Excellent customer service. I ordered the adult Christmas surprise box for $40 and it was supposed to have more than $40 worth of stuff. It equalled exactly $40. After speaking with the owner, she assured me this was an error and she was willing to refund me the cost of the box or send a new box with the correct items. For a small business to be willing to correct the mistake is highly commendable and I look forward to ordering from them again and highly recommend the products as they are amazing and smell delicious. My bedroom smells like a spa. I absolutely love bathtub bakery.

I absolutely love this adorable Brantford gem! The products are not only awesome, but also very unique. I love the surprise boxes because honestly, every product from here is amazing so it's great to try new things. The seasonal surprise boxes are so unique and make fantastic gifts!
