Gem of a bakery. Tried a couple different kinds of stuffed croissants and all were excellent. I was surprised how well balanced the "apple almond" & the "spinach feta" were in particular. I found the Eccles cookie a bit on the sweet side but very well flavoured and a fun crunch on top. Last but not least, a smooth and delicious cup of coffee, soo good.

Got the chocolate croissants and they are AMAZING. About the size of your face lol and super chocolatey. My mom got the ham and cheese and it looked like a whole meal! Definitely going to try other goodies next time.

We have tried the sasauge rolls, chocolate croissants, Chelsea buns and lemon poppyseed mini loves and we ordered a cake for Mother's day. Everything has been so yummy! The cake was awesome! Not like typical grocery store cake that is always too sweet. It was amazing! Not too sweet, the icing and filling was so good, we can't wait for the next one! Everything is fresh baked and delicious! You will not be disappointed!

I went into this bakery a little over a month ago but I will say that it was such a lovely experience! I came here on recommendation through a Facebook group because a few people raves about this place and I totally get why. It was my first time in and I did not know what I wanted or what they even had available but the girl I had helping me was such a pleasure to deal with. She was so patient and super happy to help. She recommended and a few things and I loved every single one of them! I don’t know what it’s called but it’s like a sponge cake from there and it was absolutely delicious and I LOVED their chocolate chip cookies. They were crunchy on the outside but soft in the middle. My fave!My boyfriend and I almost finished a whole box before we even made it home. I would definitely recommend checking this place out, not only because they have great treats but their customer service was outstanding! I will for sure be returning soon

A lovely local European-style bakery. I like their Eccles tart. I prefer a different style croissant but you can’t go wrong with a chocolate croissant. However, I’ve never been a Danish person and they have the best Danish I’ve ever had. Flaky and just the perfect sweet treat!

The cutest, prettiest bakery! This was my first time going there, but I was following them as a local bakery on Instagram and I always wanted to check them out! The 2 girls on staff this morning were very friendly and helpful. They filled my order efficiently. I got 2 butter croissants, 2 cherry danishes and a 6 pack of Empire cookies for my husband. The butter croissants were heavenly. Light and flaky, yet also moist not dry. Thank you for baking. I will definitely be going back and trying other things. There were so many to choose from. Great job bakers!

Hands down the best bakery within Burlington. I came in today at around 10 and everything looked fantastic, smelled wonderful and indeed tasted amazing. Better prices than Cobbs and better quality in my opinion! Plus the customer service and recommendations were 10/10. Will be back

Lovely bakery, but bread in a plastic bag?!? If it is being handed to you, it can then be put into a plastic bag....although a paper bag would be prefered. Disappointed in the texture of the two loaves of bread I purchased. Was looking for an artisanal bread, I received soft squishy bread.

Flour Child Bakery inc has a great atmosphere once you walk through the front door. The quality and care put into making all of the baked goods really stands out. So many great choices all handmade with real ingredients. I had purchased rye bread and the Apple strudel on my last visit and it was amazing. I look forward to returning and trying even more of their big selection!!!
