The ice cream it's ok...too far from Häagen-Dazs. Would love to have more traditional flavors options available (like strawberry, mango, caramel). Last time I was there the ice cream was melting even before I was served. It's always crowded and the space for the clients is just not enough!

Wasn't busy, three of us were there ordering smoothes.Young girl took order for first one then turn had to wash equipment before she starts. Next girl comes over asked if we been served, we say yes but we have two more tp order she says only one girl per group then goes and stands there does nothing while we wait for this other poor girl running around to make all three. We were there almost 20 min for three drinks as the other girl did nothing to help.

The price is a bit mpre expensive, but it is real ice cream, so you get what you pay for. I love ice cream so I go there when I want a sundae, cone or a tub of ice cream.

Only one server on Labour day? Are you joking? Too cheap to pay for an extra counter person! The wait was ridiculous and everyone complained who waited patiently in line. If it wasn't for the quality of the ice cream,the 4 of use would have left...like at least theee other families did.

BEST PLACE TO HAVE ICECREAMS IN BRANTFORD. I always go at baskin for late nights cravings. My fav is cookie dough, although love potion was best (but available for limited time) thus should always try their upcoming flavours. Cakes are perfect for every occassion.

Will NOT be ordering a cake here again. Paid $50 and it was TINY! It was half the thickness I was told it would be. Service getting the cake was OK, had someone slow in front of me and I felt like the girls could have asked them if it was OK to serve someone else first. They didn't seem overly happy to be there either. The ice cream is great, but way over-priced. My daughter asked for a cake out of their book and they said they don't make it - uhh, then why have it in your book? Then to receive such a tiny cake... just not impressed.

I can tell you that it has lots of different form of ice creams such as Mom's makin', cake ice cream and so on. I like them. You can go there so many times having different experiences with different flavors. But as a muslim, I have a doubt that all ice cream types are Halal. Some of them may contain Gelatin which is not Halal. So take care of it and ask them.

This restaurant has terrible service for Delivery drivers coming to collect orders. They don't start preparing the delivery until the courier has arrived. The common practice is to cooperate with the delivery agents to have the delivery ready for pickup upon courier arrival / collection time. This means an average of extra 15 minute + wait times for drivers which affects their $ per hour income often causing earnings for the hour for couriers to drop below minimum wage income. As a delivery driver I prefer to avoid this restaurant due to their inconsiderate nature towards delivery drivers.

Unfortunately, Baskin Robbins is having to do what they can to keep costs down and profits up like many other companies. This is evident in the ice cream quality. You can taste the ice crystals in the ice cream, indicating a high water content. Pistachio ice cream is 'pistachio flavoured with plenty of almonds'. You get the idea. Corner cuts. At one time this franchise was pretty good. Not so much anymore. Service was good. Very courteous. Not worth $9.00 for two single cones of mediocre 'ice cream '.

The employees at this location is very friendly... I always visit Brantford to see my family and this loaction is nearest to our place. As we are fan of Baskin Robbins Ice-Creams and so I always stop by there before I go home to see my family because we like dessert ofter dinner.... This time on 31st I got a very good deal and bought more prepacks then usually I buy. Thanks for the excellent service all the time and for keeping the neat and clean store to make me visit again and again.....☺☺☺

As you walk in nice smell of fresh waffle cones greet you, you also get acknowledged right away by employees. Long lines in summer but line moves pretty quickly as icecream is ready, and all they have to do is put it in cup or cone. You can get any flavour of icecream into a milkshake, but that may take about 2 minutes. Overall very pleasant experience.
