I would rather give "No star" at all. I received a laptop as gift one Christmas, and an expert told me that the laptop was used and an older version. My screen cracked and was unable to be fixed because they did not sell the types of laptops anymore. Be extremely careful when you buy electronics. Very disappointed of the customer service. Rather than completing the transaction, I was told right at 5:30 they were closed. I drove from Waswanipi to chibougamau to buy something but they couldn’t wait to finish the sale but was told right at 5:30 the store is closed. I couldn’t buy what I wanted cause they didn’t want to work after 5:30.... so I drove back home, what a waste of time Im assuming they’re merely employees and not business minded. (Lose of sale and lose of a customer) It will be a long while I got back to this particular store. ... very disappointing poor customer service
