This is hands-down the best quality produce you can get in Chilliwack. Local organic fresh in season fruits and vegetables. They also have an amazing Bakery with all kinds of sourdough and ancient grain breads... and the girls who work there are really nice too.

Local Harvest is my favourite place to shop for produce - some of the best vegetables I've ever eaten and I never leave without a blueberry scone, or pizza if it's Saturday. Also, Dan & Helen and their incredible family are some of the kindest people you'll ever meet. To anyone who is complaining about pricing, let's all remember massive flooding JUST happened and all of our farms have taken a devastating blow to their livelihoods. All highways are closed, so any orders they had in the city now have to probably be canceled and refunded...please take a moment to realize how much they are losing right now. We need to be supporting our farms more than ever rather than kicking them when they're already down. And if it's the milk I think y'all are talking about - it's literally the best milk you'll ever have. Worth the $$$$.

Such a great spot to stop and grab some essentials or just because items. I love the curated selection of local items. It's the best spot for local raised meats, yogurt and veg. All labels are so clear and you can feel confident about what you are buying. I also stock up on all my Anita's items here too.

Great local place for seasonal veggies and goods. The prices are reasonable as they grow most of the veggie them on site. If you haven't worked in the fields it is hard to understand the amount of labor and love that goes into things. Especially when large grocers make everything so cheap. Most of our veggies/meat/dairy is under price. Rather buy here and support them.

Seriously the best sourdough around. Get the chocolate chip one on Friday or Saturday! Just make sure you eat it quick or put it in the fridge or freezer, it doesn't last long on the counter. Great selection of Anita's grains and beans, and Pacific Roasters coffee, honey etc.

Really nice spot. Produce was a bit pricier than other small local grocers ($14 for a large box of strawberries today vs $10 I saw at another small shop this week). Had a lemon blueberry muffin from the bakery, which was lovely. Would return for the bakery for sure!

Lovely little market near the Chilliwack Herridge Show Park on the edge of town. They have a wonderful variety of local produce including delicious homemade Chocolate Sourdough Bread and interesting products like Water Buffalo Milk. Definitely a real gem for patrons that like quality food.

Local Harvest is our families 1st choice for fresh produce. Dan has also taught our kids homeschool group the foundations of gardening and farming and they loved it. The pizza on Saturday is fantastic. We love the philosophy, integrity and care that Dan and his family puts into their business.

Wow... Expensive AF. I can't believe how much they're asking for anything in this store... No wonder it was empty. The Anita's organic flour mill is literally around the corner, and I've never seen the prices of their products so high! I can buy their stuff cheaper out in Vancouver which seems insane...

I love Local Harvest. You find things here that you don't see elsewhere (cookbooks, local wares), and the quality and "localness" of the produce can't be beat. Their selection of HABIT juices and Anita's Organic Mill products is unsurpassed. A real gem for Chilliwack.

Honey choices are great and bakery foods are yummy and young adult girls staff are friendly. Prices for honey is little costly but many choices and flavors. Love the cinnamon honey to add to tea or coffee.

Went in for the first time. Cute market lovely produce but I have one complaint. Too many people in store especially right now with covid 19 and all the social distancing Protocols. You should limit 5 people at a time in your store and have a line up outside. Just a suggestion.

This business is top notch. I have shopped here for over 5 years now, and have taken gardening courses Dan offers. Dan and his wife are incredibly hard workers, take good care of their staff, grow amazing produce, and are a lifeline to our community...especially when we have supply chain issues. Having their food available for my family brings me so much peace and confidence. Thank you! To all the quality milk haters: the price was the same before the flood as during. if you don't want it, don't buy it! But please for goodness sake do not slander Dan and Helen for something you know nothing about. How shameful.

This is my go-to place for local, organic produce, wholesome meats and hands down the only place I buy flour and baking products. If quality is your utmost priority (regardless of price) then this is THEE place to shop in the Fraser Valley. Reading other reviews below, of course the price is high. Food like this is literally priceless. I will say, I don't buy celery there because it does wilt fast - but to me, that just means the other-store-bought celery is fake and full of chemicals!!! I always stalk up on the celery roots though, they are HUGE and delicious! And a final comment about the staff - I too have encountered the sour faces/attitude of some of the staff, but like all retail stores, that's just how it goes. Sour or not, the staff is still helpful and never rude and the products are ultimately what I am going for - not smiling faces.

A few years back I did a gardening course at Local Harvest that Dan put on. It was such a great course, and really demonstrated his passion for local food and education of the public. Since then I have shopped at Local Harvest and only have wonderful things to say about them. I love what they have stocked, and that it’s as local, fresh and healthy as it comes! My experience there is always good. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Dan and Helen have done an amazing job at providing food for our community in a way that not only gives us healthy food, but also gives back to the earth.
