(Translated) Very disappointing experience. I went there on a weekday to buy croissants, I'm told they just make it on the weekend, fresh made. I go back on Sunday morning, have the croissants as planned and when I get home I realize that they are clearly not made in the morning like the baguette I bought. I called and they confirmed to me that they were made the day before ... a pastry / bakery with croissants made the day before? It was like the croissants in the plastic supermarket dishes ... unfortunately it's over for me. The lady at the reception was very friendly though. (Original) Expérience très décevante. J’y suis allé un jour de semaine pour acheter des croissants, on me dit qu’ils en font juste la fin de semaine, frais faits. J’y retourne dimanche matin, je prend les croissants comme prévu et une fois arrivé à la maison, je réalise qu’ils ne sont clairement pas fait du matin tout comme la baguette que j’ai acheté. J’ai téléphoné et on me confirme qu'ils ont été fait la veille...une pâtisserie/boulangerie avec des croissants fait la veille? C’était digne des croissants dans les plats en plastique du supermarché... malheureusement c’est terminé pour moi. La dame à l’accueil était très sympathique par contre.

(Original) Été sur place pour une estimation de prix pour un gâteau en forme de chiffre, on me répond que ce ne sera pas suffisant pour 20 personnes. On me propose à la place un gâteau rectangulaire avec un imprimé de photo pour plus cher qu'au IGA pour la même chose. J'envoie un message avec image sur leur site, d'un gâteau rond en fondant très simple pour une estimation. On me répond qu'il faut un rendez-vous pour parler du prix et options . J'appelle et on me renvoie à la page fb. On me répond qu'on va demander à leur pâtissière et on ne me reviens jamais avec l'information. Manque important de professionnalisme ainsi que de service à la clientèle!!! Je ne le recommenderait pas.

I have got a terrible birthday cake there. The design is quite diffident from what I have ordered. The cream butter stains the mouth and the tongue. The cake tasted not fresh. Won't buy anything from this bakery!
