The place is looking run down and the air conditioner did not seem to be operating. Wi-Fi was ok and the coffee was fine. Not much ambiance though.

This is my favourite store to get specialty coffee. They have a lot of really tasty blends, in beans, ground or K-cup. The franchisee is often the person who serves you. I like to see that, it shows he cares about his business. The employees are well trained, very friendly; and certainly knowledgeable about what they sell. If you have never been here, you are missing out!

Best breakfast sandwich ever! Super fresh bagels that almost melt in your mouth. Great selection of coffees, coconut roast tops my list. Couches in the back for relaxing, a couple of booths for semi-relaxing in the middle and a few high-top tables with matching chairs if you’re all about business in the front.

I’m giving it 2 stars because the manager is nice and the coffee is okay but one of the ladies that serves at the front is judgey. She never smiles. Piercings are fine so it has nothing to do with that. Come to think, none of them smile... You’re serving people coffee, not working as a warden

I loved it. In my opinion, it is not old or messy. It's more like a very warm and inviting place to drink coffee. I almost NEVER go to Starbucks, but when I do, I find it too right and busy. Timothy's is a place to kick back and relax with a cup of coffee or I daresay, cheesecake! Their food and drinks are delicious and absolutely worth every penny! I recommend lime Italian soda and Turtle cheesecake. Om nom nom!

The manager was super gross and inappropriate... he also kind of came off as sexist. I heard he only hires females because men would talk back/stand up to him. So if you’re a guy looking for a job this isn’t the place to go! but the staff was really nice!! Really great service from the baristas. Hopefully they find a better work environment cause he’s a huge a hole.
