I had mixed emotions about the reviews on this place, I wanted to clarify that as of this message there are 2 men on staff, where as what I've seen a lot of negative reviews involve primarily men neglecting to help because they were trying to "show off??" 1 is the manager and 1 is very nice employee. The rest of the female staff are very nice and honest when I asked about that stuff. The prices are a little on the pricier side, but the products and ice cream purchased here are worth the try. They offer in store and take out, and unfortunately google maps for some reason does not properly provide a good location, it is next to an ALLO MON COCO, if that helps.

This is a great place to get very well prepared chocolate. I’ve tried their fine chocolate boxes, and although they’re not my favourites, they are a great gift to make someone feel appreciated. The staff is friendly, the place always looks tidy and organized, they’re always rotating their products display and waiting times are fairly short. You should check this place out.

The other day I thought I lost my debit card and called the store. One of the employees went outside to look by the entrance, even though it was raining. Very friendly, helpful, top notch service. Plus the ice cream and chocolate are delicious. I just wish they sold orange ice cream again. When you dip it in chocolate it tastes like a Spacebar. (You have to be older to get that reference, sorry!)

Nice for a special treat every once in awhile but not my favorite place to get ice cream. While my kids get very excited about the dipped ice cream, they usually leave a lot of it uneaten because they find it gets too sweet. I will definitely return but probably in the fall when it's a little cooler and we can slowly enjoy the ice-cream without it becoming overwhelmingly sweet.

What a horrible experience. First off, I’ve visited multiple locations and have received the same standard customer service and food quality. This location is in dire need of direction. The gentleman taking my order didn’t know what to do or how to place the order. All which is understandable seeing as he is probably new, but his manager/owner was so overly engrossed in a conversation about the weather with one of her employees she couldn’t bother to help him. Upon arriving for my food, guess what?! The order was 100% wrong. The employee then proceeds to tell me she can’t and won’t fix the issue because she is busy?! I was so appalled and disgusted I left. Take my advice and visit Walkers Ice Cream, local owners and operated. Don’t waste your time nor energy.

You should tell your employees to wear masks appropriately. Funny how all the guys there were chatting up with the girls and trying to act cool when their mask were clearly not on correctly. Might be a joke for some. But as a business during a pandemic. You should really pay attention to it. Had the smore ice cream. As much as I try to give the benefit of a doubt. It was an overpriced cone dipped in chocolate stabbed with a marshmallow. The Grilled marshmallow was very "rare" as in it wasn't. The one in Gatineau is much better.

Overall good place, I have been almost in all their places, but when start covid19 and they open again they got really bad idea to use carton cup for icecream and put inside the chocolate)) so you should use knife to cut the chocolate before you reach the icecream ))

I order a lot of their cookies consistently, they're fantastic. And also because they opened during covid and I don't want them to go out of business, the chocolats favoris staff even write notes saying thanks for the support which is nice but I should limit my consumption of cookies if I want to lose my covid weight for the summer lol.

Really disappointed on the quality and service feel rushed to get your order and take it and get out they didn't want to fix the mistakes that were made. When asked what chocolate was put on just get a shrug of shoulders.

$17.49 for two medium bowls of ice cream. I was expecting the ice cream to be top shelf. My husband had raspberry with dark chocolate, I had maple with milk chocolate. The chocolate was so hard you could not get a spoon through it and when chewing it there was a wax like texture and taste. The maple ice cream was as bad as something from the supermarket, truly awful. I have given this two stars because the girl at the door was very nice and helpful with instructions. I like to support local new businesses, but I should never have strayed from Deli-Bec over on Maple (haha ironic). UPDATE: AUG-2020: Company reached out and forwarded my complaint and information to the Manager. They suggested I could come into the store and identify myself and I would receive a complimentary ice cream. Given all the negative posts, I think I would rather Go to Deli-Bec and pay.

Terrible customer service. I spent 80$ in 2 days and they wanted to charge me 50 cents extra for a waffle cone when I spent 10 minutes explaining to the cashier the type of cone I want. They actually chose to throw away the ice cream but not to give it to me because of 50 cents.The manager named Megan was the one in charge.My children are upset but I am never going there again.
