More of a convenience / mini grocery store. Lots of camping supplies, if you're in need - and enough grocery supply to pull together a few reasonably priced meals. Kids toys and other impulse items are a bit over priced - even for the area. If you're looking for tourist items, venture further and find one of the many other stores in the area that specialize.

Great store for grocery items and souvenirs. We were in Cavendish for 5 days last year and shopped there about 5-6 times. Prices were good and staff were very friendly and helpful.

As the name implies this is totally designed for tourists so the prices on some things aren't nuts. That said, most stuff is reasonably priced and they have a huge selection of stuff. The attached liquor store is cute and they have a lot of local stuff to try.

Great spot to find the items you may have forgot. The selection is good. You can get just about everything you need for the kitchen. Fresh meats,vegetables etc. It is a bit pricey but it is here or 30 km to Summerside or Charlottetown. There is a liquor store attached as well. They carry a wide selection of camping supplies too. Worth stopping by.

The classic “touristic store” . You can find almost everything you need when you are on vacation out of your house; groceries, kitchen utensils, some pharmacy products etc. The liquor store is also attached to the store. On the other hand, as usually in this places you have to keep on eye in the prices …. Since they are clearly inflated in most of the products.

Can find anything from cereal, bread, bagels, chips, pop, toys, supplies like tin foil, and kitchen supplies, camping, toys, medical, pharmaceutical, and most grocery store needs, alcohol store on site. Miss the local seafood store that's gone. Wish they would bring it back. Lots of parking.

Selection may be a little lacking in the groceries department, but this store has everything! If you're camping and forgot something they probably have it! Prices seem pretty reasonable on most stuff, a little high on the souvenir stuff but not bad. We're here in the off season so the liquor store is pretty empty, but it's the only one we've seen in Cavendish.

We stopped in here after touring the fabled Anne of Green Gables right down the road last June. Their shelves are stocked full of just about anything you'd be in search of. Doris used this opportunity to pick up some very nice postcards to send to our granddaughters who were following us on our 3 month trek across wonderful Canada.

They have a very nice selection of items! If you are staying in the Cavendish area and forgot any supplies, you can usually find it here. Convenient location right off the main street and there is also a liquor store here (although if travelling to PEI you'll want to get your booze on the mainland. Alcohol is always more expensive here than NB or NS)

A store that has a surprising number of items, most of which are priced reasonably. Found a pair of cute beach shoes that I later saw in a gift shop for almost double the price. Staff have been friendly and helpful. The hours are great too - open until 10:00 at night, for those of us who forget items from time to time! And for those who need dinner items late.

I assume the prices are slightly higher due to it being in a tourist area. Had one of their store made chicken salad sandwiches, it was packed full and hard to take out of the container and tasted pretty good to. Friendly staff as well.

As the only grocery store in Cavendish (that I am aware of) items are unexpectedly well priced! You can get a lot of stuff you need here, including large jugs of water which is good if you are camping or at a cabin with no drinking water. It was also excellent that a liquor store is attached, making it a one-stop shop on the way to your ocean-side cabin or cottage. The liquor store has an awesome selection of PEI craft beers - Snowbird IPA is the best.

This is like the only place for groceries in Cavendish that we were able to find and the selection is not great (especially for picky eaters or those on special diets). This store has an old country feel to it which was nice- lots of souvenir type things and a basket of stuffed puffins which all had ribbons saying Newfoundland on them (Cavendish is in PEI). Prices are a little marked up since it's a "tourist" mart but otherwise fine. The PEI liquor shop in this location, so load up!

Not much more expensive than a big box store regular prices. 2.39 for a can of Campell's tomato soup, regular price at Sobey's would be 1.39. The mark up isn't unreasonable for being walking distance to campgrounds and the nearest Walmart being 30 km away. We always shop here when we come to Cavendish. The staff is so friendly and helpful and most importantly, you support the local resort community that makes your vacation possible.
