Found a sort of a nail in the Pita bread and I have pictures! Called the quality service they said its a piece of plastic! Still a nail or plastic, it's disgusting to find that huge thing in a bite while having lunch. Didn't get a refund or anything! They asked me to go back to walmart to get a refund ! Walmart is not responsible for the quality of your products !!

The packed pita bread is amazing. Had the falafel wrap and it was bad. Bread was stale and the falafel was just fried chewy and not falafel like at all.

Bought two boxes of maa’moul; pistachios and dates. Both boxes were dry and probably a few months old. What a disgrace. This place used to be great but based on this experience, I wouldn’t go there again.

bought their baklava from superstore in surrey. the expiry date on the box was feb5, 2018, but when I opened it the smell was so yucky, the baklava was stale ,tasted nothing. it was like a year old stuff. just wasted my money. it was my first and last purchase.

I love this bakery. I usually pop in there to buy fresh Balady bread and whilst there I usually have lunch there with my kids in their seating area. The food is good and fairly well priced. I love the chicken and cheese folded pizza(pie). Take the family, it seems like they have something good for everyone. There is not a lot of parking though so make sure to go at times that are not busy!

Great place to buy fresh pita as long as you do not buy their falafals because it was the worst I ever had in my life. Yes, it was made in front of me with some crushed unfalafal like thing which I thought would be delicious but do not do the mistake I did by buying it.

I bought a chicken pie for 6.5$ it’s supposed to have chicken inside. Well I could swear it almost had nothing inside it. It was puffed but has only a spoon of sauce. They are ripping people off.

I was just reading the ingredients for your “Keto friendly” bagels. It contains wheat, barley, oats. None of which are keto friendly. This is false and misleading advertising. You need to re- label this product or withdraw it all together.

I went to the Deli one Sunday on 24/03 with my friend to have cheese konaffa. That we use to like . The staffs were busy helping up . A noisy guy who suppose to be a manager interrupted them to make him a sandwich. And he put his coins on the konaffa tray ????????.direct he paid for his sandwiche . Putting his dirty money . On the food that we went there to buy ????????????????????... I can't imagine to go back again. AFTER WHAT HAPPENED.God knows what's go behind close doors.????????????????

I ordered a meat pie and a cheese with zatar pie. Meat pie was bland, not even salt and pepper. They did not offer lemon/lemon juice with it. They did not have olives to go with the meat pie. Cheese and Zatar pie was dry. Cheese was reheated so it had a nasty dry taste and crust. Then I tried buying an Eclair for $2.50 with my debit card. I was told that they only accept debit cards for over $10. another thing that bothered me is the fact that they were not using their sales register. All items were added on a calculator to get a total for every customer. Thus there is no record of sales for cash transactions. This can lead to a tax fraud/tax evasion possibility. This is not the first time I have seen them doing this.

Went in to see if they sold bread crumbs. I seen two women in behind the counter speaking to another woman that came through the door. The lady must have been a friend, she was showing the two women behind the counter her molar in her mouth. I had to interupt them and ask if they carried bread crumbs, she answered bothered NO, only so she can listen to what her friend was talking about. NOT IMPRESSED! So I left, outside a vehicle marked as pest control was getting ready to go in. I'm assumming its the bakery or beside the bakery, either way will not be buying BIBLOS in the store nor at any grocery store they will be selling its products!

This place is very disrespectful towards customer because they won’t let you use the card unless you guys $10 worth of stuff. I have never seen that kind of service in hole Canada. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here. I know they have good sweets and fresh pitta but I think management and owner are completely greedy and garbage #yyc

I was not at the bakery. I tasted some of the date squares purchased from the Bakery. I had difficulty even tasting the dates, and looking at the filling, it was difficult for me not to think of a filler with the dates. I would not purchase this item again

They are super pricey. A piece of baklava for 1$ and more Plus they microwave your knafe from the fridge and sell it without a bun for 7$...

Stay away from the "price reduced" items. I came across a plate of baklava last week reduced for quick sale. I asked why it was discounted, the lady mentioned that the plate dropped or it was pressured from the top so a couple of baklava broke. When I arrived home, I found out that the baklava plate was not even suitable for human consumption. I swear that I have never tasted a rock like baklava in my life & had to through it away. When I went today to tell them about my experience and how she misled me, she mentioned any thing " price reduced" is "consume at your own risk!!!. My advice is that you need to make sure that whatever you are buying is %100 fresh and stay away from any "discounted" items.

It says pita bread is fresh but it was old and was charged the same amount they charge for fresh.before they used to charge half price for older bread but now they will always charge you same price and most of the time pita bread is not fresh.

Great place to get pita but I would rather buy my byblos pita from the big box store where they have to have their BB dates clearly marked. Came in to get some baked goods straight from the source - many of the boxed sweets didn't have any dates on them and a few had dates from three weeks ago. When I asked the lady about it she said she must have missed taking the two outdated boxes off the shelf but I suspect she meant she had forgotton to peel the sticker off so no one could see because the rest of the boxes were not even marked with a date and looked super stale. I would also avoid the towers of baked sweets on display. Bought a couple to try and they are so stale that the inside was rock hard when I bit into it. I also got a meat and cheese pie, $4.00 for a chewy, old, flavourless, pastry. Nope, I'll stick to getting my byblos from the grocery store where there's better quality control.

Gross! Their meat pies are NOT fresh at all, as a customer already commented below they dont give you lemon or olives with the meat pie.. tasted almost stale. They clearly pre make it from god knows when and just re heat it up.. i also got a mini meat pie for my son and we found a white hair in it...defs will never return here again if i could give it 0 star I would.

I can’t speak for the in store experience, but ordered some Baklava online, the quality of the Baklava was extremely poor and I found a piece of plastic inside one of the Baklava. There is a review with the same issue regarding plastic from months ago. That is beyond unacceptable.

Today I bought some jalebi and other arab sweets and I was really looking forward to sharing them with my family. When I ate them I was unpleasantly surprised because they were so dry and stale that I could barely chew them! Definitely old! This is not appropriate to sell to people! If I could give zero stars I would!
