This Dairy Queen is the best location I’ve ever visited in my entire life! They had not been that good with old management but since last month, they had improved their service, quality and definitely ease of whole ordering and receiving food has drastically improved like never before. Highly recommended for everyone with family or singles, you won’t be disappointed. Way to go guys, good work. ????????????

Half the tables are usually dirty and the staff can take up to 2 minutes to notice you at the counter, no salt or pepper to be found anywhere. The ice cream is good tho

I was disgusted by the service today. They were very slow and they messed up on my order. I ordered a hot drink and they gave me a cold drink. Since it was a cold day I wanted something hot. They didn't have what I wanted so they recommended something. Since I thought it was something hot I paid for it. I said to then what is this. I asked them to give me something hot and they refused to change my order or give me my money back. I have also found the portion sizes are small for the amount of money you pay. I will not be going back there until there is a new manager.

I got a cake from here today and they did amazing with my elsa ice cream cake. If your not a fan of the cookie doe in the middle request strawberry filling. They'll do it for you. Tastes just like a Sunday.

This place is a joke, just three days ago I paid $7 for two double cheeseburgers and the lady at the till told me that the promotion is over as of the end of January 2020.. I called a couple other dairy Queens around the province and they all have the promotion of two double cheeseburgers for $7. They charged me $12 and something cents for just two double cheeseburgers with cheese and ketchup.. not to mention the owner is very rude.

It's one of the poorest places for handicapped people. No accessibility for those people. My wife who is handicap herself approach the owner on this issue. He says that he doesn't have the money. But I have been to other Dairy Queens and they were all handicap accessible. This is the owner's fault. He needs to comply with those people who have needs like these issues. One other point is the owner isn't quick enough to bring down outdated ads. We approached a couple of staff members. They replied with a friendly response that the owner is pretty slow at dealing with this kind of stuff. I know that the ad was old because it was an advertisement for a Father's Day special. He didn't take it down till sometime in July. I find that the staff is super. But the ownership sucks at his job.

I have only been here for blizzards, which have always been great. Their service is extremely slow. The drive thru is typically for people who want their food in a rush and most places make this their priority. This DQ doesn't care if you wait 10 minutes for your food or ice cream and the staff don't make the experience much better. There seems to always been some sort of confusion and they can be quite rude.

It's a pretty good place, but I find the owners can be stuck up at times. I usually get the same thing because last I tried to get something different they messed the order up so bad and weren't attentive to fix it for me. I worked at that dairy Queen years ago and what I tried to order shouldn't have been complicated at all. They also charge like 25 cents for there little dipping sauces which I think is ridiculous considering I had a bought a meal already.

Friendly service and good food. Fries are always fresh and the ice cream is delicious albeit somewhat expensive. Usually very quick although on busy days they seem to be short on staff and wait times can be quite long. Still great experience overall.

Just went through the drive thru tonight around 8:45pm and the lady who was taking my order didn’t seem to be paying attention to my order as I had said “a medium mango pineapple original Julius”, and had to repeat myself 3 times for her to understand and she didn’t even apologize or acknowledge that she couldn’t hear me but instead just kept saying “what?”. Then on top of that she rushed my order at the end, she kept cutting me off as I tried to order more items. After getting my order they even forgot the side of fries, and the snack wrap I ordered was leaking through the bag because it was placed on its side instead of facing up. I just felt rushed and overall dissatisfied with the service

Price is acceptable and customized orders are mostly accurate. Location is near prime for those wanting a quick meal, and speed is nothing to complain about either. The owners themselves are usually on site until early evening, so comments and complaints are readily accepted as well.

Ever since the new owners took over, the service has been slow. Just today I was waiting for somebody to take my order for almost 10 minutes and one of them proceeds to fill up the sauces up front, completely ignoring me and then goes to take an order in the drive thru.

Absolutely disgusting. Buns so soaked in grease from sitting around, they were totally inedible. Requested no bacon, they simply peeled it off a premade burger then microwaved again prior to serving. I doing expect much from a fast food chain, but a Saturday lunch time could use a bit more effort.

The service is friendly enough, the dining area is fairly clean. When my friend and I ordered combos to stay, they brought out the ice cream long before the hot food. When the food came out, it was warm, but not hot.
