We always come here for their muffins; the cheese and apple muffin is one of our favourites. Their fruit-and-nut loaves are great, too. They also have their own dining area outside, which is ideal for those shopping breaks.

I’ve liked most of the items I’ve bought here. I found the almond croissant to have a bit too much almond extract but but overall it’s a nice place to get a treat. My boyfriend loves the chocolate chip raisin cookies.

I got the cheesecake classic. The price is very reasonable. Not too sweet and crust is crispy. Just some small nitpicks: there is a transparent gel on top of the cheesecake and I’m not a big fan, and also not a big fan of the orange slice.

Ordered a cheesecake for my friends birthday, the chocolate cheesecake was very well decorated and looked delicious. It was good but a bit too dense for my liking and the bottom layer was a bit too hard to cut and serve. Other than that everyone was very nice and was able to accommodate late pick up times for us. I’d love to try more baked goods, hopefully in the future!

One of the people there told people lined up outside for another business to move as they were “blocking the entrance” (they were not). The line moved over a bit anyways, but even so they actually called security on the people lining up for other businesses. Terrible decision, terrible response. Don’t ever go there since terrible management probably means terrible food.

My review is based on the service, not the food as I didn't even have an opportunity to eat anything. I went there yesterday (Saturday) morning. There were 3 counter staff, 2 were helping customers and the 3rd helped me right away. There was someone ahead of me being rung in, so the staff member who helped me set my muffin down. When the customer at the cash register finished, another staff member stepped in and started ringing up the order of her customers with a large order. She didn't acknowledge me standing there or make eye contact. Just let her customers cut in front. She told the staff member who had been helping me to go make their coffees. So I waited. Once they paid, that cashier then called out "Next!" and moved away from the register! I said, "Aren't you going to ring in my muffin?" And she gave me a dirty look, then turned to tell the staff member who'd bagged the muffin (and was still making coffees for the last order). I got irritated and said "If it's such a big deal, forget it." and I walked out. Seriously terrible customer service. There wasn't a huge line up behind me and I was paying cash for 1 item. It would have taken 20 seconds to help me. Won't be back.

Had some of the best Tiramisu cake of my life. I will be coming back here. I highly recommend it for people who like European style bakery but sometimes find it too heavy. This place has the perfect balance of flavors.

I loved the lemon torte, and was used to finish it sitting outside the store on the prepared seats. But the last time I went there, the server asked me to leave the seat just when I swallowed the last bite of lemon torte, because someone else was waiting. There were other people around, occupying the seats and not doing anything, but the serve chose to ask me to leave.. probably because I'm not an adult and Asian. I felt really sad, but maybe I was just being unreasonable. I missed the lemon torte, but I would not return to that place again.

Superb bad customer service and selfish business practices. Rude and unkind staff. This business has a few tables set up along the walkway and only customers who bought drinks/foods from them were allowed to sit there, but were not allowed to eat outside foods (food not bought from them) on the table. Consumer should not support this kind of selfish business.

The baked goods are always fresh here and the service is quick with a smile and I would say the prices are reasonable but they get one star off for not having the variety of dessert flavors one would expect at a bakery. Great for simple morning coffee and bagel orders.
