From their gorgeous and easy-to-use website to the friendly staff on the phone and at the counter, to the tender and mouth-wateringly delicious cupcakes packaged beautifully (and safely), this business knows what they're doing and they do it well. I've ordered a variety of mini cupcakes for several birthdays and other events and it's such a treat to rest assured that they've got that sweet detail of my party covered. The 'Dark Angel' and 'Just Chocolate' are incredible! Also the tasty options for dietary restrictions mean everyone can be included. How wonderful! Thank you all.

As a person who used to claim they were not a fan of cupcakes, I absolutely love crave cupcakes! I may or may not have had a few for breakfast on occasion when somebody brings them to the office (they are just that good). Presentation is also beautiful, the cupcakes and sometimes the packaging. My heart skips a beat when craves is mentioned. I'm also glad that when I stopped in, they had gluten-free cupcakes, and my gluten sensitive roommate was just ecstatic to try her very first "crave" cupcake.

Worth every penny - made my Grandmother's COVID birthday really special! Crave helped us put in an order for an outstanding cake, personalized it for us, and delivered it on time for my Grandmother's birthday. My poor Grandmother has been in isolation for half of the last year due to COVID and being in and out of hospital for ongoing medical problems. She said she hasn't been this giddy with excite for two years - and she's done nothing but talk about the cake since. Thanks for making this happen!

SOOOOO Yummy!!! However, it’s not the cupcakes I love, it’s the cookies and Twix bars. The homemade Twix bars are, melt in your mouth, delicious!! The sandwich cooking are made with their buttercream icing as the center. It is so good. The only thing that I would ask of you is; please always make sugar cookies. Those are my absolute fabourite. But since they are for holidays, I wait to have them every holiday. ???? Just a thought.

Very disappointed! My hubby was amazing and spent $70 on a small birthday cake for me. We were expecting it to be delicious, due to the price he paid. The cake was really heavy and dry, and the icing was crazy thick. Mind you the cake was beautiful of the outside....I feel like the cake itself was blah. Never had any issues in the past but today. Usually I can walk in and get any amount of dozen of mini crave cup cakes last minute which was great. Today on my way I call ahead 15 minutes before i get there so i can save some time but they would only sell me 5 dozen mini cup cakes.Im not sure why but they aren't allowed to sell me more than that because I called.. I walk in because i do need them last minute and they basically would not sell me more than 5 dozen cupcakes even though I can see they have the ability to sell me more as theres is a whole wall of them? I couldn't understand why they wouldn't take my money and business. I will not go to any crave cup cake ever again.. There reasoning made no sense to me it was very irritating.

I was in your Willow Park store today to buy a cake and cupcakes and I was wearing a mask. (Trying to be socially responsible) I questioned the girls working there as to why they didn't wear masks - they said " it is personal preference." Working in a bakery serving food and nobody wearing a mask?? I was told I didn't have to shop there so I politely left and will not be returning.

So, I attempted to plan a socially distanced birthday for my son due to the pandemic, and I had friends who suggested cupcakes were a great idea. I wanted to have friends and family drive by and choose an individually wrapped cupcake while sharing in birthday wishes, etc. I thought Crave, being a premium cupcake shop, would be a great idea; however, considering the price Crave charges for their cupcakes, I’m sorely disappointed with the presentation as well as the cost for the lack luster attempt at any kind of “presentation”. When I spoke to one of the employees on the phone, I shared my idea and explained the details clearly, saying I’m more than willing to pay extra to have them individually packaged, but I’d like people to be able to “see” or choose their cupcake. Nevertheless, what I paid for was nearly twenty extra dollars, which could have simply been put toward another six cupcakes, for non-transparent packaging with the names of the cupcakes simply written on the bland white mystery boxes. Well, I guess, as people drive by, they can Google the name of the cupcake written on the box and see which one they want inside each mystery box. Not to mention, their “birthday tag” is just a cheap slip of paper with black marker. I’ve seen wonderful, simple, inexpensive presentations through luxury or premium shops such as Bernard Callebaut in Calgary, and to be honest, that’s what I expected from Crave. I suppose my naivety toward their presentation is my own fault. That being said, if you are looking for “presentation” when attempting some kind of socially distanced event, and you want desserts to be nicely displayed for others, and you’re going to pay extra in an attempt to achieve this, I would recommend your local grocery store bakery over Crave. Not only will your local grocery store bakery be less costly, but when you say “transparent packaging”, let me tell you, they got it down. In all honesty, I’m sure there’s an easy creative solution, which we’ll come up with, to create our own presentation, and I’m sure anyone who reads this will think I’m being picky or overly critical, but I’ve seen shops and businesses that deal in high end desserts do presentation so well, and I was certain Crave had a reputation for being a premium shop, so I made the assumption that presentation was something I could be assured that they’d take care of. It may seem insignificant, but these kinds of things go a long way toward a level of customer satisfaction that keeps people coming back, and I know from other experiences that businesses are able to achieve this in very simple ways. In my opinion, it just seems Crave is an expensive cupcake shop without a vision of what they want for their customers. Yes, I’m an unhappy customer today, but I hope this business takes this into consideration because I like Crave. They make good cupcakes, and I want to support these businesses, but this is really just a lot of money for a product that could have a little more care put into it.

I especially appreciate the efforts that the staff puts in to accommodate for gluten allergies and provide gluten free products anytime of day. I have made several orders to this location and not once have they failed to deliver top notch products and friendly service.

We had Crave do our wedding for a small cake with mini cupcakes. The experience was a challenge from the start. First they were hard to get ahold of for weddings, turns out the person doing weddings was brand new. They were difficult to contact and it was a hard to get our deposit in. The staff member showed no initiative to take our money and we had to be on them to ensure we could even place an order. The week of the wedding they got ahold of us to let us know they also needed a signed document for the cake stand rental, they had known we needed this for about 4 months yet waited until our busiest week to tell us. We had friends picking up the cake for on the day. When they arrived the product wasn't ready for pickup at the time we specified they had to wait for them to finish everything. They also completely forgot the gluten free part of our order. The staff told our friends we "Called head office to cancel the gluten free order" the interesting part is we confirmed after that we payed for gluten free portion and were never refunded for this. They told our friends they would throw them in for free, even though they were already payed for. Our friends waited for the gluten free to be made and were able to get it to our wedding just in time. The product tasted good, the cake was surprisingly basic for the price we paid. I would be fine buying from them in person for one off but don't touch them for weddings. We have friends who are starting the wedding process right now and have had the same issues with getting the order in. They have since pulled the order since they were having the same issues we had.

Pricey but worth it! These are the best cupcakes in Calgary, if you haven't gone here and tries them, you have to! The peanut butter one is my favorite. Being able to choose a bunch of different kinds, and the different sizes makes it easy to sample all the flavors!

Crave is my favourite place for cupcakes. I visit the willow park shop for ever special occasion to share these sweet treats with family and friends. Valentine’s Day was no exception however this time around a change in packaging was very very disappointing. The typical plastic packaging although no pleasing to the eye is very useful in keep the cupcakes fresh for days. The new blue cardboard box was cute but more importantly the cupcakes were dry before we could even eat them on the same day of pickup.

Extremely disappointed with the customer service I received at my visit today! I’ve been into this crave MANY times and never encountered such a rude group of employees. I went to pick up an order (one of many) we’ve placed here and it wasn’t completed yet, which was not a problem.. they quickly whipped it up and all was good until I got to the car and realized there was a sticker that said “Happy Birthday” to close the box. I had gone back into the store and asked them if I could get a new box with a different sticker as it wasn’t for a birthday. It was for a business to say “thank you”! The lady was very unhappy and made it seem like it was the end of the world to give me a new box without a happy birthday sticker or simple enough to tape it closed but that was too hard to do! As I walked out the door one of the girls said “ Have a good f-ing day”!! I was so shocked to hear that as I was leaving, after supporting this business on multiple occasions! We will no longer be placing our orders here, which is unfortunate because all of our referrals loved receiving the cupcakes. I am extremely disappointed in the disrespect I received today and even more upset that it took a few employees to ruin our business relationship.

Crave Willow Park made my wedding cake (rose gold confetti) and cupcakes for my wedding this weekend and it was absolutely perfect. After having Crave cupcakes numerous times, we were so happy that they could make our wedding cupcakes. They were so accommodating - allowing me to bring my own sprinkles for the top and changing my mind with the design of the cake topper. The 5-tier stand fit the 108 cupcakes and topper perfectly and we received so many compliments on how good the cupcakes tasted! We would highly recommend them!

Wait times in inclement weather for pre-ordered items with scheduled pick up times were not acceptable. I sent an email expressing my frustration and offering a few possible solutions and I never received a response. I find the menu items too sweet and over priced, I have found another local bakery with better service and similar pricing I use for most items for corporate and special events. The last thing that’s more of a pet peeve is that the customization on cakes is sloppy and not centered. It looks rushed.

I love this place, I stop by from time to time for their monthly Cupcakes or when I get a sugar craving. My favourite menus items are the Mint Chocolate or Princess (strawberry chocolate) cupcakes. Always Baked fresh, and never short of selection. The staff are always friendly, services prompt... but a high turn over in staff (always training a new employee).

I’m so disappointed… bought cupcakes for my moms 55th birthday only for my stepdad to take a bite into his cupcake and almost break a tooth on what looked like a date pit??
