Made a trip there this weekend because the reviews were so good. Purchased a few cupcakes and the trail mix cookies. The staff was incredibly friendly and the selection is very good. After actually eating the cupcakes and some of the cookies I have to say I will be going back over and over. The quality is fantastic. Mouth-watering treats across the board. Update: Over a year later and we still go here regularly. The quality is always fantastic and the staff are super-friendly.

I purchased the birthday cake, chocolate, and twix cupcakes and they were all delicious. Unfortunately, by the time I went there, (around 2-3pm) they were sold out of their croissants, but they still had some pain au chocolat left, which were also delicious. I also bought the turtle bar which was great too!

Just tried Tiny Cakes today and WOW, 5 stars doesn't give them enough credit. Everything about this place is amazing, from the products, to the people and customer service, to the business model! Whether you want to try something new, or just indulge in classic flavors, this place has it all. I have tried numerous cupcakes from various bakeries and even tried making them myself and have not yet been able to come even remotely close to the moistness in these cupcakes. Yet despite being moist enough to melt in your mouth, they do not fall apart and actually travel exceptionally well as they are baked to perfection. As for flavors, each one boasts a perfect flavor combination between the sponge and frosting that highlights the flavors in the sponge perfectly, without being sickly sweet. Some cupcakes even feature Chantilly cream instead of buttercream when slightly heavier, sweeter sponge bases are used to maintain that perfect equilibrium of flavor and texture. As if that weren't enough, Arthur and Jenn are some of the nicest people I have ever met! They are great people who clearly know how to treat others with kindness, know how to run a business, and know how to bake to perfection.

Very helpful and friendly staff. A cute local store hidden in the cracks of downtown Cambridge. Selection is ample with various flavours and goodies. (Free) Parking can be a pain though as there are only 2 (legal) spots on the side of the road.

I came today and tried the red velevt cupcakes. They were not as I expected at all. I expected them to be more fluffy and rich in flavor and I didn't find them that way. The frosting/icing was very lackluster, it was very clumpy and it felt like cottage cheese in my mouth. Overall I would give the red velevt cupcakes 5/10. They were very disappointing since I had to drive 30 minutes for those cupcakes. Reviews are subjective and not objective. I reviewed the red velvet cupcakes which summarizesd my first experience at the place. If you are finding it hard to accept a review for one of your cupcakes then that's your fault not mine. My experience with the red velvet cupcakes was bad and I described it from the way I experienced not yours. There will definitely be people that disagree with me and I totally accept and understand that, but calling people liars is not acceptable. I didn't like the red velvet cupcakes, they were bad in my opinion (as simple as that), and the icing was terrible. You can disagree with that, but I couldn't care less because that's MY opinion not yours.

We were so happy with our experience using Tiny Cakes for our wedding! We were able to go into their shop in Cambridge, ON and test out cupcakes for all of the various flavour offerings and decide what our favourites were to include in our cake. We did a 3 tier cake with 3 different flavour tiers - red velvet, vanilla and lemon, peanut butter chocolate. There was not a single slice of cake left at the end of the night, our guests loved it!

For anyone who remembers the Knotty Pine restaurant, the buttered almond cup cakes are as close as you will ever find to the Knotty Pine's buttered almond cake. They've stopped making whole cakes, but they were excellent. But buying the equivalent weight in cup cakes gives you a lot more different flavors. Be sure to check in often as the cup cake selection changes daily.

My daughter had her birthday marred by the quarantine but the cake she received from Tiny Cakes more than made up for the quieter affair. Ordered an 8" round....First of all their staff is super friendly and knowledgeable - They walked me through exactly what I should I ordered based on the size of my party, and even taking the adult to child ratio into consideration. The cake it's self...FANTASTIC!!!! Not too sweet, full of flavor, and the right ratio of icing to cake....It was a smashing success! Oh and definitely try the pecan butter tarts, grabbed 6 of those when I went to pick up the cake....They were delicious! I would highly recommend Tiny Cakes....their name may be tiny, but their flavor and customer service is HUGE!

Ordered a birthday cake for my husband and it was delicious! I ordered the chocolate peanut butter classic cake. Three layers, with peanut butter butter cream frosting in the inside layers. The outside frosting was chocolate butter cream. Sheer perfection. Not too sweet. Even the peanut butter frosting was not overpowering, more subtle. I will be back to try a drip cake. The store is super-cute as well. Totally worth a try!

I don’t know where to start with this bakery…. I had a pre-order set to pick up for a Wednesday. Variation of tarts, cupcakes and brownies. I had no intention of eating it that day. I had checked the website prior to picking up, so I knew to put it in an airtight container if it wasn’t being eaten the same day, so I did just that the moment I got home. I ate some of the tart I got the next day on Thursday and a bit of the brownie too. They were still as fresh as ever. So decadent. There were other plans for Friday and Saturday, so none was consumed. I started to worry thinking the remaining cupcakes and brownies wouldn’t taste as good or soft and as fresh now that it had been a few days. When I got some cupcakes out to eat on Sunday, I was so shocked to see it taste just as fresh and moist. There was no change to taste or freshness. The cupcakes were so moist and soft, as if it had been baked that very day, yet 4 days had passed. This bakery is by far the best bakery I’ve been to. Their quality and products are unmatched. If you want your baked good to remain just as fresh as when you got them, keep them stored in an airtight container and not in the cardboard box it comes in. Cardboard will absorb all its moisture and leave it feeling dry and crumbly. And that goes for every baked good/doughnuts. Thank you Tiny Cakes for serving our community through the tough times of the last year and still delivering the best quality there is! I will definitely be back again soon for more!
