Not very responsive. They agreed to make the cake but did not respond for weeks after to give us pricing/contract. We were put in a jeopardy. Finally they responded a week before the event where we had no other choice but to order from them. We ordered a double layer cake with two different flavours and both were the same no difference at all. Whipped mango did not have any mango flavouring. Marble cake had no chocolate in it. The cake was also very dry. The design we asked for was also missing on one of the layers. When we tried to call or text they never responded through out the ordering process.

Marcia made hundreds of mini cupcakes in multiple flavours and some custom cookies for a corporate event I helped organize. Not only did she have great prices, the cupcakes were DELICIOUS (all flavours!) and we had an easy time making the transaction. Will definitely work with them again!

I can't tell you how disappointed we were with our wedding cupcakes. We met her at a wedding show and her samples were very tasty. She herself seemed sweet too. She seemed to have great ideas to make our "colourful" cupcakes. She was responsive but also a little pushy with her suggestions. She arrived on time and the cupcakes seemed ok, but for the gourmet cupcake price she charged what was inside was bland, dry and barely fit the cupcake paper holder. They were so small and tasteless to the point that it became a joke with everyone. It's because I was embarrassed that what was supposed to be a fun and tasty treat for everyone after dinner got left on the table with maybe one or two bites into them. I started asking people rather than ignore it, and then apologizing to the point that to get away from the unease we started making jokes together. People said that they hope we get refunded. So...after the wedding I send her an email and text about how great a disappointment and only hiccup on our wedding day the cupcakes were. I give my honest review and ask for a refund of some sort for the very poor quality and waste they became. She protests but finally agrees to give me back a small percentage. We meet to give back the cupcake stand and get my refund, but because I was distracted with my family who was still in town I don't realize until after she's gone that the only money she gave me was the refundable deposit I gave her for the cupcake stand. I'm freaking out a bit at this point and send her a text to please come back and make things right. She ignored me and ignored many more messages. Of course I have to say that I was so shocked and disappointed at the level of unprofessionalism that I experienced. My spouse and I live simple lives and took on extra debt to afford our small wedding. We just wanted to be treated fairly with what turned out to be a very bad few batches of cupcakes. I just pray she has realized the error in her ways and has handled herself differently since then.

Everyone raved at my wedding how good her cupcakes were and she made a special cutting cake for my husband and I (I highly recommend the banana flavor!). We used her services again for my birthday party with a fantastic Halloween theme cake and will be calling in the new year for my Husband's birthday cake! Terrible experience. I ordered a 200.00 cake which when delivered was a complete disaster. The order didn’t match any item on the contract, for this amount of money I want what I pay for. When I complained I received pity only on the fact that she was unable to cope with order, which she failed to mention when I implored her business. If you have a special occasion, I would not rely on this company.

I am absolutely amazed at how perfectly my cake turned out. I had reached out to Marcia and worked with her to create my dream cake for my Halloween wedding. I am from out of province and had no ability to do a tasting or a face to face meet. I had only seen her portfolio and booked solely off of that and her ratings. I WAS AMAZED. It was identical to my reference pictures. I chose a two tier cake with two different flavored tiers, both were delicious and beautifully done. I am so impressed and would recommend her to everyone.

My boyfriend surprised me and ordered a birthday cake for the first time from forever cakes. It was a flight attendant theme, my cake was a boarding pass. It looked super real and had the crowd in awe. Besides being absolutely super cool it tasted delicious. If you like mangoes, this company makes the best mango flavoured cake my guests and I have ever had. Would recommend this place for any special occasion or just a craving sweet tooth. People loved them and the cake was so beautiful! she did a faux birch tree looking cake and people actually thought it was a real tree it looked so real! it was amazing. we couldn't be happier with her service. Marcia's talent amazes me. I ordered a Fortnite cake for my sons birthday and a Baby Shark cake for my daughters birthday and they both have truly blown me away. The passion and love Marcia puts in to each cake is absolutely amazing and shines through! Thank you very much for completing my perfect day with a perfect coconut cake made with all coconut ingredients the taste was out of this world not one person had anything bad to say the coconut was not overwhelming it just hit the spot of deliciousness. If I could give Marcia 10 stars I would! We've ordered 3 cakes from her and she exceeded our expectations each and every time! Her attention to detail is impeccable, and her willingness to create a special cake for any occasion is amazing.
