Relating to some other reviews and agreed, I think they take advantage of tourists. Talked to staff about the pack & ship boxes and she said it would be $12 for shipping on the box (or free if my total spend was $75). Then I purchased the box and she said I’d have to ship it elsewhere on my own. Didn’t pay them any shipping money but I’m out on the time to find/ship elsewhere on my travels & possible cost of shipping being higher than what store offered. Not fair service at all.

I love this location because its spacious, accessible and you can have a sneak peek at the process! I was fortunate enough to have a little tour during my visit here, and loved getting to see how it was all made. I do think its a unique experience to really get to see how a product is being put together, and the care that goes into each piece. I would suggest going by this location, and trying to book a tour if you're able!

Prices are higher at this location then the others in order to take advantage of tourists. Fyi, if you get 12 chocolates, it costs less then if you got 9 but they dont tell you that. Poor customer service and I dont agree with the price difference.
