Ordered macarons and mini-doughnuts for a bridal shower. The customer service was great, they tasted delicious and I even picked up a few extra goodies (vegan doughnut) when I went in to pick up the order. I will definitely order from them again!

I had a slice of cake and a red velvet sammy. I was really excited to try it but it was just way too sweet for me. No exaggeration, my teeth hurt after. I couldn't even have more than 1 bite of the sammy. I was so sad because it all looked so good. :(

Absolutely amazing, a level of baking I have never seen before. Their sandwich cookies are incredibly decadent, everyone loved the snickerdoodle and red velvet cookies. The sugar cookies were the best we’ve ever had and the doughnuts are just so pretty you wouldn’t want to eat them. I think it’s a little more exclusive than other places, but definitely worth placing an order. This is the place to go if you want to first awe the crowd with how beautiful the sweets are and then blow their minds with how tasty it is!

Ordered the chocolate salted caramel cake for a birthday....icing was a bit on the oversweet side, and the cake itself was somewhat dry for a dense cake...but the flavour and presentation was fantastic. Would likely be back but to try the donuts instead! Lovely shop decor.

Nice people good snacks. Not a lot of selection but what they do have is reasonable priced and tasty. Edited from 4 to 5 stars. Have been a few more times and the staff have always been nice and the selection changes each week. So while each day has limited options, those options constantly change and that more than makes up for it. Everything has always been delicious. I highly recommend.

The snacks here were so unique and amazing! The location is hard to find but well worth the effort, as the treats are just delicious. The staff seemed bored or distracted, but they were not rude at all, just maybe having a tired or off day. We will definitely be back!

They did our wedding cake and it turned out absolutely beautiful and it was so yummy, we ended up going with GF cookies and cream. Their other treats are always so interesting and imaginative. I wish I could eat more of them!

This isn't your typical bakery that has patisseries and croissants but what you will find is custom treats and many sweet treats to choose from! Personally, we find that the treats do look better than they taste... We've tried the donuts twice and both times we found them to be a bit too "doughy" and soft (fall apart crumbly). But every time we do stop in, we always pick up their cookie sandwiches! So many flavours to choose from and always new and different ones in rotation.

Not sure why this place has such a high rating!? Ordered a few desserts from here for a special event; the donuts were stale and disgusting, the cookie bars were worse than store bought rice krispie squares, and the cake was average — it was on par with Betty Crocker. On top of the disappointing desserts, the customer service was terrible. The lady behind the counter looked angry and frustrated when helping customers; she’s definitely in the wrong business. If you’re looking for a good bakery that serves cakes and donuts, would not recommend this place at all! For awesome donuts in Calgary check out Beebop in mission, and for cakes check out Sweet Relief on 13 Ave. Don’t be fooled by the high rating of this place!

I ordered a Chocolatey Goodness cake for my husband's birthday and it was a hit! I added the extra "toppings" of macarons and mini doughnuts which were a beautiful addition to an already delicious cake. The chocolate cake part was incredibly moist and sweet (but not too sweet) and the chocolate icing was divine! My only request is to have more pictures of their cake offerings on their website. I'll definitely come back here to desserts!

I am so glad I found this little bakery! I somehow came across them on Instagram, and fell in love with how pretty their sweets looked. Their cakes are gorgeous too, I'd definitely recommend looking into their wedding cakes. Anyways - I stopped by their location yesterday to finally try out their stuff. We got 4 donuts, a brownie and 2 cookies. The donuts - simply amazing. Moist, dense, and just right. I NEVER liked donuts before - they were always too sweet or had the wrong consistency/density. But these donuts were perfect - they're almost cakey, and I loved that. Next up, the brownie. We got a Smarties brownie. Again, sweetness was on point, and the brownie was so moist and dense. Just how a brownie should be. And the cookies? TO DIE FOR. We had the birthday cake and red velvet sandwich cookies. Rich but not too rich, the frosting is exactly what you'd want for a sandwich. Soft and sweet. Cookies themselves are just amazing. Thank you, Pretty Sweet, for becoming my new favourite bakery. I will definitely be coming back. My only wish is the storefront hours; I wish they were open Sundays too! Editing to add photos of the cakes they’ve done for me!

Is there anything better? I mean really. Vicki and her team absolutely KILL any dessert vision, especially when it comes to weddings. I personally wasn’t NEEDING a wedding cake. I liked the idea of fancy donuts scattered on a bar so my guests could pick what they wanted. The only thing I didn’t do was triple my order. I swear those donuts were gone in 60 seconds. I came every Saturday for a month before my husband intervened. I had to try all the donut flavours. ???? We enjoy their donuts, sandwich cookies, macarons, and mini cakes. All worth a try. My usual pick-ups are the donuts and macarons. Flavours are always on point. You can trust that the taste of the macaron reflects the name given to it. We have had Laudree macarons in Paris and the Pretty Sweet texture reminded us of it! Looking forward for my sons 1st birthday, as the table will be PRETTY SWEET. ????

My partner ordered me the loveliest and most delicious cake from this place for my 30th birthday. It was elegant, thoughtful, and creative. The drip icing was gold, there were beautiful beige and pink flowers, pink macaroons, and a lovely 'Happy Birthday' sign. Very classy. The buttercream frosting was delicious and we were impressed with how great the oreo/birthday cake flavour combination tasted. I could tell this place puts in a lot of effort into their details. The cake made by birthday extra special and the gold touches complemented all the champagne we drank that night!

Hired Pretty Sweet for our wedding cake and could not have been happier with the results! The price is decent, and the cake is AMAZING. We ordered the lemon cake with cream cheese frosting and I had explained what design I was looking for and was not disappointed. This bakery is really cute aesthetically, but is in a terrible location that is hard to find. We picked out a few goodies like the sugar cookie bar, churro donut, cherry lemonade donut, and an odds + ends cake scraps. We were really disappointment with it all. Most of it was overly sweet, the donuts were just really weird and not like a normal donut, and the cake was just not good. We won’t be back.

After trying many cake samples for our wedding cake, we decided on pretty sweet bakery; despite their name they were the least sweetest cake samples we ate. Not being a huge fan of sweets, it was perfect; we decided on lemon cake with cream cheese frosting. Vicki was awesome to work with and honestly, I think my cake was the most gorgeous thing ever (obviously I’m biased). She did flower print on the bottom, and ombre for the top layer. We did get a bigger cake then we suspected but we did have another reception a couple days later which it was all eaten up. We had so many complements that not many people like sweets but the cake was moist and delicious. Highly recommend working with this amazing bakeshop!!! THANK YOU, VICKI & TEAM, AT PRETTY SWEET.

Horrible experience - WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER - Vicki sounded very unhelpful to all my questions and when i went into the store she sounded negative to any questions that i asked. She didn't want to help at all. Through emails it took her 3 days to reply back - after responding back to my email she stated that she could not accommodate my small dozen donuts request for which i gave 1 weeks in advance of notice, so frustrated and such a shame that she sounded like she wanted me out the door and made the whole experience feel as if i was wasting her time.

Beautiful cookies, donuts, and squares for a great price. The cookies are beautifully decorated, there are varying flavours of donuts and squares day to day, and they use trendy flavours like rootbeer, smored and captain crunch. Kind of hidden off of Blackfoot, so make sure you check your route before you drive there as it is not easy to turn around.

A little late in writing this review, but better late than never. I had ordered some minion cookies for my son's third birthday and was so happy with how they turned out. They were a hit with both the adults and children. They looked just how they did in the pictures I had sent. The owner was easy to communicate with thru email and I would 100% recommend and use again for any future events I might have.

We love Pretty Sweet Bakeshop. They helped us create a donut wall for our son’s 2nd birthday. They were super accommodating when I changed my mind on donut size and number. The donuts were a hit. They have great sandwich cookies as well.

Just recently order a cake, cookies, cupcakes, doughnuts and macarons for my sisters baby shower. They were able to accommodate last minute additions to our order and everything was amazing! Not only so beautiful but so delicious! Highly recommend!!
