Very rarely will I write a google review but I couldn’t resist after the EXCEPTIONAL customer service I received at this local business! I phoned Bella’s chocolatier on my work phone looking to purchase an arrangement of chocolates as a gift but was unable to make her business hours due to work and I was calling very last minute. The owner surprised me at work with a beautiful arrangement or chocolates and went out of her way to make sure I had a gift arrangement in time! Not only was her customer service exceptional but the chocolates were INCREDIBLE ????????????????????????

I was in town and had an overwhelming craving for chocolate. I found this place on Google and drove there, as Google said they were open. I disappointedly found them to be closed ????

Wow! We ordered chocolate and vanilla cupcakes for our party and they were exquisite! Cupcakes by Bella in downtown Chatham Ontario impressed me so much I want to let everybody know. The gourmet cupcakes were tall with the freshest taste, the icing was perfect, fluffy and light, not overly sweet topped off with a chocolate covered juicy strawberry ...very classy. They were the highlight of our party ...just wanted to say Thank you Bella! Lex

Make sure you call first because the open sign may be on the street but the door is rarely open. You have to call and wait for the owner to get there. Just shop at the chocolate shop down the street

Called and ordered a chocolate gift basket as a thank you gift from the folks at Bella Chocolatier. They even delivered it directly to the person for me. I got an email from the recipient right away explaining how much they loved every chocolate treat from Bella. I know now to do all my gift giving from Bella Chocolatier, make sure you ask them to include their chocolate covered licorice, incredible! They are truly the chocolate experts

Fantastic! Really enjoyed their chocolate truffles, smooth, fresh and devine. Got a chocolate gift basket sent to me from a friend and I loved it. There was chocolate marshmellows, chocolate covered licorice, hot chocolate mix, almonds, and truffles. I'll send these gift baskets out every chance I get. So happy I found them. Teresa

Me and wife were taking a stroll in the charming Chatham city center when we discovered Bella Chocolatier. Entering we were immediately impressed with the variety of chocolate truffles, they looked so appetizing and the taste test was beyond expectations. We bought a big box choosing a couple of each. The truffles were delicious, but two stood out in particular, the champagne truffle and the volcano truffle went beyond chocolate, they were an experience, absolutely phenomenal! The chocolate arrangements looked impressive as well, the worksmanship and attention to detail were something we just have not seen anywhere around. We warmly recommend a pit stop at Bella Chocolatier, try it, you won't be disappointed!

This place is a cool chocolate shop, very unique and exclusive confections. We look for different things you can't find anywhere else and Bella Chocolatier makes our cut. We shop world wide and love the chocolate products this little shop in Chatham Ontario Canada offers. Great job Bella staff and keep up the awesome work. They have the standard main chocolates and truffles but offer stand out, award winning chocolate items as well, like chocolate dip Spicy Doritos, a Saffron Chcolate truffle, and their latest creation a divine Oreo sandwich peanutbutter cup, just spectacular, a must visit for yourself.

Said they were open and the sign in the store window said open February 28th. Very disappointed after driving from Wallaceburg to enjoy some chocolate treats on the way home. Thank goodness the weather was a great day for a drive.

No one is ever there and the light for open is always on. I call the number nobody picks up. I came twice over there different days. Its ridiculous.

Please ammend your website. This store is not open. Apparently you can call ahead and order, as you will find when you see a note on the door. Waste of time for me.

They are never there when the website says they are open been there twice and the doors are locked and they don't return emails I'm not from chatham so made 2 different trips there and found them closed

Very disappointed! My son's aunt from Toronto ordered a chocolate gift basket from this company for his Birthday and had it delivered to our home. Upon opening it we noticed that all but two items were purchased from the dollarstore as they clearly had dollarstore tags on them. And most whch was Halloween candy whch would make it 5 month old candy now. And not to mention the gift "basket" was actually a small trash can even labled "Trash" also from the dollarstore. So completely appalled. There was a whopping $10 in old dollarstore candy items in the gift can and the purchase was made for $40 of the instore made chocolate gifts. I have called the store with no luck in reaching the owner and have even sent a facebook message directly tothe owner with no reply back as to how she can fix this issue. I have posted a picture and description of the gift on facebook and was not surprised to have people with similar issues with this buisness come fourth. Not to mention many who were going to be upcoming clients of hers for weddings ect that will no lnger being using her. From my experience I would not recommend this buisness to anyone. Regine Chocolates in Chatham is the way to go for all your chocolate needs.

Wow...just got a chocolate gift basket delivered to me at my office from Bella Chocolatier. The chocolate was most incredible, my co-workers helped me devour it all. Many unique, handmade chocolates, to have these chocolatiers here in Chatham is just amazing, they are very creative. I will send out all my gifts from them, a classy chocolate shop.
