Not as clean as other locations. Very small cold food section with a tiny salad bar, cold rotisserie chickens?.. 3 soups and a few wraps in boxes. Disappointing. Tiny vegetable Market and the usual health food groceries. PROTIP: There is a Value Village on the other side of the building.

I have been going here for sometime now. I find their fruits and veggies are always fresh. As being new to organic food I love this store. They have everything I need. Stores always clean and I find the hours are also great. Staff are always friendly and willing to lend a hand when needed. I would recommed this store for anyone looking for healthy choices.

This place is great. They have a large selection of products always in stock. The herbal supplements selection is amazing and the staff are very knowledgable and friendly. It's hard to find Earth's Best Organic baby formula, we purchase it here all the time. You can even order off their website and have it delivered to your house, often with a free sample of something if your order totals over a certain amount.

I can find the same brands most of the time at other bigger stores. There is an added cost for shopping here, and even though I like the store, it is just not feasible to pay more for the same organic, non GMO option obtainable and less costly elsewhere.

We often go to Goodness Me to purchase cream from Hewitt's Dairy because it is local and it is real cream. It's an okay price for what it is. As for produce, they offer organic produce; it comes at a premium most of the time, however. Overall it is a nice shoppe, and the service is generally friendly.

Just visited Goodness Me Branford for the first time ever and had one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a store in my life! The ladies made me a custom smoothie to help boost my vitamins before the holidays. It’s delicious! Found some really cute Christmas gifts in the product sale department and to top it off they gave me a free muffin for being a first time customer! I highly recommend anybody coming here for a healthy lunch, snack, treat, groceries and Christmas shopping for sure! Amazing stocking stuffers here!

Price gouging and poor customer service. I went to the store to get a few items. I asked my daughter to go pick up some California cherries while I shopped for my items. I did not look at my bill until I got home. To my shock the fully loaded bag of cherries cost me 36.00. I did not return them because I live outside Brantford and I also did not think they would let me return them due to Covid rules. I took the receipt in the next visit to ask about the bill. Shane the manager was not very understanding nor even willing to help. i spent on that shopping visit over 200. I shop regularly there, If I had known the cherries were going to be that expensive, no way I would’ve purchased them. I explained I did not look at the bill TIL I got home and that there was NO indication that small full bag cost that much. If they post the cost per pound then there should be away to weigh the bag. Also I feel that cost is price gouging. All other stores around have California cherries for not even coming close to that price per pound. I live in the country we have grown our own cherries organically. There is no need for the cost to be that high at any time. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service, it seems Shane himself (after stating that he would not have paid that price either ) is unempowered to do anything or he lacked the necessary people skills to even offer half off for price gouging.

I love this place! I can spend a lot of time in there just looking around, because you can't find a lot of the items in typical stores. I especially like the unique selection of organic produce, ex.. burdock root, like wow who else would sell something like that! The price of certain things is a bit off putting, such as a jar of sauerkraut costing over 10 dollars. I would love to buy it but I can't justify the price.

Well you really need to bring your own straws so as not to be shamed by the cashier. Next time how about just being friendly about the reminder? 12:30 on aug 5 so mgr you figure out who was on till. Mind you I think it’s great to encourage people to bring their own straws and we have some reusable ones at home but just came back from an overseas flight and were just a little out of it. Be friendly and encouraging to help make change. I trust this was a one off experience?

Goodness me has organic, gluten free and wholesome good foods. They offer free classes on cooking and nutrition with staff with a wealth of information of Goodness Me products, ingredients of physical benefits. It's a place you walk into and don't want to leave. Really, it's awesome!

Good for natural and organic foods. A little pricey but reliable. They sell Hewitt's Dairy products (produced in Hagersville) which is very well priced a delicious with no added ingredients. Hewitt's Half-and-half a coffee must-have at our house so it is by far our most frequent purchase from Goodness Me.

Decent selection however certain products are grossly overpriced. For instance they have an organic pasta sauce that Costco carries and sells for 8 dollars for 3 while goodness me sells one jar for 6.

They sell organic produce, foods and supplements. Some of their products can be found cheaper at local grocery stores, but I like to support them when I can. The staff are friendly and the store is small enough that you can do a quick shop, but big enough that they will meet most of your grocery needs.

This location thinks it's ok to discriminate against people, tell them how to shop, and who they can and can't speak with for however long they deem "safe". They are extremely tardy with responding back to you and will copy and paste scripted responses to try to get rid of you. Disingenuous and extremely unprofessional. Where is the humanity? Decency? Is customer service a thing of the past now? Terrible.

My original review has been deleted.. Over a year ago they raised the prizes so drastically at the food bar that my lunches went from 10 to 20 dollars.. I used to come everyday for lunch but not anymore.. the coffee used to be .99 now 1.35.. the response for the food bar was to offer more options.. that doesn’t mean double the prize.. They also don’t cook the food fresh anymore it is frozen- I found this out after asking an employee why the taste in one of the main dishes I like has changed.. Great staff.. very kind people.. just very disappointed in the changes! Not fair for students and loyal customers! What a shame!

The staff are great and the produce and other good are high quality, however; staff aren’t trained properly in handling customers who do not follow COVID-19 protocol in stores. I have seen plenty of customers walk in and shop without masks with no hesitation and staff don’t address it. This is not OK. Goodness Me!, please train your employees in handling situations like these. This makes me not want to shop here. It is not only uncomfortable for me, but I’m sure it is also awkward for employees.

Overall it's a decent place, if you know what you're looking for. It loses a few stars for selling a lot of products that are really just overpriced. You could go to Zehrs which is across the street.

RUDE EMPLOYEE! I went in looking to pick up a liquid supplement for my grandmother. I checked online that it was in stock. When I couldn't find it I asked a Goodness Me employee named "Callie". She was uptight as if I ruined her day of typing at her post and when I asked where to find the supplement she checked it wasn't in stock as the computer said it was and she said in a sparky tone "I can order it. It's like no big deal". I said "No thank you " and left the store. It was my first time in the store. It wasn't worth all the hype everyone talks about. Sincerley; You just lost a customer.

I shop at the Brantford store all the time - there was a girl Nevada who was so helpful and knowledgeable but this new girl is useless, doesn't know anything and tells you where the item you are looking for in what isle and then leaves. Also there is supposed to ya Mexican cooking seminar and no where is it promoted

This morning (Dec 24) I was at the smoothie bar at 8:05 am and i was shocked at the poor service. When I approached the bar I waited 5 minutes while I watched the attendant who knew I was there, do some stickers, walk away, come back, stir 2 pots of soup, carry on to write some notes without ANY acknowledgment of my presence. Finally I asked if the bar was open or if I was intentionally being ignored at which time she replied, yes, what can I get you? This is not the first time the service at the smoothie bar has been terrible, in the last 2 weeks I have visited your smoothie bar and each time the attendants made me feel as if I was bothering them. Unfortunately today will be my last visit.

Staff has always been friendly and knowledgeable. Great store for buying organic produce, as well as other pantry staples that you can't find in mainstream grocery stores. My family happily stops here for nutritious on-the-go lunches or a quick pick me up during our shopping marathons. Kids love the smoothie bar!

Good store, good products but not impressed by being charged 20cents for a bag when checking out. Please look at what other businesses in Brantford Ontario area are doing. 5cents is fair if you must charge customers but 20 cents is not fair compared to getting bags free by other businesses in Brantford. It says buy products elsewhere. Hopefully management might re-consider this price gouge for the Brantford store. Thanks.

For the shopping experience, I find there are some good buys, others that when you consider that they are healthier for you, then they are not badly priced. But we have come to make this one of our go to stops for morning coffee. Nice sized cups for $1.00 (taxes in), and you can sit on the patio or in their sit n'sip lounge and enjoy....there are also delicious lunch alternatives...mmmmmm chili
