

well went there for lunch .ordered sub everyone that was with me got order before me .so i went and asked where mine was she said she made it .so they were going to make me new one .but found the one they made first was still in microwave. brought it to me .when got it was cold and all fell apart so through in garbage. won't eat there again.

Well we have to be at work for 7am and Robin's Bridgewater Nova Scotia doesn't even open till 7 am so it's no good to us and our business is right beside Robin's so yes we go down the road to Tim Hortons because there open ????

A delightful little cafe in the Corner Brook Plaza. Much nicer than the 'golden arches' outside. Very peaceful at breakfast time with freshly-cooked items. The apple strudel is especially good! And the staff and service are always great.
