I ordered a black forest cake for my husband's birthday. The design was lovely but when we cut the cake it didn't look like any chocolate was inside of it. It tasted like a watered down box of sponge cake. I've purchased better tasting cake from the grocery store. I am very disappointed.

Pineapple pastry and Black Forest pastry are to die for. Also tried the Indian style fluff patty, awesome! Will definitely return. Had them bake a cake for us too, they can replicate anything you show them. Some real talent here.

I ordered a cake for my niece's birthday (Vanilla with fresh fruits). Everyone liked it and the cream simply melted in the mouth and there was no chemical taste. Even the one's who first asked for small piece of cake requested for a bigger piece later. Everybody was simply praising the yummy cake. Without mentioning the sloppy presentation, I received a birthday cake. I ordered vanilla. Easy and simple right? You’d think so. It was drowning in pineapple chunks. There was ZERO mention of fruit being in the cake. Unfortunately I am very allergic to pineapple. I called, just to suggest they advertise the fruit. Sam was very snappy, without allowing me to get a word in, he snapped, saying ALL the cakes have pineapple or mango in them. He also asked why I’m calling about it two days later. If he would have let me finish my sentence, I could have told him, bc I had an ALLERGIC REACTION AND WAS IN THE HOSPITAL. I don’t want money back, I didn’t want an argument. I just wanted to suggest they inform customers of the fruit.

The cake i received was exactly what I expected and wanted. Full points to the creativity and understanding the customers vision! So my experience was quite positive! They have excellent customer service. As well as I love the way the owners treat their customers!! Family operated. Surprisingly fair priced items. I am so amazed to see the variety of patties especially the veggie puff and fresh pastries they have. Moreover, they have the best cream rolls so nicely filled with fresh vanilla cream it’s so fulfilling, I could literally feel the Indian taste. Last but not the least, the place is so hygienic. Family operated bakery shop, neat and clean. I am writing this as of my first experience with them. Vanilla Chocolate Cake was super tasty, soft and sugar level was perfect. This is a lovely cake business where nothing is too much trouble. Even at short notice they will make the utmost effort to provide what you want. They have a lovely variety of cakes and the decoration is second to non and done by hand. Don't even think of going anywhere else..........

The cannolis were an abomination, they sweetened the ricotta filling with icing sugar so much so that it tasted like a whole bag of icing sugar, so over sweet that one bite made me shiver. The cream rolls do not use real whipped cream but some kind of fake whipped topping you can get at the grocery store for two dollars. The grocery store is where I shouldve gone, it would have tasted better and not cost nearly as much. The cannolis and cream rolls ended up where they belonged: the bin.

I ordered a cake from this bakery on the 7th via uber to surprise my husband from the kids when he returned from work. The cake arrived melted and slipping apart. You could tell it wasn't kept in a fridge and it was absolutely horrible. The cake literally looked like my kids made it. Even if it wasn't melted, damaged and falling apart, it's not the quality I would have expected from a $20 bakery cake that cost me $35 delivered and Uber chooses not to reimburse for this embarrassment. I was horrified presenting this cake to my husband and by looking at it, he literally thought I had made it. The taste was horrible too. Also ordered 2 cake pops for the kids and they fell off the sticks. Save yourself some money and get a $10 walmart cake if you need something quick and prepared. I wish I could post more pictures.

Taste was great, we got chocolate cake with buttercream & black spray paint (per the baker's recommendations as black icing isn't great) and it was all great! RUDE and messed up my cake I paid 150$ for this cake and he did the wrong colours and messaged up the whole thing made it so sloppy and was not even the colours I choose. Also the owner originally said he would give me my money back and when I tried taking the offer he went back on it completely. He also hung up the phone on me. WORST BUSINESS EVER DO NOT recommend! This was absolutely the best eggless cake i have had in decades. I had to double check to make sure it was eggless It was so light, fluffy and spongy. The chocolate ganache cream was to die for, so creamy, rich and light with the perfect amount of sugar. Everyone was delighted from the young kids to the elderly. "This is the best cake we have ever had, its so delicious". Sam did an excellent job recreating the picture i sent him from Pinterest without sacrificing on flavor. Move over Rashmis Bakery, Cakes N Bakes, Lacoste Bakery, A-One Bakery. This is the new gem located locally in Brampton with excellent prices and the best flavor. Definitely give them a try you wont be disappointed.

Hi, I had ordered a cake from Fortinos and they called a day before that they won't be able to make it as they were having a network issue and won't be able to print the picture requested. I quickly called Grand Bakers (for the first time) and asked if they can get a cake for 15-20 people ready within the next 12 hours. I was told to send a picture in the next 5 minutes via Whatsapp which I did and they were able to print it accordingly and got the cake ready the very next day. We were very satisfied with the timing and cake.

I walked in today at 4:30pm and they were serving customers that had no masks on. According to the By-law in Brampton all people must wear face masks. One of the people behind the counter also had no mask as well. As soon as I saw this I turned around and left the store. Covid could live in this store. Do yourself a favour and boycott this place. If it was possible I would give them no stars.
