Too crowded. Customers can't get from one side of the room to the other without asking people in the line-up if they can move. Staff is constantly changing, and prices keep increasing. They also need to remove that huge table that is taking up valuable real estate for customers. Customers have to crowd at the end to wait for drinks, which blocks others in. Over-priced, over-crowded, over-rated.

I love the location by Save on Foods, London Drugs, and there is plenty parking. Also there's lots of space for enjoying a coffee with a friend. The entire glass wall really adds to the atmosphere. The only complaint I have about this Starbucks is you best enjoy a coffee by yourself because its difficult to hear. It would be great if they could dampen the sound with acoustic engineering. Not going to rant about Starbucks coffee flavor competition with Macdonalds or Tim Hortons. People who drink at Starbucks have those coffee beans in their blood.

Witnessed the server announce a drink order and look at the person who ordered it. Then just left it when the person didn't respond. The customer had to come up and ask for their drink minutes after it waz ready and announced. The restaurant was not busy.

Every time I go into this store to pick up a mobile order one of the drinks is completely wrong. The last time, they made an iced coffee instead of a latte. I think they also may be understaffed because I put in a mobile order 20 minutes before I showed up and still had to wait 20 minutes before I saw them start making my drink. The baristas are always very friendly, but seem like they are over worked and overwhelmed.

I normally like this location but today was not a good experience at all. The music was so loud that I actually felt assaulted and when I mentioned it to the girl I got zero reaction or understanding. My 2nd issue with this server is she absolutely was doing her job but service was not there. It is so rude to make customers reach accross the entire counter for their change or their item. Its plain bad service...show your customer respect by meeting 1/2 way or all the way to the customer's side. Its a small thing but it really peeves me...especially when the server now turns her back on you as you have to retrieve from across the counter. Besides being rude I have a sore shoulder which actually hurts making that motion

Every single time I go to the downtown location on Franklin Ave by Save On Foods, the service is always very slow. It does not matter if you go inside or order online to prevent the wait— the wait is extremely long. The mobile order is to prevent you from waiting and go in-and-out quickly. When I got my order after waiting 20 minutes, my order was not completed. When I asked why it is taking 20 minutes, the employees was spitting out excuses. I was not the only customer that they gave bad service and attitude towards.

It was really busy when I went, I made a mobile order and could see my order sitting on the shelf, I asked the staff about it twice and they said it was coming, finally the third time they actually handed it to me and told me “next time tell us you’re here so we know”….I had done that twice. A little unorganized but the order was made correctly (though melted as I waited 20 minutes in the store when it had already been made)and ended up being late for work, I’d go again but definitely won’t order mobile!

Service has gone severely downhill in the last couple years. The staff are consistently rude and unenthusiastic. There is NEVER a manager available any time I've had a complaint, which is often. I've had an employee give away my mobile order to another customer, I've waited over 20 minutes for a mobile order that they "forgot" about, I've had staff members speak to me with a snotty attitude, they are ALWAYS out of something, and I've had several drinks made incorrectly. They never have a manager in, the most I've gotten is a teenage "supervisor" offer me a gift card that I can't even add to my app so is useless for mobile orders. They need a whole new staff and an actual manager. I've stopped going to this location entirely, the prices aren't worth having a drink made wrong and being mouthed off by an employee that doesn't even look like they want to be there.

First time at this location was an evening before close. The ladies were the sweetest and our drinks were BANGING. I've come a few mornings before work, different a.m staff obviously....but the same staff across the mornings. Not only do they lack any warmth towards the customers- (or at least to me)- but my drinks are gross, overheated ...like burnt espresso overheated, burn your tongue overheated, Can't drink for twenty mins overheated, lacking all flavor. They don't plate their food with care and the facility is freezing. If you ask a question or for an item they act like you disturbed the deepest most personal conversation . No eye contact, no acknowledgment. Just not happy with the vibe of the morning staff or quality of drinks made.

I’ve been increasingly more frustrated with this location lately. For the past few times I’ve ordered a drink on the app it’s taken a really long time for them to make it. I live in Timberlea and I always order it before I leave for work downtown. It takes about 15 mins for me to drive there and when I arrive my drink is never ready. Yesterday was particularly bad as I waited 10 mins in store for my drink in addition to the 15 it took me to drive there and it still wasn’t ready. I ended up going to work (I work at OJ’s) to set up my bar and came back another 20 mins later and it was finally there. It’s also super frustrating because there’s usually 3-4 employees working but only one is ever making drinks. I’m not mad at the girl who was making drinks yesterday because she seemed super stressed and had to deal with making app order drinks and in store orders. The rest of them were just stocking sandwiches and aimlessly walking in and out of the back while this girl was crashing behind the bar. I think management really needs to review and support their staff more. Every Starbucks I’ve ever been to has at least one person making cold drinks and one person making hot drinks. I think in addition they should put someone in charge of app orders to keep things organized because honestly it just looks like a frazzled mess there most the time.

The coffees made at this franklin ave location are constantly wrong and inconsistent. The staff is not very welcoming. It needs a complete re-training if staff. It definitely does not represent the Starbucks brand in a positive light at all.

Drive thru should be referred to as a parking lot. Their level of thoroughness is lacking when it comes to getting orders correct. Overall level of customer service is tepid at best with zero interest shown with interacting with clients besides co,pelting orders.

This is a basic Starbucks. I don't think the staff is as sing-song friendly as other stores I have been to. The coffee and drinks are identical though.

Good coffee however the staff is slow and inexperienced. A Brown Oat shaken espresso is supposed to be shaken prior to serving. Also when ordering and there is only 1 car ahead it should not take more than 5 minutes to get a drink.

Literally waited 20 + minutes on a mobile order of 3 drinks , they made the first two drinks then paused making my order to serve other customers . Then proceeded to make plenty of excuses on why it took them 20+ minutes to make 3 drinks . Instead of apologizing and correcting the situation . Horrible service I’d rather drive the extra 5 minutes to Thickwood than have to deal with that wretched staff again . Please take heed and save your time

Not a typical Starbucks that I am used to... Service is average and the baristas can definitively get annoyed at you if you ask for too much which is a no no in the States. These baristas would not survive in a LA or NYC Starbucks or they would get chewed up by the stubborn Americans coffee drinkers. Definitively need some training in customer service and know how to speak without entitlement and more friendly tone.
