La pate feuilletée à commencé à s'imbiber d'eau, la chantilly est mi décongelée, la crème totalement congelée. Les choux sont humides, c'est pas bon. Pas bon pour sortir d'une boulangerie patisserie. Pour une note de presque 60 $. Je comprends que le gâteau était dans une vitrine de congélateur et pas un frigot. Je n'en ai pas été informée, tout comme les Saint honorés étaient au chocolat. Quand on commande un gateau dans une patisserie plusieurs jours avant la date, c'est pas pour avoir un gateau frais du jour ? c'est pas ça le but d'une commande en patisserie ? J'ai dû manquer quelque chose ....
