So this is a tough one. One one hand, their bread products are some of the best tasting I have tried, and their prices are very good. (if it was just this, they would get 5/5) Their business' organizational skills however leave much to be desired. Many missed deliveries, staff are not able to access the billing computer (which looks to be over 10 years old), and their payment system is on dial-up. Very hard to rely on, but they do get the job done 90% of the time.

Yes their product is delicious BUT when you do orders and EVERYTIME you show up they baked the wrong thing it gets old real fast ! Second time they have screwed up an order for event.

This isn't your average bakery, so dont go in expecting all the frills and fancy displays. It's mostly wholesale but they do have a very small retail counter, and I'm very glad they do because they have some really good products. Their huge size loaves are perfect for families like ours, and they have some delicious on-the-go lunch nibbles, like samosas or pasties, as well as some sweet treats like cookies and cakes.

The bread from the bakery is amazing. The problem is getting the bread on the day you want it for. They are very unorganized and not reliable to deliver on time. It took three phone calls and three deliveries to get just about all the bread I ordered. Will not use again and do not recommend.

Pros - Bread and donuts are great and that is what counts. Cons - location is inconvenient. Parking insufficient. Store crowded with more than two customers. Still a 5 ⭐️ because of the quality of products.

Ordered cupcakes from here and was not told that they did not make them in house but actually outsourced them from Cabin Fever. (We specifically did not order from Cabin fever as we were not happy with the product we received last time.) Figured out ourselves that they were made at Cabin Fever after we had paid and gotten the receipt. Cupcakes were hard, dry and all toppled over and messy. Employees seemed grumpy and not friendly when I picked up my order from Sardis bakery.

Long wait, and bad service. Not very food safe; saw icing and other dairy products sitting in the heat for quite some time, not being used, with the outside door wide open.

Placed a order they didn't make it. Tried again later in the week and the same thing. All u get out of staff is them blaming each other. Not to mention working with food while being sick and talking about it in front of customers. But when they do get the orders right, it is pretty damn good but I'll be taking my needs els where.
