Always fresh and tasty. My son is addicted to their cookies. Special treats and pies for occasions. I really love the Pumpkin Pie, Almond Tarts, Carrot Cake and sour dough bread. Also the Jamaican Patties!! Closed on Mondays.

I heard good things about this store and visited with my son. We've got vegan carrot cake and 6 small cinnamon rolls. Carrot cake was ok, to me it was a bit oily. Cinnamon rolls were hard on top. A bit disappointing...might try again....

Had a craving for a 7-11 cream filled long john and BEHOLD!!! Ray's Bakery came to the rescue at a much higher quality and including the epic staff.That's not the end of the product that they sell..... Jamaican patties!!!OMG And the baked goods are to die for.

First experience was a sausage roll WHAT A SAUSAGE ROLL! I loved every bite, the sausage was rich and tasty and the crust was flaky and oh-so-good. Their cinnamon buns are equally delicious, the frosting is really rich and is cut wonderfully b the cinnamon glaze.

The sausage rolls here are definitely amazing! I was a bit hungry after shopping at the Choice's Market next door, and came over to find a cute little bakery with some awesome stuff inside. I got myself a couple of piping hot sausage rolls, perfectly cooked, flaky and with a delicious sausage inside. Although they have a limited selection of pastries and tarts, they taste good and are well priced (mainly ranging from 1.50 to 2 dollars). Their hot dog buns, Kaiser buns and croissants are also a great buy.

I couldn't believe how low the prices were after having to try two of everything...it was all fresh, delicious, and felt home made. Don't bother with the grocery store baked goods next door.

Great neighbourhood bakery. Great service with great pricing. We go there for their doughnuts and custom cakes. The baked goods are not overly sweetened like those found at other bakeries. It seems to be just sweet enough for our tastes.

Strengths - Soft and moist buns/bread. Even day old buns are super soft. The sausage rolls are pretty good. Weakness - Cakes and donuts are similar to bakeries at the supermarket (average). I've been a fan of Ray's bakery for the past 2 years. Its my goto place for breads and buns as they're always quality - soft and fresh. In terms of their other items, cookies are good (but not Cookie's by George quality), and cakes are probably average at best.

We were at the Choices market and spotted this little bakery. Bought a bunch of baked goods last week for the first time; among them the cinnamon buns which were spectacular and the mini apple pie, delicious! Can't wait to try some more.

I tried this bakery for the second time, because I had a good experience the first time with their bread. Unfortunately, my second visit, the other day, I bought a dozen chocolate chip and oatmeal cookies.... how disappointing. They were hard!! I don’t know how long they’ve been sitting in the case but I truly frustrated as this is a local and conveniently located bakery for me...

Cheese and Butter buns are the best I've had Cheese cake is delicious Raisin and Currant buns great Good variety of cookies and all are tasty (my favorites are the swirled shortbread) Many other sweet and savory treats as well Go ahead and try them out, You won't be disappointed I guarantee it!

Our local community bakery. We love their sourdough bread, donuts, cheese buns, and strudel. Call ahead to reserve baking, as they run out fast... in the summer especially hot dog buns (superior to anything in a grocery store!). Their mocha almond cake is amazing, and can be ordered a few days in advance for special occasions. Ray himself sometimes answers the phone. Just a pleasure to be a customer at this establishment.

We have been buying all kinds of goodies, breads and cakes from Ray for over 20 years now. Great owner and team providing friendly service and quality baked goods for longer than that. Jamaican patties and sausage rolls are delicious. Croissants have improved over the past few years. Always check out the day old shelf - some good deals there. Be sure to order ahead a few days if you want a custom cake.

The last couple of times there the doughnuts seemed like they were day old refrigerated. I would come first thing in the AM and they were not fresh.

Made my daughters second birthday cake which was a donut theme. Cake turned out amazing and tasted great. Will definitely be coming back for other occasions.
