We had a great experience last week. We had to rush order 3 dozen cupcakes with only 2 days notice. Thankfully we were able to place the order online, call in our credit card information and pick up the order within the 2 days. Went very smoothly and the lady that was working when I picked up the order was so friendly. Just great customer service all around, everyone enjoyed the cupcakes. Thanks!

We went to bliss because we needed nut-free baking. They made several dozen cupcakes to order with under 2 weeks notice. They added extra decoration to the icing. We ordered some gluton-free as well. They looked wonderful. Our party guests complimented the delicious cupcakes. One guest told me the gluton-free cupcakes were delicious especially compared to most gluton-free cake.

Icing is fantastic and the staff are wonderful! The gluten free cupcakes are a little dense/heavy but the taste overall was good! If crave is closed this is definitely the next place to hit!

Super yummy, just like Mummy's, Nanaimo bars, and ginger cookie sandwiches are, ahem, blissful! Staff is also very pleasant. Thanks for the yum!

I asked what does the Nanaimo Bar contains. The person answer "I don't know, because I don't make them" then I ask if she was the owner which she answer "yes". If you are an owner, how come you don't know what are you selling and what do they contain? Not only that, other family came in and asked if they could use the bathroom, which the owner then looks at another worker and then says to the family with kids "sorry but he is leaving and I'm by myself, so I can' take you" again...if you are an owner, couldn't you ask your worker to take the mother and child to the bathroom? The service was not good, no information about their products, not even have signs saying it could have nuts (the family also asked if it had been in contact with nuts, and the owner said "yes"). Sorry but they need to work out more on the service and that's on the owner's part.

SIMPLY AMAZING!!! I asked our office manager to order a couple of dozen cupcakes for a corporate event a few weeks ago and was initially upset that she went to town and added several pies and 2 actual cakes! An hour into our event, I had to send her back for more! Something different about these guys - not only is the product yummy, but it just tastes healthy too. A pity they can't do anything about the calorie count! lol Good job Bliss! You made our event!

Stopped in to buy some cupcakes for my nephews but decided to get a blueberry pie for myself. Loved the flaky crust and the filling was not too sweet but bursting with blueberry flavour.

Who knew Bliss makes individual mini cakes in little jars with lids. They were perfect for my Dad’s 86th birthday at Brentwood Care Centre. We got lots to share with the wonderful staff who have been doing a great job taking care of him! They all loved the cakes.

Great service, average prices and delicious gluten free options normally. Can have the gf cupcake in a few flavours with any kind of icing. The pre packages cupcakes are a hit and miss. Sometimes they are dry (few day old?) and sometimes they are moist. Best to just packages made in front of you.

Went there today for the first time. Ordered 6 cupcakes. Cupcakes looked very nice and I've tried one so far and it was delicious. Only downside for not getting 5 stars were the prices. Kinda expensive....won't be going back when you can buy same kinda of cupcakes at Safeway or Sobeys for less.

I have a severe nut allergy and Bliss is the only bakery I go to. So it was only fitting we ordered our Gender reveal cake from them. It was delicious and perfect for our party. My only issue was the layer of icing in the middle for the gender was very thin and hard to see but otherwise it was perfect. Definitely recommend them ????

Service was good. Didn't care for the vanilla or lemon cupcakes as they were heavy, kind of mealy and wet. The blueberry one leaked blueberry all through the cupcake making the bottom all soggy. Not good. But on the plus side, the chocolate ones were delicious! Nice and soft and moist, just perfect! The carrot cake was also very tasty. Next time I will stay away from the vanilla and lemon ones. Overall I would choose Crave Cupcakes over this place.

Do not order from this bakery! They ruined my 50th birthday party by canceling half the DoorDash order which happened to be a 6 cupcake variety pack. Instead of calling me or DoorDash for substitute cupcake flavours they canceled the order! Now I’m stuck with a 50th birthday dinner without any dessert for myself and my family

Poor customer service. I pre-ordered a pie but they not prepare it for the timeframe I requested to pick it up. It turns out they disregarded the email I sent confirming a pick up time. It simply seems like they do not care about attracting new customers. I waited for them to bake the pie I ordered several days ago and I witnessed a customer return to pick up gluten free items she requested earlier that day. Instead of putting them aside for her, they sold them. She left empty handed.

The best place to get cupcakes in Calgary! They’re always so fresh, savoury and yummy. I really enjoy their red velvet cupcake the most, I’m always craving it. I would give a 5 but the prices are a little high.. Cupcakes aren’t that big but I guess the time and ingredients put into them are the reason why they’re so expensive. Would come here a lot more if it was affordable.

The service is so bad. The product is amazing. I live in the Neighborhood love to support local businesses. But this isn't the first time this has happened. The first time I said they are new and still getting setup. But now I gave them a third chance and I just can't go back. So I called there to see if I could get a pie and they seemed annoyed. I asked if I could order one for tomorrow. They said they couldn't make one. So I asked if they had any pies ready to buy today she seem even more annoyed. She came back to the phone and said I have cherry and strawberry. I said I would come in shortly to pickup the strawberry to put it aside for me. She said ok. So I came in there and No pie. That is it, I just can't do it. The girls English was not good. I hope you can take this info and work on this issue. I really love to support local businesses.

Hello! I recently had a FABULOUS custom cake made with an edible photo transfer of my partner's favourite sports team. The cake was stunning...oh... and so very delicious as well!! All of this design was accomplished off my i phone so it was a surprise for him! And surprised and over the moon delighted he was!! So thank you especially to Say...and everyone else at Bliss who made this such a wonderful birthday surprise. I can't say enough about both the quality and the service!! Surprised, but is a really negative way. If you order two cupcakes the container they give you tends to tip during transportation. I explained this to them and when I had to pick up cupcakes for the vets at the Belcher senior home they charged me for a larger, more stable container. I guess that is OK, I mean I get a container included with the two, but this one is larger. The shock was when they told me the price would be a dollar. I realize that is not a lot of money, but it is WAY more than their cost. So I guess the strategy is when you offer a poor product to your customer (an unsteady container) is to charge a 95% margin to fix it. Shame, will not be back the next time we purchase cupcakes for those who served our country or for the many b-day cakes we have ordered in the past.

Everything! From! Here! Is! So! Good! Lol so good. Doesn’t matter what you get it’s going to be perfect, their ginger snap cookies are like nothing else and they have hands down the best cupcakes (ESPECIALLY THE CHOCOLATE) and icing ever. ☺️ some people say the prices are too high I guess and sure they aren’t ‘low’ but you’re absolutely getting the quality and taste you pay for, so I don’t mind one bit.

Their cupcakes and flavours are always delicious! There is usually a good variety of full sized cupcakes to choose from, plus 1 gluten free and 1 vegan option. If you can't decide what kind to get, they also have sets of mini cupcakes (perfect for sampling a couple different flavours).

Fantastic bakery! They have more than just cakes and cupcakes. The Canelles are by far the best I've had. The apple pies have just the right amount of sweetness, specially when warmed and served with some vanilla ice cream...mmm... delicious!

Bliss did our wedding cake for us and it was gorgeous, delicious and reasonably priced. Many of our guests went back for two or three pieces of cake and raved about how good it was. Bliss cupcakes are more moist and the icing is more flavorful (i.e. not just a sugar overload) compared to their maybe better known competitor. Justina was wonderful in person. The service after that was..... efficient. Not super friendly, but got the job done. My guess is they were very, very busy. Overall we were very happy and have been back for a cake and cupcakes since.

This place is simply awesome! They made a perfect red velvet cake with an edible photo transfer on top in a matter of just one day!! The staff is super helpful at both Chinook as well as Northmount location and their cakes are out of this world!! Fresh, delicious and just right!! Would recommend it 100%!!
