Our experience with boutique baker was amazing until I walked into my venue. And my cake (pointed out by our photographers) was leaning to one side... It looked like one of my flower girls had put it together. I feel like the cake was rushed and no care was taken at all. If there was an option to add pictures I would. I'm extremely disappointed and embarrsed that I had to display the cake to my guests that had come from different parts of the world. Everything tasted fine but I will have to look at that ugly cake every time I watch our cake cutting. Even our decorator tryed to save the cake by adding flowers but it didn't help. I was so angry that rather than taking our pictures with the cake prior to reception starting we took pictures of all the flaws and emailed Boutique Baker! Which now me and my husband have to take time out from our family's visiting from abroad to discuss this!

I called all over Cambridge trying to find someone who would make a cake for my daughter but her birthday falls on the new years weekend and it seemed impossible. Boutique baker not only made my daughters cake but it was gorgeous and absolutely delicious. The details were lovely and it exceeded my expectations. The customer service was seamless and professional. I will be using them again.

Rude baker, over priced, poor taste! One Star is too much for this baker and bakery! I ordered a vegan cake on the phone and agreed to have another person pick it up for me. The baker did not specify that they need payment in full before they start baking, just that I need to pay in full before the person comes to pick it up. Did an e transfer of the full payment the next day. I called the baker to notify her of the payment and, to my complete surprise, I was impolitely told it was too late. The person/baker was very rude/rough, uncompromising, and uncooperative. Hanged the phone up while I was explaining that it was never specified that she requires full payment before starting to bake and that my plans were going to be ruined because of this. No sense of good customer service or relation. Very disappointing! I had their vegan cake/product before, and I had much better tasting vegan cake/cupcakes somewhere else. Cupcake price is OK but the cake is definitely overpriced as well.

Amazing cakes at very affordable prices. Sharon is amazing! And her cakes are not only extremely well done but also extremely delicious. Would highly recommend and will continue to order from here for all my party cake needs.

I used Boutique Bakery for our wedding cake. Our wedding cake was Oreo cookies stacked on top of each other. After asking a few bakery's to make this cake we were told no. However Boutique bakery made our vision come to life. They have friendly staff and provide great quality service. I was very happy with our service here.

Probably the worst experience here. We placed an order for our wedding cake and received a quote. Made the payment and then the lady assisting us tells us there’s a significant change in price. That was completely unprofessional given the understanding before. Maybe you guys should read and understand the needs before providing the quote. They are also very unprofessional when we’re dealing with them. Extremely rude. They don’t treat you like you’re the guest, they make it look like they’re doing you a favour. Please go to another place and save yourself the hassle of dealing with such unprofessionals.
