This place has so much from chicken and fish to a variety of Portuguese groceries. I am solely reviewing the bakery. It is a wonderful little bakery tucked back away where you would never see it if you aren't specifically looking for it. It is worth the search. Everything I tried here was excellent. First off I had to try their egg tarts which has a crispy shell and delicious custard. Then I tried something they called a "Delicious" that was basically a Flakie covered in chocolate. It was indeed flaky and the chocolate was dark and delicious and there was just the right amount of fresh tasting cream in the middle. I then had a cream horn (I find it a really good test of a bakery) and it was one of the best I have had in the tri-cities. The pastry was just the right level of flaky but still soft and the custard was delicious and just the right consistency. I highly recommend the pastry here and will be back to try more in the future. I got 4 items for $8 which is an excellent value for this quality of baked goods.

Amazing customer service. Went to 2 other bakery's on Christmas eve and they were all out of what i needed. so i went to Silva's bakery and they had everything i needed and more. The staff was so nice and the food smelled amazing in there. Next time ill be going straight there first.

Not sure how this place gets bad reviews, great store and even better hot counter. Bifanas on a bun are delicious. The ladies at the counter are very friendly and happy to feed you haha! And to top it off its cheap. I get bifanas on a bun and a small rice which is still pretty big for 8$. You can't really go wrong.

They BBQ chicken is amazing. Like real home style Portuguese bbq! Also very nice chicken wings. Prices are pretty decent. Good place to grab a lunch for the family to go!

Love their Portuguese rolls for my BBQ pork or beef. So fresh and such good quality. Their hot table makes it my favourite place for Saturday lunch whilst out running errands as well.

Great little place, found it when I was storing stuff next door and had my nose assaulted with maple goodness. Got a half dozen pastries and tarts, only cost me 8 bucks. Great food. So fresh, quality ingredients. Have some specialty sausages as well but I didn't try them as they were a bit pricey for me not having a plan for them. Also the girl at the counter was beautiful, and very helpful. 5/7 would shop again ????

I ordered some food for pick up 15 min before closing and I also bought some pastries. Needless to say the chicken was dry and the fish was very soggy. It was very obvious that the food was cooked much earlier in the day. The pastries were definitely not fresh. They tasted stale and were at least one day old, if not two. It was a Saturday so I'm assuming they don't get fresh pastries on Saturdays. If that is the case, at least tell the customer. I will not be ordering from them again nor do I recommend anyone to do so.

Very poor experience. Came here to get 4 nice calorie laden Portuguese pastries. All that was available were about 2 dozen very ordinary iced cookies, 2 trays of small flaky pastry covered tarts where the pastry looked as though it had 'caught' (burned) in the oven and a few Turnovers with no signage as to what was inside. There were a few customer's buying Bread and Buns but that was it. Will not return.
