This was my first time visiting SinAmen - This is the best place for treating yourself for some buttery,creamy,chewy cinnamon buns. They are humongous and satisfying. I’ve bought half a dozen for $22 and it’s totally worth it. They do have a variety of flavors to choose from. My favorites are always the original ones. Can’t wait to visit them again. Customer service experience was great, very respectful and efficient. Definitely a gem ???? business in the city of Chilliwack.

Well, they are cinnamon buns. We got a six pack for the second time in a year because we were in the area and we were hungry. They hadn't gotten better: they were still a bit sloppy and just okay. If you're going to do a classic cinnamon bun make sure to get it right. The bun itself is okay and has nice features but aren't rolled out and cut nicely: they're too loose so they tend to fall apart if they're not covered in icing. Those with icing are smothered in far too much of it which hides the decent bun. Also the icings have an odd texture and are not really complimentary: white icing is passable but not the PB one with the cookie on top. ???? The only 'good' ones were the plain (which fell apart) and the peach brandy (I think it was) which had a nice combination of flavours and the brandy warmed the throat as it went down. I don't like alcohol in food but this is a nice idea; just a little sloppy. We didn't have the hotdogs or sausages because I've had a Java Dog before and I'm not a fan of those either. I prefer more simple but if you like Java you may want to try these. No idea what they're like but it's a sausage: it has to be great. Easy street access (corner) and lots of parking. Very friendly and professional staff. Easy walk up order windows, one for dogs and the other for buns. No outside seating (at least not on that day) but lots of outside standing room.

**update ** have contacted owner as he said to but never responded back via email I find these cinnamon buns to be on the denser and drier side. Yes the glaze/cream cheese and the brown sugar makes the buns ooey gooey, but the dough is definitely on the drier side. The bun also unravels easily. The highlight would be that the icing isn't super sweet. I would come back if I was craving a cinnamon bun mostly for the flavour and taste, but if you're looking for the moist and fluffy cinnamon buns this isn't the kind. This place has absolutely amazing desserts. You feel horrible eating them because they taste so damn good, the type of good that you know is bad for you. They are well prepared, super soft and loaded with cinnamon, I do not regret getting them.. I compare this to harvest cafe in terms of quality. Simply epic, I will be getting more in the future.

this is the second time I have tried them. the first time was right after they opened and I chalked up the long wait and poor product to opening kinks that needed to be worked out. sadly this appears to be the norm as I had the same results this time. buns are very dry and overly sweet. I had a classic with cream cheese icing and the outer half was so dry and tough I had a hard time eating it and it ended up in the garbage.

I really wanted to love this place after reading reviews.. they sure look impressive in the window display. We bought 5 different ones to try.. every single one tasted the same, over powering sweet, way way to much brown sugar filling. The over cinnamon sweetness completely drowns out any specialty flavor. The boston cream just tasted like over sweet sugar, cant even taste the chocolate or custard, and the rest were the same. We try cinnamon buns everywhere we go and these ones were the worst unfortunately.. way way way to sweet. The other down side, a busy lined up Saturday morning and only 1 girl doing everything.. the other lady wasnt helping her so the wait was very long to get your order after you pay.

Took a friend one morning. I'd been bragging about Kerry's baked goods since I'd heard SinAmen was opening, so we had to try! I knew what to expect, but my friend is not a fan of sweets! Tried his Bacon Maple Cinnamon Roll, and has told me several times, "you come to my door, and I'm not home, look for me there! I've converted one! Plus, Kerry and Claudette are just amazing people!!

If I'm being honest, they were not what I expected. The owner & I chatted about these treats a day before I put my order in, but when I picked them up at 11 am they were already very hard & dry. They did not have as much toppings as in photos, so we were all quite disappointed about that. They needed to be taken home & heated in microwave to soften/warm them up enough to eat. Will I give them another try, yes of course I will. Hopefully this was just an off day for them. I will say the favor of the lemon blueberry was delicious tho. 4 COST me $18 so I really did expect more than this. If I try again & they are better, I will edit review

Hotdogs were great, and having sampled a couple of the cinnamon buns, I would say everyone should stop in, you will definitely find something you'll love... but maybe order ahead for the cinnamon buns; they sell out.

I was really looking forward to trying this place...I ordered the soup of the day "Beef Barley" and I had to wait until they heated it up. I asked while I was waiting this soup is homemade ya? She replied no. I thought ok. I left and opened the soup and it was cream of broccoli and I had the savory garlic and herbs bun...tasted cold and old and very salty. I had to toss it all away. I will not try the cinnamon bun as it is for someone else. Waste of 16 bucks if you ask me. Very very disappointed!! Maybe the bun wasn't baked because it does not look anything like the pictures.

Unfortunately, we found these lacking in flavour. They were quite stodgy (not fluffy) and my wife spent some time trying to figure out if they were vegan or not, as she has many allergies. 6 cinnamon buns for 22 dollars. Sadly, would not recommend in their current state.

AMAZING!! We were there today. 2+ hour drive there n'back.... 1.5 hours in line-up and it was worth every minute!! These are the best cinnamon buns we've ever had! My grandson was a little disappointed that they were bacon bits in on his Breky Dog. The menu said, "bacon". He noticed the difference and he is 11 years old. Had we gone to a fast food place, like what was requested, and ordered a bacon Burger we would have had pieces of bacon. Just saying. Perhaps clarity on the menu is in order? Cinnamon bun was warm, gooey and delicious.

My daughter told me about this place and thought I'd love the variety. What a great idea to vary the toppings on a great base. The best dough I've eaten of a yeast Cinnamon Bun ever. I was disappointed with the lack of cinnamon. I could barely taste it and if you want a gooey bun, these are not. I also got a herb and garlic bun which again the bun was superb, flavour was minimal - I added butter and garlic when home. I would try again as I am reading and seeing images of gooey buns. Perhaps mine missed the gooey :). I didn't take a picture.

They're ok I guess if you like the variety of flavors. Me personally I just like a good plain cinnamon bun, and I would say the ones here are so-so. Don't go expecting to get a nice soft melt in your mouth cinnamon bun, these are very dry and chewy. Not sure how they're making them but if you just want a plain cinnamon bun, this isn't the place for you.

Not that great. I had the savoury buns as they were sold out and I had to choke it back and then we never even finished the other savoury one, so I assumed I just don’t like savoury. Went there today and got the peanut butter (way too sweet of Icing, but still a nice flavour), the blueberry lemon glaze (tasted good, did not look anything like the picture on fb, but whatevs) and then the cream cheese glaze (which tasted like cream cheese lol) I guess I expected it to be a sweet cream cheese and not a bagel cream cheese. The service was very fast and great and they were friendly. After reading their negative review responses on here, it turns me off. They are never at fault and are “confused” or “this isn’t normal” they even called someone a “troll” for leaving a 1 star review. Your cinnamon buns aren’t for everyone. We all can’t like the same things. Blaming it on the customer is tacky.

I’d seen this company on Instagram months ago and was really eager to try them. We drove all the way out from Vancouver just to indulge my craving for these buns. And we were so disappointed. For starters, when we got there at 2 pm (Saturday) there were only 3 options to choose from: peanut butter, or which there were plenty, one cookies and cream, and a handful of minis with plain icing. With 4 hours left in their business day, it’s a bit wild that there were only a dozen buns for sale. But… we purchased the cookies and cream and 2 minis. After sharing the former among three of us, we decided to not even bother sampling the plain. The dough was hard. The icing way too sweet. It was fine, but utterly and completely disappointing. Would not recommend.

Worth the drive! The perfect cinnamon bun! Exceptional customer service - we called with questions, ordered over Facebook messenger, and were treated so well in person when picking up! Regular glazed, lemon poppyseed, strawberry rhubarb — all amazing!! Bourbon peach and cheese — really good (but didn’t amaze us). Creative flavour combos, excellent dough, tight rings evenly sweet. Best buns on the planet...Any reviewer here that says otherwise has either chosen a flavor that they did not like or are just not cinnamon bun fans. There is no way you can go away from this place not feeling like its a worthwhile experience. Oh and the homemade soups are incredible also.

I don't normally leave reviews for businesses (I know I should more often), but I had to with SinAmen Bun Co. I'm not picky when it comes to food, but wow these buns honestly just hit different. They taste so good. I'll keep it as simple as that. I used to have a place in Ontario that ranked #1 for my favourite, but records were made to be broken, and this one was shattered. I have never seen so much in the way of variety, and they come out so fresh! They honestly just melt in your mouth, kind of like chocolate. Take a second and just visualize that - oh yeah, it's good. I'm seeing a couple of negative reviews, but honestly these people must be trolling or disguised competitors or something, because I'm not sure what the heck they are talking about. I've now been there a few times over the last year and each time has been as good as the last. Don't let the trolls dissuade you. If you're itching for some great dessert, and good service, give it a try for yourself. You won't regret it. (This is being written as I'm eating them, lol).

I really wanted to love these. Unfortunately they just tasted like bread with a pound of sugar dumped on them. They were also lacking a cinnamon taste. The glazed was very dry, almost tasted day old. They were out of cream cheese buns, which I may go back & try. Wishing that they were soft fluffy buns. Wasted trip ????

The Cinnamon buns are out of this world, highly recommended! As for the hot dogs, don't waste your money. Regular hotdogs on regular buns with a spoonful of chilli and little cheese! An $8.50 hotdog should fill you up. Maybe get footlong hotdogs, for the same price! That will work. Cheers,

SinA-None! It ires me to know that a place can stay open til 7pm and be sold out. We got the last two herb and garlic savory buns. They were dry and needed something to be complete. Maybe an egg and sausage? or a butter sauce? While we ate on the patio for about 20 minutes, we counted 8 vehicles of people who were turned away. Lost business and unhappy customers. If you're competing with places like CinnZeo who can make cinnamon buns when they are low, there is no excuse for a local business to do the same. I would have bought day olds if they didn't sell the day before. A disappointing drive from Vancouver. Maybe I'll return earlier, and re-evaluate. But for now, this was a generous 2 star experience at best.

Been a big fan of the owners for a couple years now, and so far, I've never been disappointed. My first trip to the current location, I took a friend, who is NOT a fan of sweets. He then told me the that his first cinnamon bun was outstanding! Perfect amount of cinnamon for him. Well, we were there again this morning. My friend opted out, as he'd had a big breakfast, but I went with the Farmer Sausage Dog In the name of whichever deity you believe in, the home made farmer sausage was OUTRAGEOUS! I've been missing the homemade sausages and smoked meats the owner is also well known for, and this dog did not disappoint! Perhaps the prices may seem a little on the high side, but the challenge is finding anything like it here in Chilliwack. Locally sourced fresh ingredients, an outstanding imagination, and a passion for the creations they make, SinAmen Bun Co. Is a great little treat, and yes, take the time to treat yourself!!

Goat Cheese Bun was awesome. Started w/that as savory, then had the Blueberry and Lemon as dessert. Delish. Busy place. Totally suggest checking their weekly website for Buns available that week. Definitely going back but need closer locale to / in Surrey. It was quite a drive to get to Chilliwack. Well worth it! ????

Very good buns maybe a little to rich, but good none the less. They should make more different types. I love buns and have tried most types, these are good.

Delicious. Absolutely and completely DELICIOUS!! cinnamon buns and the hot dogs are equally amazing. Can't rate it enough. I almost wish I hadn't discovered this gem because my waistline won't thank me haha!
