This is a proudly local shop with ever-friendly and pleasant team. If you are new to Brooks like I am, this is a highly recommended place for a steaming cup of coffee, tea and several other lovely brew. While at it, you may want to get some of the locally-crafted and beautiful gifts. Overall, "The Steaming Cup" is a cozy and welcoming place with excellent products and equally amazing service.

Adorable little gem. Worth the extra little drive into the city if you're driving through and needing a break or some relaxation and great cup of coffee and if you live there please stop in ) Had a croissant sandwich and a dark chocolate mocha. They have lots of little goodies, soup, sandwiches and even carry some great little local stuff like jewelry, art etc.

Cozy little cafe that supports local artists by displaying and selling various items. They recently added superfood lattes to their menu. The beetroot latte and tumeric latte were creamy and perfectly spiced. Various options for milk and sweeteners. A must visit when in Brooks!

What a cute little spot! I ordered a breakfast croissant and a frappe plus a cruffin for later on. The baked goods were epic and I loved the seed mixture in/on top. Didn't enjoy the frappe, found it a little dry but maybe it was an off day. I also really liked the selection of local artisan gifts that the shop offered. I'll definitely swing by next time I'm going through Brooks.

It was good, just very expensive. I got a small caramel macchiato and paid $6.25. I’m assuming they raise prices in summer as most small local coffee shops do. I also paid extra for alternative milk but my drink was made with regular milk. That was kind of a bummer. Update: I went in again to give them another shot and the coffee was still really good, made with the right milk this time so that was perfect. I didn’t talk to the owner but the staff was very friendly, and I appreciate the owners offer to make my previous experience right. It’s nice to see that they support local businesses in their shop. Don’t mind paying an extra penny to help support as well, but keep in mind if you go there it’s $$.

They were sooooo kind and helpful when we happened on the Steaming Cup on our roadtrip. The drinks were all delicious, the cinnamon roll was great, and I absolutely loved the local pottery they had for sale. Amazing people, amazing place.

The only place I know of where you can get pumpkin spiced lattes all year round not to mention friendly service. They have a huge selection of drinks, something for everyone and even some new elixirs that are very tasty.

It's really great that Brook's has a cute little coffee shop like this! It's a very quaint atmosphere, very comfortable, and I definitely felt cosy there. Plus, the staff was really polite. A little bit expensive, but overall a nice place.

This is a great little local coffee shop. I am a die hard Starbucks city girl, but when I come to Brooks this is my first stop. Amazing fresh food, great coffee and excellent customer service in a cozy environment. You must have lunch here! And of course a latte or cappuccino.

so when I arrived at this restaurant, all the servers were busy attending to other customers. however, it would have been nice, if the lady at the front, could have even said "hello, I will be with you shortly," there was no acknowledgement, and the environment was not welcoming at all. I have decided to take my business else where.
