What’s not to love about Gillespie’s Bakery? Everything on the menu is fresh and high-quality, without losing the personal touch of homemade baked goods. The owner, Angela, is so sweet and really cares about providing an amazing customer experience. I highly recommend!

Amazing pies!! I love everything from their bakery. Angela's baking is so wholesome. If you haven't tried this place yet, I would say it's definitely worth it. I have picked up stuff for family/friends and everyone asks me where I got the pies. I am probably a big referral source for them. Maybe some free treats next I go there ????

Was very happy with my order from Gillespie's Bakery! Their cheese biscuits rival Red Lobster's biscuits and their blueberry pie comes with the cutest homemade pastry. I also ordered the variety of 12 cookies which is great for anyone who can't decide on just one flavour! Did not disappoint, I'd highly recommend!!

Everything is delicious! The best loaf I have ever had is their Strawberry Pecan Loaf. Also a favourite for us is their cheese biscuits. Highly recommend all of their products. We had them do our wedding cupcakes, they were easy to deal with and everything was on time and fresh (and delicious!).

We got an assortment of loaves, cupcakes, and pies from Gillespie's Bakery. Goods are beautifully presented and consistently fresh and delicious. Pleasant and cheerful service from the owner herself. Well worth the price. Will return again soon.
