Une belle chandelle noire sur un fond de déco noires, c'est tamusant pour un enfant de quatre ans! Nous avons rappelé pour exprimer notre déception et la femme (l propriétaire sans doute) à qui ma conjointe a parlé semblait beaucoup plus préoccupée par son égo (et de l'argent qu'elle pourrait perdre) que par notre satisfaction. La femme du Cake - Toi! a finalement accepté que nous lui rapportions le gâteau pour être remboursé. Arrivé sur place, le commis m'a demané pourquoi je voulais être remboursé. Je lui ai dit que ma conjointe avait déjà discuté avec une employée et que nous allions être remboursé quand la femme en question s'est retourné pour me dire que ce n'était pas une discussion mais plutôt quelqu'un qui avait appelé pour l'engueuler et moi de lui répondre: "Avec raison!". Elle m'a donc ordonné,devant tout le monde qui attendait en ligne, de sortir de la boutique pour attendre mon argent que le commis m'a remis en me disant: "Merci, ne revenez plus". Ne t'inquiète pas mon grand, je ne reviendrai jamais. Franchement, une belle compagnie de prétentieux, voleurs, irrespectueuse de sa clientèle.

Elle pouvait bien évidemment arriver à une entente avec moi et passer par comprendre ma situation. Mais non! Le lendemain, mon conjoint a cherché le gâteau pour payer à Mme la propriétaire le 130 + taxes. Et en fin on l'a jeté à la poubelle parce que le gâteau était en plus vraiment sucré même si la décoration était magnifique...Mme propriétaire votre service à la clientèle est déplorable. De mon côté c'est juste 130$, c'est de l'argent, de votre côté vous avez vendu un gâteau à une petite fille qui était hospitalisée. Est-ce que vous pouvez vivre avec ça? Une entreprise, c'est plus que vendre, c'est comprendre sa clientèle. Je ne vous achèterai jamais rien dans votre magasin! Jamais.

Je cherche encore aujourd’hui le goût de la barbe. Pour le gâteau , assez bien réussi. Pour le glaçage, je vous dirait qu’il était sucré , même trop sucré !!! En conclusion , j’estime que cette entreprise vague sur une popularité qui reflète pas ce qui en ai réellement. Oui c’est bon, même assez bon mais j’ai vu mieux . Pour le prix , le goût et le visuel je donne une note de 3/5.

Without telling me, they decided to add a white cream on top of the cake with "twists", gums and candies. The creaming "runs" down the side of the cake. They also made the decision to plant 3 big star shaped lollipops (unrelated to my theme) in the middle of the cake. In addition, the cake was not finished: it was missing the sign "Paw Patrol", the small bowl and the bone. I waited 25 minutes for them to add the missing items. They were quick to get rid of it, without taking any action, and the results were not good. They completely ignore the fact that white was irrelevant! I just paid $ 65 after all! I called, no answer or answering machine. So I sent an email to explain my disappointment to them and I asked for compensation for the cake different from my request and the waste of time in the store. No return call, a simple email telling me that the decoration is at the discretion of the pastry chef and that she can give me a $ 20 credit on a future order. I called back, still no answer. I took out the cake 2.5h before eating it (they recommended at least 2h). 5 people took a piece ... 3 of them told me the cake was dry and tasteless and the other 2 told me that the creaming (which shouldn't have been there originally) was too salty. No one has finished their plate ... $ 65 in the trash! Before writing my review, I read those of other clients and it says a lot ... As soon as someone says something negative, no matter how small, the person who answers, the one who represents the company, feels attacked and takes everything personal. She responds to clients in a totally disrespectful and unprofessional way. I can't believe that with such a terrible service, the store can still function ... En plus, le gâteau n'était pas terminé : il manquait le signe "Paw Patrol", le petit bol et l'os. J'ai attendu 25 minutes pour qu'ils ajoutent les éléments manquant. Ils ont fait vite pour se débarrasser, sans prendre de mesures, et le résultats n'était pas beau. Ils ont complètement ignorer le fait que le blanc n'avait pas lieu d'être! J'ai juste payé 65$ après tout! J'ai appelé, pas de réponse ni de répondeur. J'ai donc envoyé un courriel pour leur expliquer ma déception et j'ai demandé une compensation pour le gâteau différent de ma demande et la perte de temps en boutique. Aucun retour d'appel, un simple courriel me disant que la décoration est à la discrétion de la pâtissière et qu'elle peut me donner un 20$ de crédit sur une prochaine commande. Jai rappelé, encore pas de réponse. J'ai écrit un courriel pour qu'on me rappelle. La fille du courriel, Amélie, me rappelle et me dit que j'ai eu un beau gâteau, en bref de ne pas me plaindre... "ils font 500 gâteaux par semaines". J'essaie de lui dire que je ne suis pas satisfaite, mais elle me coupe la parole. Je lui dit de me laisser finir de parler et elle soupire. Je lui dit que je ne commanderai plus à cet endroit, donc je veux un crédit sur ce gâteau, pas sur un prochain. Elle termine l'appel en me disant, bête, "merci, au revoir" et en me raccorchant au visage. Je rappelle et Catherine répond. Je lui demande si je peux lui parler à elle ou à quelqu'un d'autre, mais pas à Amélie, mais la charmante Catherine me dit "un instant" et passe le combiné à Amélie. Comment Amélie répond au téléphone? "Madame, je vous ai dit merci et au revoir".. Quelle belle façon de répondre à un client! Cet appel s'est également terminé en me faisant raccrocher la ligne au visage! Pour le goût du gâteau? Pas mieux! J'ai sorti le gâteau 2.5h avant de le manger (ils m'avaient recommandé au moins 2h). 5 personnes ont pris un morceau... 3 d'entre elles m'ont dit que le gâteau était sec et sans goût et les 2 autres m'ont dit que le crémage (qui n'aurait pas dû être là à la base) était trop salé. Personne n'a terminé son assiette...65$ aux poubelles! Avant d'écrire mon commentaire, j'ai lu ceux d'autres clients et ça en dit très long... Aussitôt que quelqu'un dit quelque chose de négatif, aussi minime soit-il, la personne qui répond, celle qui représente l'entreprise, se sent attaquée et prend tout personnel. Elle répond aux clients d'une façon totalement irrespectueuse et sans professionnalisme. Je ne peut pas croire qu'avec un service aussi exécrable, la boutique puisse encore fonctionner... À la longue, le bouche à oreille va la détruire... Je ne recommande pas cet endroit.
